Hotel Real Colonial

We were only really there to sleep but stay was good...hot water, super clean, filtered water in a glass that they refill which I appreciate rather than wasting plastic bottles, AC worked well, free parking in their private parking lot, central square is only a few minute walk away. Only thing that was annoying is the confirmation says you must contact them at least 72 hours before to confirm check in instructions - I messaged through hotels.com over a week before and then again 2 days before and they never responded. However, check in was easy, there was reception when we arrived around 630 at night and no issues.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given had two windows facing a business in the back, and there was constant noise throughout the day and night. We asked to switch rooms, and while the staff was accommodating, the second room had a large glass door that opened directly to the street, which still made it very noisy, especially at night and early in the morning. I’m giving a few stars because the staff did try to assist us, but there were several issues. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in but we were told we had to wait until exactly 3 PM to pay and access our room. Parking wasn’t available until 5 PM, so we had to return later just to park the car. Strangely, when we checked out in the morning, the front desk simply told us to open the gate ourselves to leave. Lastly, the room conditions were not great, the sheets were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom light wasn’t working properly. Overall, it was not the experience we expected.

Parking lot was locked at night. Breakfast was offered on site and seems like they no longer offer this with stay.

Lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado en valladolid cuentan con estacionamiento seguro para tu vehiculo.

Todo muy bien, relación precio y servicio, muy buena atención de la persona de recepción, limpieza y detalles de la habitación súper bien, camas cómodas, estacionamiento seguro, you cerca de las actividades del centro. Si regresaría, gracias.

Las reseñas hablaban bien del hotel, la verdad yo queria uno centrico y la ubicacion estaba bien, pero lo que me decepciono fue la habitación la regadera no funcionaba, el baño tampoco despedia un olor horrible, a mis suegros nunca les salio agua caliente, las sabanas super delgadas y los aires acondicionados estan de frente a las camas, asi que en general feo y no regresaria

The staff were very friendly. Nice clean room, with hot water.Enjoyed a tv show in English at the end of the day.We stayed one night. Would have liked to stay longer.

Place was SUPER clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and efficient. It would have been even better if they had provided enough towels to match the amount of guests staying (we had 6 guests, they gave us 3 towels). Thankfully we brought our own towels with us. Definitely recommend!!!

Solo me quedé una noche me oarecio muy bien para el precio, todo limpió, la atencion buena, y el check in rapido al igual que el chek out todo bien

La habitación está muy limpia y el personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Excelente servicio, muy limpia y muy Luna. Las decoraciones y sábanas, y toallas muy blancas. Decoraciones muy lunas con bordados. Céntrica y muy segura .Soloel refrigerador no cerraba bien pero enfriaba bien.

Buen aire acondicionado, baño y camas comodas

El lugar es rapido de llegar caminando de la terminal 5 o 6 cuadras, puedes tomar taxi aunque a nosotros nos encanta caminar para ver que hay en los alrededores. El hotel esta super comodo con aire acondicionado y es muy tranquilo. La habitacion super comoda y el baño amplio con buena regadera👍

Muy cómoda y amplio, personal muy amable, lo único malo es que el tráfico en la mañana hace mucho ruido del lado de la calle

Warm welcome, lovely large clean room, close to square & near to bus station. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Hotel reception was very helpful when I’d sprained my ankle in Valladolid.

LAS COSAS QUE NO ME GUSTARON, FUERON LA ESCALERA PARA EL PRIMER PISO, ESTA MAL TRAZADA Y ES ANGOSTA, HASTA PELIGROSA PARA PERSONAS MAYORES Y NIÑOS. LA ILUMINACIÓN ES INSUFICIENTE, ESPECIALMENTE EN EL BAÑO.

Un hospedaje económico, tranquilo y cerca del centro

El lugar es rapido de llegar caminando de la terminal 5 o 6 cuadras, puedes tomar taxi aunque a nosotros nos encanta caminar para ver que hay en los alrededores. El hotel esta super comodo con aire acondicionado y es muy tranquilo. La habitacion super comoda y el baño amplio con buena regadera👍

Hotel sencillo. Limpio, buena habitación y cerca a la plaza principal para disfrutar de la zona.
