Nice apartment hotel, Host was very accommodating brought us water, changed us rooms to a bigger studio. Pool area needs more chairs and pool towels. Good walking area close to district one. VIP was offered but we did not get the change to use. Overall a good stay, loved HMC

Veldig fornøyde med oppholdet vårt her! Dette er et sted man får mye for pengene, og bevertningen er veldig imøtekommende. De svarer rask og er tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Det er tilgang på basseng, noe som er meget behagelig i en varm by. Man må si ifra til verten 10 min før man skal benytte seg av basseng og gym. Vær obs på at åpningstide på gym er fra 0800-2000. Hoteller ligger relativt sentralt i byen, nært til district 1. Leiligheten vi fikk hadde to bad, to soverom og en liten balkong med utsikt over elva og byen. På ankomstdagen kom vi veldig tidlig, før sjekkinn-tid. Verten ga oss da mulighet til å dusje på gymmens dusj og få oppbevart bagasje frem til sjekk-inn. Veldig behagelig etter en lang reisenatt. Vi er meget fornøyde med vårt opphold her og hadde planlagt å gi 5 stjerner på vår anmeldelse. Å gi en slik anmeldelse ble dog også satt som et krav når vi spurte om sen utsjekk og føltes påtvunget. Stedet anbefales!

Check in was flawless! I was able to check in early as well. The apartment had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are multiple convenient stores downstairs and also a pharmacy. I can't forget the cafe as well. I loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's safe and convenient to everything.

Room was clean and had all the listed amenities. Staff was nice and accommodating. Only negative was using the swimming pool. I had to call a rep to come down and sign up whenever I needed to go swimming. Also, one of the lifeguard/pool attendant was a jerk. The hotel rep had already told him I was coming down to use the pool, but when I got down there, he told me someone needed to come down and sign me up. He purposely made me wait about an hour. I had to call the hotel rep again. When she arrived, she reminded him that she already signed me up. The first pool attendant from a previous day was nice and wasn’t a jerk.

すばらしい施設でした。 まず、チェックインでは守衛の方がアパートに電話してくださり、すぐに管理人に会って鍵の受け渡しや注意事項の伝達をしていただきました。 7階にはよくメンテされたプールがあり、私は毎日ひと泳ぎしていました。 また、何か必要があれば、管理人といつでも連絡が取れたこともありがたかったです。 アパート1階にはコンビニが2つと薬局。徒歩2～３分のところにいくつものレストラン（屋台）がありました。

On arrival at first a bit confusing but after we where able to make contact everything went very smooth.Room is decent size city view was obstructed by high rise across the street but still interesting.Pool is very nice but closed on Monday for cleaning communication was answered in less then 10 minutes overall pleasant stay 1-2 km ride by grub to most things to see and do .

The 7-11, GS25 and pharmacy are conveniently located downstairs. This property is pretty good overall but the sewer smell in the bathroom attached to master bedroom is overpowering at times, most likely it’s because the plumbing when it was built was not done correctly. We did not experience this in the building block B where we stayed at 2 weeks ago. We had to close the door and kept the fan in the bathroom running. Other than that, overall everything is great. Staff is responsive when we requested for towels and toilet paper and brought them to us within 10 minutes.

The room wasn’t tidy on arrival and the bed didn’t feel fresh, with black hair everywhere. Only two large towels were provided, and the kitchen had almost no utensils just a few worn-out leftovers. The shower flooded the bathroom every time, and the noise level was quite high. On the positive side, the location is great, close to many amenities, and the owner responded quickly.

Booked the place as it had a pool for the kids, for it to be closed for the stay..if I knew this i would of booked somewhere else. locked out of the building for 5 hours as there was a fire in the opposite block with no help with food and water, the rule of leaving belongings behind and get out is questionable now. Apart from that the room was ok we was on the 29th floor, alot of tiny ants in the kitchen and a cockroach on the balcony says that it has a infestation somewhere.

We booked this place for a few days. Overall good, however the plumbing work is shoddy, because when you use the fan in the bathroom after taking a shower, it will create suction that will blow sewage air from the sewers into the apartment, which smells horrible. We had to resort to not using the fan and accept a damp bathroom so that the stench wouldn't overwhelm us.

The rooms do not look like the picture. Overall the place was clean, but some areas have not been dusted or wiped for a while. There is no daily service, if you want maid service there would be a surcharge. The washer took a really long time to wash items and the dryer does not work. Overall, the experience was ok. The host was very responsive which is a plus!

Check in process was okay, fairly efficient. 2 annoying things, firstly to use the pool you get stopped my security to log your room number, for some reason our room was not on the list had to wait for host to come down to authorise us. And wifi wasn’t the best quality, dropped out a number of times

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient, the Wi-Fi is fast and stable — perfect for working remotely — and the host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. When we first arrived, the studio had issue with cooking stove but the host acted quickly and moved us to a better one. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout our stay. The apartment is comfortable and has the basics you need for a self-contained stay. The building facilities, especially the pool, are a nice extra touch, and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. With a few small updates, this place could be even better — but as it is, it’s still a good choice for both short visits and longer stays.

