Breakfast was good. Kind of funny how the kitchen and the breaks areas work. They take your order and waitress have to walk across the hotel to bring your food. You ask for coffee and you have to wait 10 minutes until the waitress walk again to the kitchen area and come back with a single cup of coffee. But service was really good.

This hotel is rated as a 9 nothing further from the truth… this property is a 2 start hotel at best. I hope this can help someone that wants an honest opinion on the property.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Chichen Itza. It was perfect for us - great location close to the main square and cathedral and even though quite a basic hotel had everything we needed - mini fridge, breakfast, soap. The family running the hotel were super helpful and friendly too!

Such a lovely place to stay. The family that runs it is very friendly, and the breakfast is EXCELLENT! Usually consisted of Mexican style scrambled eggs with sautéed Chinese style veggies and fruit and some kind of carb. It was simply delicious and lovely. (And I’m normally a “coffee only” breakfast person!) If I’m ever back in Valladolid, I wouldn’t consider staying at any other place. Impeccable!!!

Staff was great, even carried my suitcase up the stairs. Room was very clean. The breakfast was great. Mini fridge in room and nice TV with cable.
