Wingate by Wyndham Page Lake Powell

Nice and clean, friendly staff, well lit parking lot. Tiny ass pool, no more than 5 feet deep which is fine, but my son and 7 other children were in the pool and it felt like it was max capacity. Pool holding the room had a occupancy load of 38 people but 4 chaise lounges. At least they had sheets of sandpaper i mean towels to dry off your knee and maybe an elbow before needing another one. The hour we were there i counted 14 people who walked in had no where to put their stuff and left. About the only drawback to the hotel. Id stay here again without the kids who want to swim though. Nice place otherwise.

Great property. Pool was excessively clorinated...so much that our kids and other guests would not go in the pool... but other than that we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Safe parking, well lit lot. Breakfast typical moderate hotel scramble eggs, mini waffles, juices, toast donuts, bagels muffins. Sausages, but I would like bacon. It was good for a fast breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast! Very close in proximity to the overlook view of the dam, you can walk to it. The only downer was the pool. It was on the cold side and inside.

The property was very nice and in a good location. Great view from my balcony. Room was clean and modern and the breakfast each morning was good. My only complaint was that there appeared to be only one elevator working and sometimes it was a long wait.

Elevator smelled bad. Carpet in hallways was dirty. Sink in room cracked. Bathroom mirror lights didn't work.

We stayed in a double queen room with lake view for 2 nights. The hotel is well located on the edge of Page and our small balcony had a view of the Glen Canyon dam, albeit with some roads and a Denny’s, but it did offer the opportunity to sit in the fresh air on comfy chairs. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The full size fridge with small freezer and coffee maker were much welcomed. The breakfast was decent. Not the widest of choices but hot and cold items available to start your day. Laundry facilities were a bonus and conveniently placed at the end of our floor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was spotless, beds comfortable, staff was very helpful and nice buffet breakfast

Hairs in shower, mold in shower and broken shower door. Shower dripped water all night. Been on the road for over a week and this was by far our worst stay. Only thing good was location.

The room was dirty upon checking the tv didn't work in our suite and couldn't connect to the wifi also we found a used dirty washcloth in the top drawer of the dresser

I would love to get a percentage of what I paid back. The hotel was very dirty in the rooms and the common areas. Carpets were not vacuumed and very dirty. After staying three nights the same stuff was on the carpets the whole time. Our room smelled and stains all over the carpets.

Disappointed with my room. Shower had long black hairs in it. Bathroom sink was dirty. There was a used tissue on the floor by the bed. The coffee maker was missing the part that holds the coffee pod. The main door,peek a boo, was broken and had a tissue shoved in it. Carpet was not vacuumed for a good while.

The bathroom door was very difficult to open from inside the bathroom and the wall opposite the shower was dirty from vanity to toilet. We had a nice view

Stayed with friends in November 2025. Extremely tidy and clean. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Will definitely return.

Staff on shift upon arrival was not nice. Room was not the cleanest, carpet was dirty and room was 78 degrees upon arrival. Area felt relatively safe.. Overall, it’s a place to lay your head for a night.

Great location with view of the mountains and the Lake Powel Dam. Golf resort with hot air balloon festival visible from the parking lot. Spacious and comfortable room and mattresses. Staff offered great activities and town layout suggestions. Will stay again if in Page.

For the hotel- Our air conditioning was so strong and loud we had to turn it off overnight...the temp rose to 77°. I wish there was an option to low fan.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times. The place is nice and well kept. On two occasions I’ve had instances where my room seemed to have been booked twice. The first time someone actually tried to unlock the door I just thought they mistakenly had the wrong room number but At checkout they called us by another name and I mentioned to them about the door and they seemed confused about the door and the name difference. This last time when I headed to my room the door was propped open I wonder if someone was given that room and declined it because the following day the cleaners knocked to clean it then after the cleaners confusion and must have reported the room occupied We received a call from front desk asking if we were still there as someone had turned in the key card. Once again at checkout when I mentioned it they were surprised and confused at my statement. The scariest one was on another occasion when leaving for check out when I closed the door and checked it to see if it did lock the door opened the lock didn’t work. So we slept in an unlocked room the whole night. I think I may not book here again as it’s too many times something unsafe has happened and I feel we’ve been lucky all those times and don’t want to have to regret something horrible happening to us. After this stay I’m looking into buying safety hotel door equipment because of all the weird things I have been through. If you stay here just take extra safety precautions.

Liked how spacious the room was and the breakfast options were pretty decent. The washroom could have been cleaner - there was lots of short hairs on the shower walls. There was a couple other annoying things. First, the light switch for the bathroom was outside of the bathroom, so at night, you end up lighting up the whole bedroom section when you turn on the bathroom lights. Also, the sink is outside of the bathroom in the bedroom section - wierd.

