I already reached out to Marriott and I recd a partial refund. While the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful the room was extremely small, no addl pillows were provided for the bed and no pillows were provided with the linens for the couch. And more importantly we had to park on the street!

The price of parking was not mentioned at all. Shocked had to pay 34 for over night stay. The valet personal were very noce .just shocket the price of parking was 1/4 of pri e of hotel

The hotel is very nice and the area is great. Samuel, the valet, was awesome! Great customer service. On the other hand, the pregnant woman we dealt with on checkout had 0 customer service skills and is the reason I gave this 3 stars - otherwise our stay was excellent.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, however the AC in the hallways and lobby was not working. There is also no AC vents in the bedroom so you have to keep the living room door open to get cool air. The valet staff look suspect but they were nice. 6/10.

The rooms were nice and clean and the area felt relatively safe, however there was zero parking anywhere so we had not choice but to use the valet which costs $35 and is not reimbursed by the hotel! Nowhere does it state that you will be billed this much for parking. The front desk also seemed annoyed and like they were going out of their way any time a question was asked.

I like the hotel. However, i did not like walking into my room to have the smell of Marijuana hit me. I get it is legsl now, but i don't want the smell. Other than that, it was a nice stay

Everyone was very nice and welcoming! We did find an unused condom on the floor. But other than that the room was very clean! Some carpeting was missing in a small spot but nothing major!

We had body fluid stains on our sheets. Had to change rooms three times because the beds were dirty. Xavier who works at the front desk was no help so maintenance man had to give me a better room. Imagine that! Xavier is lazy and never at the front desk. On his phone the whole time.

Everything exceeded expectations. The room was amazing, the bed was super comfy, staff was super friendly, and even breakfast was great. However, I took one shower and it was HORRIBLE. I jumped in fairly quickly after turning the shower on and turning the handle completely on the hottest setting. The first 4-5 minutes were a little warmer than lukewarm. Then the temperature was nice and kinda hot… for about 2 minutes. Then I got shocked by freezing cold water. Put such a damper on my morning, but literally everything else about this hotel was perfection.

I booked through Expedia over six months ago for a King. When checking in confirmed and was told we were provided a Queen. Informed front desk that was not going to work. Also, when showing front desk email documentation did not seem to care. The check in line was forming behind me, and only then was I provided a King.

Florence “Miss Flo” at the front desk has the warmest, most welcoming way about her. She truly wants to ensure you have a great stay — and we did — especially because of her hospitality! She should be recognized as a role model on how to greet guests and to ensure they come back.

There was no air conditioning in the lobby and it was miserable. The first day they ran out of breakfast and we had to go somewhere else to eat. No one helped us with our luggage - had to get the cart, take everything up to our room, return the cart ourselves. The room was very nice - clean, new, A/C and the staff was very nice. The elevators were old and dirty. Would not stay at this hotel again.
