Check-in and check out we’re super easy. The staff was polite and helpful. The language barrier was minimal. The breakfast buffet is better than most. The only drawback for our trip was how tiny the rooms were. I’m glad it was only two nights.

This is a great option if you are looking for a basic no frills hotel in the outskirts of Tokyo. Its location is great with the train station right across the street and lots of great stores in the close vicinity. The rooms are nice and basic but the hotel has minimal amenities. Breakfast is good with many options but very busy and cafeteria style. Word of advice to hotel management - please offer different style pillows as these were the worst pillows we’ve ever sleep on in our life! Aside from that it was a good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at T-Mark City Hotel Tokyo. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the lobby was welcoming, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Rin at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help me print some important documents, and his kindness and excellent customer service made my stay even better. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of both Western and Asian cuisine, so there was something for everyone each morning. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the subway, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The aquarium on the same side of the road is also a wonderful attraction to visit and adds to the charm of the area. I highly recommend T-Mark City Hotel Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again!