Hosts were waiting to greet us and showed us our room. Room was a little smaller than I expected but was everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Couldn’t fit two suitcases in our room but living area was nice and big so could easily fit it out there instead. Beds and pillows quite firm. Amazing views, but even from so high up could still hear the traffic at times. Spacious bathrooms. Only thing was if you wanted to use the pool you had to message the hosts to be registered. Wasn’t a problem for our 1 night stay but might be a little inconvenient if you were there longer.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well-prepared upon arrival. The furniture might not be brand new but was comfortable and practical. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and found it spacious and bright, exactly what we needed for our group. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.

My suite was above an elementary school. At 730am i could hear the screaming kids in the playground. Don't plan on sleeping in if you're on that side of the building. Nam was a good host. I left a tip for the chamber maid. However, when i checked out, she complained about stained towels. What?! In all my years of hotel hopping from 2 stars to 6 stars, i have never had a complaint about dirty towels. This hotel i rated higjly on my last stay. However, this time it doesn't rise to the occassion. Now they are threateing to charge me for the towels if they don't come clean. What a joke! First of all, these are substandard towels of dubious origins. I have seen names on them that don't belong to the hotel. Second, their bedsheets are stained yellow on one side and pink on the other. I gave then a pass eventhough it's kind of disgusting. In conclusion, very disappointed with Saigon Sirius. It has completely gone downhill since 2024. Never again. I will delete them from my travel guide in the next edotion.

First of all, these are substandard towels of dubious origins. I have seen names on them that don't belong to the hotel. Second, their bedsheets are stained yellow on one side and pink on the other. I gave then a pass eventhough it's kind of disgusting. In conclusion, very disappointed with Saigon Sirius. It has completely gone downhill since 2024. Never again. I will delete them from my travel guide in the next edotion.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely and so helpful. I broke my phone and they helped call locations around the city to see if it could be fixed. In addition, they helped my wife with an extra room before her flight as it got delayed so that she could freshen up. They went out of their way to help us wherever they could. The rooms are also very nice and very clean.

Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio. It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

Saigon Sirius is a wonderful stay. Our host was Queenie and she was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. We had frequent communication and was provided everything we needed. The pool was very good and clean. Had no issues with this property, it was very good. I also missed my flight after checking out from the hotel. Queenie allowed me to check back in the hotel for free to rest while I waited for my next flight on the same day. Great host 👍

I was so frustrated when I checked out, because I didn’t know how to return the room key. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saigon Sirius. We were placed in the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 nights free, however, Nam was accomodating when we wanted to upgrade to this room for the rest of our stay. Nam was clear in communication and assisted us promptly to any enquiries. The view is incredible and provides a panoramic view of Saigon River. The hotel has 3 convenience stores underneath, which let us quickly grab snacks as well as other amenities at our convenience. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit HCMC.

Saigon Sirius is actually inside RiverGate Apartments, very confusing for checkin. I did not have data or wifi to call the host and nobody was at reception, not that I could get in because you need the access card to get in I borrowed a phone from a traveller to contact the host, who was very efficient and courteous whenever I contacted her. You also have to contact her for access to the pool. The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults for 4 nights, a short Grab ride across the bridge to the sites of HCM. There are minimal supplies, but 3 convenience stores at ground level. Great views of the city, especially at night with all the lights. I would recommend staying here.

Check in was flawless! I was able to check in early as well. The apartment had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are multiple convenient stores downstairs and also a pharmacy. I can't forget the cafe as well. I loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's safe and convenient to everything.

The property is located across the river from District 1 (city hyper center). The area immediately around the property has street food options, but few may appeal to tourists. We ended up dining every night at the same good vegetarian restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the property. Getting there on foot was an adventure every time, given the rundown state of sidewalks, food carts, motorbikes parked or driven on the sidewalks. Other than that, the units are OK but for very few kitchen utensils in the two units we had (had to change because of ants in a bed in the first unit). Lobby and elevator have AC, but not the corridors from the appartements to the lift. ACs in the appartements were adequate. Views from the top floors were on the polluted river, nearby high rises, and decrepit low rises in the neighborhood.

This property surprised me! The staff were great at contacting me and check in was very smooth. What I like about this property is that no one mentioned the street of local shops right around the corner where you can get many Vietnamese dishes for cheap (although some of the shop owners don’t speak much English). It’s a very nice contrast compared to the 7-11 and WinMart downstairs. The Main Street around is also bustling. I almost regretted staying in D4 but it’s a quick scooter ride into D1. One minor issue was that I asked for a shuttle ride from the airport and they were late, but overall didn’t affect my stay! The unit was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a nice feature. However, the master bathroom had a strong urine odor, and the bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival.
