This hotel is very clean and I would definitely come here again. However, there are a few things I wish I had been aware of previous to my arrival. First is that there are no ice machines in the building. When you get to your room you must turn on the ice machine in the refrigerator freezer. This does me no good right away and is also noisy as the ice drops into the bucket all night long. The kitchen has no utensils and no cookware but you can buy them in the snack area in the lobby. There is a toaster, microwave and stovetop. The air conditioner is also noisier than most when it comes on and off. So if you’re a light sleeper (fortunately I’m not) the a/c and ice machine may wake you often thru the night.

Surrounded by great eateries. The parking was easy and there was plenty. We visited on New Year’s Eve, and this hotel was definitely a safe choice and a perfect choice! I would love to come back again. It’s about 18 mins from the strip and that’s what I wanted, to be away from the strip, lol. It gets pricier when closer to the strip too. Anyways, the room was beautiful and the bed was absolutely the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept on.

This hotel has some shady business going on. I had my truck broken into and U-Haul trailer stolen while parked no more then 10-15 yards from the front door. After the fact I was told this hotel has no cameras, no security, and quite strangely, they turn the lights off in the parking lot after it gets dark and don’t leave them on throughout the night. They have yet to refund my stay or take any responsibility or accountability for what happened while parked at their establishment. They do not take customers safety for property a concern. Front lady, working the desk was also rude and unsympathetic about the situation that happened during the night while she was working. My car alarm from what I am told was going off and I find it hard that staff inside did not hear it going off when my car was not parked too far away from the front door, which is right where the desk is for check-in. So far from what I have been able to gather, this is definitely an inside job by the hotels employees.

Immaculate, safe, and quiet property. Great room with everything I needed. It had a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a small table for two. The hotel was close to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. It also had a spotless laundry facility. The staff was excellent and very welcoming and attentive.

Very clean facility. The only ice in the hotel is what you make in your refrigerator freezer which you have to turn on when you arrive to your room! The only thing in the kitchenette is a toaster. No silverware, pots or pans or cooking utensils. To use the stove you can buy all of these in the snack area! You can buy a breakfast meal the day before you want it and they’ll put it in your fridge then the next day you can microwave it. Will probably stay here again because of its convenient location to local family, but at least now I know all the details they left out in their description.

Rooms are well equipped, everything you need for an extended stay including full sized fridge. Everything worked and was very clean. Staff was very helpful, including loaning scissors when we needed to get packaging open. Only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the picnic/park area in back of the hotel, which has a lot of trash and people have not picked up after their dogs. It was a bit depressing. Otherwise everything inside the hotel and the front area was very good.

Someone trying to steal my truck out of the parking lot facing the front door of he lobby. The lot is dimly lit. They were not able to get it started but left the head lights on, the drivers door wide open and it was like this for a few hours until i discovered it. I went to ask the staff at the front desk and they did not know anything. I asked if they had security video of the parking lot, and they do not. They do not have any security staff either. I will not stay her agian.

This property just doesn't really care. Bed was too hard and not comfortable. This property just has given up and doesn't care. North Las Vegas has too few choices and this one is, in a word, shabby and WAY OVERPRICED, I/m taking it off my list of places I will stay. But shoot, I'm running ot of places to stay in the Vegas area: they are ALL TOO OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH A DAMN!

The room was fairly priced and had a full size fridge with ice maker. There was also a 2 top stove with some counter space (great for making meals). The staff was friendly helpful. The problems however were that the floors were dirty with several stains and what looked like cat litter in the corners. The toilet and sink drained very slow and deterred us from using them for the most part. The room also had no ventilation and when we made meals (also had to buy bowls/cups/sikverware/cooking pans/…etc because there were none) the smell stayed in the room for the 3 days we were there. The window would not open even an inch to help vent. Overall almost not worth the price for the problems we had. Would spend a little more for not so many problems

Cleanliness was horrible we recieved the room and it was dirty, there was pubic hair all over the sink and bathtub, sheets smelled funky, there was only one tiolet paper and bathtowls also had hair on them, staff was friendly, but when I asked them if they could clean the room and change the sheets they didn't. I don't think we will be staying here again.

We booked a room with 1 Queen size bed and a recliner. Did not expect full-size refrigerator and kitchenette. The refrigerator was noisy as well as the air conditioning unit. Would have been nice to have 2 nightstands instead of only one.

It was nice and clean,quiet too. The room was spacious with a full size Frig. and a mini kitchen. It was the 4th of July and hot in Vegas, but it was pleasant inside the hotel. The women that check me in was friendly, she even pointed out a spot for me to park my car in the shade.

Check-in was quick and easy, and it didn't matter that we got in late. Checkout was easy as well, and it didn't matter that we left very early in the morning. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. We didn't have time for breakfast or pool, so we can't give opinion on that, but for this trip it met our needs nicely.

The front desk staff were never at counter. Also we booked a 2 night stay and 2nd day room key did not work had to have reset. Coffee in lobby never refilled. No coffee at 730 am or dinner time. Price for stay was way too high.

Staff was unaccommodating. I requested towels and was told I would have go downstairs to front desk to get them. I booked multiple rooms at the same time. I was give one room on the 2nd fl and the other on the 3rd fl. When I asked the front desk clerk if I could have both rooms on the same floor, she said no without even checking to see if that was a possibility. She did make any effort to accommodate my request. My room didn’t have an iron in it, so I request one from the front desk. I was told that they didn’t have anymore. There was no effort made to get one from a vacant room. My room had an iron broad, so I’m assuming there should have been an iron there also. Room keys didn’t work well. Wherever I would return to my room after 10 pm, my card wouldn’t work. I would have to go down to front desk to have card activated again.

It was a very clean property and staff was very kind, but they did not have my room. I ordered walk-in shower because of a disability I have, but was told that the room was given to someone else before I arrived. I did not get to take a shower because of a tub being in room, but only 3 rooms left I had to take it. This is totally unacceptable even though the hotel itself was very nice. When you pay extra for a certain type of a room because of a disability it should be there. I even showed the young woman my reservation that stated a walk-in shower but she cold to nothing because of limited rooms

Gave away my room and canceled my reservation at 11:30pm while I was waiting to deboard my cross-country night flight. Reservation had been made weeks prior and confirmed late arrival in email (could check in up to 2am according to the hotel). Had to find new accommodations on the fly in the airport at midnight. Refund took a week to process.

On Feb 02 We booked and paid a room with 2 queen beds for the feb 17 night . When we arrived . we been told there was only 1 room with 1 bed left. because overbooked By the daytime staff. It was very late in the evening . We are out of choice. But to sleep on the floor. That’s a smoking room also

Our room at My Place was exceptional. Everything was clean and well-maintained. My one complaint was the website said breakfast available and I thought that meant a free breakfast. But the deal is, you can play $7.50 a person to get a sausage biscuit and pop tart and orange juice brought to your room. My one other observation is the rooms come with a full-size fridge and stove top and microwave. But, there are no dishes, no silverware and no pots and pans if you wanted to do some cooking for yourself.
