Nice clean and new hotel with pretty good breakfast. The one issue was the pool was super cloudy, my kids could hardly see their dive toys. It made our skin itchy. So the maintenance/chemicals could use some attention.

Love this place. It’s well kept, has an indoor pool and nice outdoor hot tub. The included breakfast is fantastic and the staff are the most polite we have encountered compared to other hotels!

The room was perfect! Super clean and had great furnishings. Front desk was amazing. We forgot a jacket upon check out, and they called to ship it out to us, no problem. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Indoor pool was great and the outdoor hot tub was huge.

I chose this hotel as it was closest to the airport. Really kind staff, clean room and bathroom, awesome pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Our a/c sounded as if on last leg, but was still cool. Definitely would stay again!

Excellent property in a new growing part of St George. The indoor pool is excellent! And the outdoor spa and fire pit area is a great hangout spot. They are pet and family friendly. Huge snack selection in the lobby, nice fitness center, and warm, free breakfast every day. Coffee and hot water/tea at all times in the lobby area. Very welcoming staff!

Typical great hotel room you would expect - comfy bed, warm shower, heat/ac works great. The property is new, staff said 5 years old, in a developing area, currently not much there. Allows dogs, but nothing additional provided for them. Great for families - breakfast is included, my kids like the waffle maker; we didn’t use but there is a pool there too. We also appreciated the Tesla destination charger on site.

1st room had fried chicken crumbs under the desk and on the bed. 2nd room we received was better but bathroom needed cleaned and sink had some odor coming from it.

Everything was clean inside and out. Well maintained grounds. Very nice people and great customer service. The rooms are spacious with updated interior and very nice bathroom. I would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend!

Please make sure rooms are empty and cleaned before assigning to a new guest. We were assigned a room only to walk in and see items on the couch and the bed unmade, pillows on the floor. We had to return to the front desk and be assigned a new room.

Our room looked like it was never even cleaned from the last guests, except for the bedsheets. There were markings (red and brown) across the bathroom walls, food (i think) all over the carpets, hair on the bathroom floors. I was super disappointed with our stay.

From check-in to check-out the service and room were outstanding. The breakfast facility was very large and had great service and food/drink choices. Our room was very large, well supplied with towels ,etc. the room and bathroom were immaculate. Would stay there again.

Place offers pets, for some reason they put them on the floors above everyone else. All three nights we had people with dogs barking above us until 11:30. We even called the front desk to ask someone to call them. Hallways were filthy. The rooms were clean but every hallway was covered in pet hair as well as trash.

What genius at Hilton came up with the electronic shade "up and down!". Didn't work and in fact seemed to have a mind of its own, assuming one can even read the instructions in the dark

The air conditioner was quite noisy, louder and appear as if some part was wearing out. We asked if we could change rooms, but the hotel was full, so we slept rather poorly. The grinding of the unit was hard to shut out. This was a unfortunate situation.

The property is great, the staff are awesome, everything is super clean! The ONLY reason for a 3 star rating is the bed. I have layer on stone benches that are more comfortable than those beds, and the pillows were just air.

The elevator bell on the 5th is very loud and our first room was next to the Elevator. The second choice room we were offered smelled strongly of dog poop. We decided to forfeit our money and found a much quieter and cleaner hotel room.

BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to April for all of her assistance!! Breakfasts were delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. The only missing feature, a fan in the bathroom. Great stay!

The hotel is very nice, but the staff makes the difference. They treat everyone like family and ALWAYS seem to go the extra mile for me and everyone else. The front desk does an amazing job, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome and almost like part of the family in the morning for breakfast.

My car auto locked by accident with my iPhone and my baby locked inside in 100 degree temperatures outside. Fearing for my baby’s safety I ran inside to ask the front desk to call my husband immediately. The woman at the front desk could not have been less helpful or less interested. I asked her to please call my husband or help me figure out how to use the house phone to call my husband so he could rush down and open the door. Instead of helping me, she proceeded to check someone into their room as I’m standing there in a panic. Thankfully my husband showed up within a couple minutes and opened the door. When I confronted the employee, she said “she was checking in another guest” and therefore couldn’t do more to help me. Sorry but helping someone in a situation like that should always take priority over checking someone into their room. The rest of our experience went fine but clearly some people shouldn’t be in a client / guest facing role. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth for rest of our stay.

I booked a shuttle to the airport, verified time three times but upon leaving there was no shuttle and I was late checking in for my flight. Also, I was informed they had a “full service dining room” that included dinner but upon arriving I was informed it was for breakfast only. I had no rental car and there was no nearby restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

Good location near the airport. 1 hr drive to Zion. This area is starting to build up but for now there’s a nice convenience store next door and a new grocery is opening soon. Rooms were clean, staff friendly.

This hotel is very new in an area outside of St. George. There is not much around so you will have to drive into the city. It still has that new hotel smell. The staff was great and welcoming. Parking was eqsy

Our stay was great. We had a fridge that included a freezer compartment (used for a portable cooler), the beds were very comfortable, the fitness center was well stocked with equipment and items to clean equipment after use. Breakfast was fine. Only drawback is lack of restaurants nearby, but that will be remedied as it looks like a growing area. Will definitely stay here again when going through St. George.
