Stayed 1 night

I'll start by saying I booked this hotel as part of a weekend getaway for my wifes birthday. Upon arriving and taking one look at the property. I booked a nearby hotel. I wouldnt even walk up to the front door nevermind spend the night! "Hotel" is an unsign written terrace property with dingy sheets up to the windows & A disgusting plastic chair on the dirty front garden surrounded by cigarette ends. The hotel is described as having free parking, yet is situated on a main road with no carpark. The nearby streets are full of double parked cars, so god only knows where the free parking is. But it definitely isnt in a locarion you would park your car without being able to see it! Mywifes anxiety was absolutely going crazy because of this horrible place that even "giving it a chance" wasnt an option. I spoke with expedia regarding the situation who have informed me as the property owner wont agree to a refund that one wont be issued but a "goodwill gesture" which is appreciated dont get me wrorng. However despite requesting expedia visit this property as it is nowhere near up to standards seems to fall on deaf ears and ill just have to take the loss on the chin. So book this hotel if you like to live life dangerously. Otherwise i definitely wouldnt even stay for free. As for Expedia, do as you will but I wont be using them again. Except for listing my shed as a hotel knowing that I get to keep all the money for the bookings regardless of what the customer's find.

I never felt so bad in my whole life! Basically I’m a Trans person but haven’t changed my name yet on the docs. When I have arrived in the place, the manager or whoever was the person in charge made me feel so bad and affected, that I can’t explain. He asked why I had one name in the taxi, and another name in the reservation of the hotel which in fact it was not of his business that! After that, I have started feeling bad in a point that I thought everyone was talking about me, and I had to leave the hotel and go to another place! Waste of money, waste of time and waste of patience!

I was so disappointed in this townhouse my room was a let down to small and the room wasn’t very clean and I had a tiny bathroom also it was dreadful. I wouldn’t ever stay here again the place feels so dirty and not kept clean I couldn’t wait to check out I would not recommend this place to anyone
