This hotel is absolutely top notch. Always clean, amazing restaurants and staff that is extremely accommodating. It's our go-to hotel in Indianapolis, we stay here every year for the race. Can't recommend it enough, so much charm.

Prefect place to be ! We love staying so close to Butler

Everything was great except for the bed and pillows. It was like sleeping on rocks. I woke up with a tension migraine from neck pain.

I loved everything about this hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby! Easy access to highway etc! I was also staying with my Service Dog and they couldn’t have been kinder or friendlier! From the front doorman to the reception staff. The waitress who brought my food that one evening everyone was so incredibly kind. They also were so respectful of Wrangler and had such great questions. Our room was awesome he loved his treats see photos! My only complaint was the TV which kept glitching and I just gave up trying to watch something on it. The bed was comfortable and welcoming after the days I spent exploring Fishers and Downtown Carmel. I had a charity event and frankly wish I could have sampled more of the food in the Hotel. I enjoyed Provisions ordering the Tuna tartar as a meal even though it was an app, the salad with the crunch onion and peas and the strawberry shortcake. It was all excellent! I’ll be back to Indianapolis again as my SD was trained here at Medical Mutts and this will definitely be my choice to stay at again ! Thank you for such a lovely stay! Paula & Wrangler
