New hotel, clean, spacious, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, walking distance to several nice restaurants and nice atmosphere. The gym looked very nice but we couldn’t use it because of limited time we had. Strongly recommend.

Room was clean, beds are extremely firm, pillows are terrible, the water barely was body temp at its warmest, the indoor pool area is cold as well as the pool temp, the heat in our room blew cold air when it was on. Staff was friendly and helpful, very accommodating.

Simple but very nice hotel. Stayed there already twice and will stay again for sure! Helpful, polite staff. Clean and tidy. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are plenty of dining options available nearby. Hotel does provide a breakfast.

Only complaint is that the stairs doors should be propped, they are so loud when they shut. I recommend if you happen to get a room close to the stairs, prop it before sleeping :)

The property is centrally located with easy access from the interstate. Parking lot is immediately adjacent to the hotel and was well lit and snow free after what had been a couple of terrible weather days! There were issues in check in as Expedia had not given the hotel my full last name. Confusion was resolved in a few minutes. This was our 4th trip to the hotel and it was as clean and pleasant as usual, but we noticed 'wear and tear' in common areas that need paint and trim touch ups, and the mattress on one of our beds was torn/frayed when you pulled back the covers. Just needs some TLC!

The whole hotel was spotless. Registered without a hitch. Free breakfast was great. The location was close to the Art and Design center of town. Restaurants were close by. Would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn. Thanks

Property was selected due to proximity to event, brand and claim of “family friendly” Apart from noise of general foot traffic (room was adjacent to ice machine), walls were thin and outside street traffic was considerable. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with a calcified shower head, fixtures pulling away from vinyl surround and visible water damage on ceiling. Also, no stopper or plug for the tub made bathing little ones difficult.

I couldn’t understand why the elevators loudly rang out at every floor. For us it was only disconcerting as we rode, but we heard people complain that the noise was heard throughout the night.

We had the worst room in what is probably a very nice hotel. Our room was on the first floor, by the exit door, staircase, and closest to the street and traffic circle. We asked for a different room at check-in but were told none were available. It was noisy into the early morning hours and it seemed like the Indy 500 was taking place just outside our window. If you are assigned a room by the street and traffic circle, beware of the road noise.

Very nice hotel but reserved a double queen room and was given a king with a pull out. Double queen was more expensive but wasn’t comped for the change as they said they upgraded me and didn’t have any double queens to switch us to.

The guy checking me in needed me to swipe my card for a "refundable security fee". No problem until he said it disnt go through and to swipe again. Ok, no problem. Got to my room and checked my banking app and was charged $1.00 & $140. Obviously the first one went through and now i have been charged $140 for what? I paid for the room through Expidia so there was no balance due.

Breakfast was awesome, a lot more choices than usual. This is our second time staying and have enjoyed it both times. Here on 4th of July weekend, we were able to catch save the bass of the crowd and watched fireworks from the parking lot!
