The Hotel is very well located two blocks fron the main square of Merida. It is old but well kept. The pool is very small however it is useful after a day of walking in Merida downtown.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación es cómoda y la alberca fue un plus que se agradece por el calor que hacía. El staff es super amable y me encantó que el cuarto tenga frigobar. El único detalle es que, como tal, no tienen estacionamiento propio sino que tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento público y solo te hacen un descuento pero no es gratis. Deberían de quitar de su descripción que sí ofrecen este servicio porque en realidad uno termina pagando casi 10 horas de estacionamiento extra a lo que se paga del hospedaje. Fuera de eso, todo fue excelente

En la descripción se dice que el hotel tiene estacionamiento y no es así, te tienes que estacionar a 100 m del hotel, aparte, se maneja como cortesía “su estacionamiento” de 20 hrs a 8 hrs y te cobran estacionamiento el tiempo que no contemple ese horario, aparte, están remodelando la calle por donde está el hotel y eso deberían mencionarlo cuando reservas, en general no fue grata la estancia en ese hotel

Me gustó mucho si ubicación, es como calle principal y a dos cuadras de la catedral, muy limpio y vaya que soy exigente en eso, básicamente lamosos para pasar la noche pero si me gustó, bien tamaño y si parece hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, los empleados muy amables pero la limpieza muy mal, incluso encontré una nota en mi habitación del huésped anterior donde hablaba justamente de eso, se quejaba de la falta de limpieza y pues increíble haber encontrado algo del huésped anterior no? En efecto, la limpieza mal hecha, el espejo todo salpicado, y sucio, en general sucio.

We got a room that looked unfinished as the floor didn’t have tiles. (Room 100), but we didn’t mind. the receptionist man never smiled nor welcomed us in. He was in a bad mood. However the man in the morning was the opposite. He was friendly and helpful. We even bought a nice lunch and surprised him! The area is loud since it is where the route of the horse rides.

The gentlemen that helped us were nice and did the check-in quickly, so that was a plus. The room itself was not what we expected. ZERO outlets to charge phones. The restroom was very tiny with no shower door. Water spread all around the restroom. Because its right in the middle of the busy street, it was very noisy. Maybe a different room would have been better because ours just wasn't good.

En las fotos de la habitación cama doble económica no se aprecia que la habitación es sin ventana y es muy reducida, me cambiaron de habitación y en la nueva se salía el agua de la regadera fuera del baño y el piso quedaba encharcado, si llegas después de las 8!pm no hay estacionamiento hay que dejar el coche en estacionamiento privado,

Me recibieron en un cuarto con goteras, y sin ventanas, no especificado de nada. Y me dijeron que si lo quería bien y si no pues ahí como sea. Además me hicieron pagar el estacionamiento. Y se escudaron diciendo que era una habitación económica. Y en general pésimo. Y la respuesta de la gente del hotel fatal.

The rooms were large and comfortable, which we appreciated, though there was limited storage space in the room — only a few small shelves. The water pressure was also quite low, which made showering a bit inconvenient. We stayed here for two nights and the best part is the location. The room was small but clean. It woukd have been nice to have the ac on prior to our arrival as Merida is so hot in the summer but it didnt take long to cool off. Not the best room for older people or those with probpems woth sreos as we had a very high step into the bathroom and had to keep the light on all nihht to avoid a fall.

Ea un hotel muy lindo, de estilo colonial, muy ad hoc al centro histórico. Está en el corazón de Mérida y cerca de todo lo bonito que hay que visitar. Los de la recepción muy amables, especialmente el señor Romel. Muy atento y súper amable. Segura de volver a hospedarme. Lo único es que hay muchos mosquitos, pero los hay en toda la ciudad.

Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles, jamas me quediari ahi otra vez, resumiendo, vatalle muchisimo para que me hicieran caso en cambiarme de habitacion,me cambiaron 3 veces en una misma noche y los aires no funcionaron, la persona de la noche que esta en recepcion, unos modos espantosos, muuuy grosera, terminamos amontonandonos a las 3o 4am en una habitacion que tenia una amiga, al sig dia no habia nadie que diera atencion porque era domingo, me termino ayudando una persona de limpieza llamada juanita, muuy amable y movida con ganas de solucionar. Personal como ella deberian de tener. Lastima delos dueños que no ponen atención el lugar tiene mucho potencial pero no tienen personal capacitado, jamas lo recomendare y poesupuesto, no regresare.

The room I stayed at ran out of water. I was given a key to another room just to shower but I told them i wanted a different room which the did switch me to. However, that room also ran out of water. I complained to the front desk and asked for an adjustment in price. I was told they couldn't do that. I will not stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main plaza in a classic building that has been recently renovated. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a large rainfall shower head and modern fixtures. The included breakfast came with juice, coffee, bread and jam, plus a choice of main dish and was very good.

Está en lugar céntrico. Lo único inconveniente fue que debido a las obras del corredor gastronómico No tuvimos estacionamiento, me gustó porque está a solo 2 o 3 calles del centro.

This hotel is very close to Centro, so many locations are walkable. Rooms were very clean and relatively quiet considering closeness to the street. Beds were very, very, very firm. Parking was available nearby. The pool was chilly but pleasant when we needed a cool-down. Restaurant/coffee shop in the building was pricey and we didn't experience good service, but the Restaurant directly across the street was excellent.

Toilet plugged up immediately. No soap, no hand towels. No reading light, just a dim light high up near the high ceiling. Bathroom smelled ancient and moldy. The room was full of tiny 'tiger' mosquitos that had a vicious bite that was painful for 40 minutes. I was bitten many times through a miserable night. 'Cheesecake' in the coffee shop was a kind of semi-solid foam that had never seen a cow. The 'swimming pool' is one stroke in length. Plenty of hot water though.

Todo bien, en el restaurante se come muy rico, el lugar está bien ubicado, el único contra es el estacionamiento que no es propiedad del hotel y se ponen tontos si llevas camionetas, a pesar de eso me gustó y si reservaría de nuevo.

El hotel está muy Lindo justo en el centro muy cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos de Merida, el personal del hotel fue muy atento en todo momento. Además directamente en el hotel se pueden comprar tours por Yucatán. La comida del desayuno es buena aunque podría ser más variada. En general 9/10.

This colonial style hotel has character! We loved our balcony in room 319 that overlooked the street! We were a 5 minute walk to the Gran Plaza, 5 minutes to the restaurant Chaya Maya, a 10 minute walk to the giant city market, and about a 20 minute walk to Paseo De Montejo and Parque De La Plancha! We enjoyed cooling off in the aberca/picina/pool! It was about 5 feet deep and 20 feet long. The room had a mini fridge that we kept stocked with cold drinks and there was a lot of stores and restaurants all around us! We enjoyed the hotel’s excellent coffee shop, but never did try their restaurant. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and smiled a lot. Thanks to everyone! Muchas gracias todos! A dos cuadras del centro, habitación pequeña pero bien distribuida, en primer piso la #103, excelente precio, personal de recepción muy amables y atentos, hay que esperar un minuto para que salga el agua caliente pero si hay, camas muy confortables, varios restaurantes cerca del hotel, cuenta con cafetería y pocas opciones en alimentos, sólo estuvimos una noche y no disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones, pensamos regresar y nos quedaremos unos 3 dias, yo lo recomiendo si no necesitas mas que para ir a dormir, no cuenta con bar ni restaurant, pero enfrente hay restaurant y también está el Tucho.

El Hotel está super lindo, excelente ubicación a 2 cuadras de la catedral y tiene convenio con estacionamiento . Me quedé 5 noches. Lo recomiendo mucho y volvería a hospedarme ahí. También probé desayunos en el Restaurante de ahí y todo bien.

Would be nice if the staff warned us about the closures of the Calle 60 we couldn’t access the parking lot and ended up parking somewhere else at our cost, later staff told us that if you asked they let local traffic go by.. no sign tho
