Going to be honest here: - We got a decent sleep so if that is what you need it will be ok. BUT: - There is no bar tender to there is no bar - The alarm went off at 6am... that sucked - There is no airport shuttle - They want $30 to park... but no shuttle... really? - The soap pump would not work in the shower - There was a burn on the bathroom floor - The was only a half a roll of toliet paper - The shower handle required a signifianct amount of energy needed to turn on the shower water - AC unit was load and had a buzz to it I could go on but this is a 2 star hotel at best. Its falling on hard times.

The floor the stayed at was constantly dirty full of garbage bags every night for 4 nights. It was noisy next door, noisy above our bedroom. ALL towels were full of hairs (absolutely disgusting) I kept asking for new towels explaining what was wrong with the ones in my bedroom and ended up getting more towels with hairs. Ended up buying a new towel at homegoods. They did not mention upon check in that housekeeping only cleans the room every 3 nights!??? That defeats the whole purpose of staying in a hotel! If you wont offer that service then what differentiates a hotel from airbnb??. Since covid, it seems like hotels got the perfect excuse to cut on services. Total disappointment with this stay. Do not recommend staying here.

Our room was spotless! The beds were absolutely so comfy and cozy. No need to bring any shampoo or conditioner shower has big bottles. They also have soap and body lotion in big bottles. Asked for an extra blanket and a few more towels. They were at the door in 5 mins with a smile. Great place to stay. Right next door is a big Walgreens for any needs. I would give this place a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This was the third time I stayed in this hotel and I regarded the place as clean and very welcoming. However, this time around, it did not meet my expectations. There was trash every floor soon one gets out off the elevator, and the room was not cleaned even after asking. So disappointed. Never ever again.

The hotel seems to have been renovated not too long ago. Rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. Very quiet and only about 20 minutes from the city center (without traffic). I would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I learned of the cancellation, I called the hotel directly to ask if my reservation could be adjusted. Check-in was horrible. Only one front desk worker on duty and it took more than 10 minutes for the worker to come out to the check-in area to handle the 5 groups in line waiting to check in. The room was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, but the beds were uncomfortable. Even though we chose to pay at the property, the hotel ran the card on file for the full amount overnight before check-in.

Breakfast was wonderful! The shorter lady in the kitchen that asked our room number, was very sweet! Really clean and fancy! Shower was to die for! And Joe, the bartender and cook, was like our own personal Boston mobster gone good for two nights... Everything we needed... There was hand prints and smudges the room attendants miss to clean, like in the whole middle of the bathroom door, but the bathroom and room in general, was very clean.
