Although pillows were well worn and yellow from sweat,the owner replaced them with new,close to all amenities,shops pubs etc.only saw the owner twice

We had top floor. For 2 adults 3 children. 48 stairs to climb. . Hard work when you got a 1 year old, an invalid mother and all bags. No lift. Not the hotel is fault for us wanting a large room.
