We've stayed there twice and both times have been very nice. Firepit is very nice.

Parking was easy, directions for driving and late entry were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It had mini fridge, coffee maker, and blow dryer. Ice machine in hall worked well. No microwave. 1 block off square, so quick walk to everything but light traffic... nice outdoor seating area.

We will stay here again! The room was large and comfortable (temperature and beds) and the close proximity to the square meant we could park our car and not drive it until we checked out.

We stayed in the Villa so we really didnt have any interaction with the staff, other than at check in. The Villa is nice and cozy and very much right in the heart of downtown. Room was clean but could use some touch ups. Not complaining, just an observation. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the weekend. Def recommend the Villa!