Generally ok; staff willing to solve problems. Our TV experience was terrible. Of 49 channels on their printed list, we could access about a dozen. Staff could not get the TV software to "re-scan" all channels or fix the problem. The remote was the most unusable I've ever had to contend with. There was no window shade pull down for privacy but one was brought up and inserted. Black out shade ok. Won't stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and it was great, now it feels more run down. There was a big stain on the carpet in our room, stains on the blinds, all the light covers in every hallway were broken. It wasn’t a bad stay, it just wasn’t as good as the previous stay.

The property is recently renovated and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was, the sliding door to the balcony did not have a lock. I mean there was no provision for a lock! That can feel quite uncomfortable . I don’t know about the other rooms, but ours didn’t. However there are many rooms without a balcony. They served a great breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The man that checked me in was rude and abrupt. Not the friendliest welcome after a long day of driving. The staff the next morning was not very friendly either, but at least they were polite.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful when the property somehow didn't get my reservation from Expedia. They worked to chase down the issue and got me in my rooms quickly and kindly. It's sure nice to find people who care about customers nowadays! The property is also clean, convenient and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unprofessional, rude staff that did not provide good or courteous service at to all customers. We had arrived at 13:00 after traveling for three hours. My husband tried to check in and was told check in was 3. He would have to pay 10/HR. If he chose to check in early. We decided to wait in lobby because it was hot outside.we asked her to let us know when it was check in time. We watched the front desk deal with several other customers.One that chose to leave and one wanted to cancel. At 2:25 we watched registration check in family with no mention of extra fee. Soon several others got in line. When my husband asked if it was 3 ( it wasn’t) and wanted to know why others weren’t told check in was 3 and made to pay or wait. General manager started yelling that she was going to cancel our registration because we were rude to her employee. In front of entire lobby. She said all hotels don’t let early check in without paying. And we did not want to pay up charge. We have to disagree. In our of our stays from Las Vegas, Zion, to Bryce we were always offered early check in (as early as 10:30 in Vegas)And they had rooms ready. We were upset because the standard was different for other guests at this hotel. We were directly across from the registration, quietly reading our books, so we were able to here and see everything. GM Laina made sure she was in elevator with us on our way to room. Plenty of other hotels in Page, will not chose Wingate or Wyndham properties again if possible.

Staff was away when we arrived to check-in, so we had to wait a good 15 minutes with nobody in sight. She seemingly had a lot to handle, and I could not get a smile out of her. Ran into her the next day, still no smile. We had been driving for hours, and were exhausted. A little warmth would have been nice. Just made me feel sad that she was working in hospitality.

Upon arrival, the television did not work. Maintenance could not get it to work. They stated they would refund our room so we could get another room but they did not.

The room was fine, the breakfast was good, the check in was horrible. It really is the little things that make or break a hotel stay. For me, the extra long check in because we had a 'trainee' while people in line behind us were getting checked in faster was frustrating. Also, not having the room supplied efficiently was an inconvienience (one coffee packet and the tissue box basicly empty). They asked at check in if we needed housekeeping and we assumed we wouldn't because those basic supplies should have lasted for our 2 night stay.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Upon check-in, the receptionist appeared quite grumpy and unwelcoming. We tried to make light conversation and even asked if he was alright, but his attitude didn’t change. When we asked about a trolley to move our luggage, we were told they had all been taken by other guests — which we understand — but no offer of assistance was made. Once in the room, we noticed a musty smell, and the bathroom had visible mould in the corners of the shower. Additionally, the shower tap dripped all night, even after tightening it as much as possible without risking damage. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case improvements can be made for future guests.

Great location

Right by a view point that offers amazing view at sunset. This is a quieter spot just outside of the town yet its only within 5 minutes of driving.

Enjoyed our stay while in Page to visit Antelope Canyon. Conveniently located with close proximity to all that the area has to offer!

Convenient location close to Glen Canyon Dam and Horseshoe Bend. Many restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking spaces and breakfast was decent. Waffles were delicious! Lake view room didn’t exactly have a view of the lake, but you do have great views of the Glen Canyon Dam. Overall, I would stay here again. Nothing fancy but a great convenient spot with affordable rooms.

Stayed at the wingate hotel for 4 nights. It was only 11 min away from every directions to any destination we wanted to go visit. Had a balcony view of the the Dam. The breakfast every morning and a guest laundry was a plus due to our long stay. The room was clean and it was quiet. I really have nothing bad to say about this place.

It has a very convenient location so close to a lot of attractions. Breakfast needs a lot of attention, it doesn’t have that many options also the breakfast area is too small to the point you might not find a place to sit down.

They ran out of most breakfast items by 8AM, very disappointed by this.
