A warm welcome from all staff. We had a great room on the third floor. We enjoyed a lovely meal in The Stirling, with such attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Canmore.

Conveniently located in an area near the downtown restaurants and shops, surrounded by Canmore's exquisite mountains and views, the Malcolm was superb. The room is comfortable and outfitted nicely with lush robes, roomy refrigerator, and a quality coffee maker. Coffee shop in the hotel is nice for a quick breakfast, or a take-out lunch, with restaurant (Stirling) a convenient and lovely choice for meals....as well as outdoor patio dining. Front desk was VERY helpful with bus schedules, local activities. The only negative is all the surrounding construction, which makes sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view impossible.....as well as intermittent wifi service. (difficult to work from room).

We had a very pleasant stay at the Malcolm Hotel. The hotel is very luxurious and offers excellent amenities. The swimming pool is very nice and very well heated, and there are also two hot tubs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. One thing to keep in mind is the parking. There are not that many parking spaces available at the hotel, and they can fill up quickly. We stayed there in August, so this may have been partly due to the peak season. However, street parking is also available nearby, so finding a parking spot was still possible. The room was beautiful and offered great amenities. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is also very well located in Canmore, with beautiful views and a very pleasant setting. We would definitely recommend it.
