We had a great stay at Viva Mérida. Property is very clean, Rooms are spacious. We stayed for a week, the staff was fantastic accommodating our requests throughout our time here. The breakfast that is included is generous . Is close to all center main spots and walkable to their food district. Definitely a little gem to stay if you are in town.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean unfortunately no windows only skylights. The atrium area is quite beautiful. Beautiful fruit, platters, and pastries for breakfast.
