I arrived on a Sunday evening around 7-8:00pm. Was going to be there until Thursday. There were no carts to unload my luggage to take to the room. The lady at the front desk said that people take them upstairs and don't bring them back down. I asked if she could have someone check if they were in the halls upstairs. She said that she was the only one there and that she had to stay at the counter and couldn't do anything about it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, our car glass was shattered and broken into. We also learned that three cars were broken into the night before. The hotel has no security cameras outside. We will never stay here again.

Do NOT stay here… the hotel is nice BUT our car got broke into the first night here hotel staff not super helpful.. second night TEN cars also got passenger window busted out and robbed.. not even joking that number… so either stay somewhere else or have a nice hotel and just take your valuables and clean your car out and just keep your car unlocked and save the hassle of having to replace a window!!

This property was wonderful, for big families and very pet friendly. Loved that they accommodated you with a free breakfast and free parking. Swimming pool hours were very generous fitness room was awesome and walking distance to restaurants were very convenient.

Over all stay was good room was nicer than expected very clean and staff was friendly breakfast was really good but The whole family was disappointed because when we went to use the pool there was a sighn saying closed until further notice and the pool was the whole reason we booked here but we definitely would book again

The staff is SO friendly, the room was very very clean, and we loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool. It was kept warm and had nice, long hours. They provide nice bath products, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved all of the amenities available in the room. Heavenly!

Both elevators were not working when first arrived and room was on the fourth floor that was a little bit frustrating on top of no available bag carriers. Card machine was not working so the front desk employee was frustrated with that. After I got to my room only one elevator worked for the rest of my stay there so that was kind of annoying I would have taken the steps if i didn’t have a bad knee that’s how long one elevator took to get to the fourth floor. Anything else I really can’t complain about.

Check-in was super easy and breakfast was delicious. The floor of the elevator was pretty dirty. The pool was very nice, the water was warm which was an added bonus. We had some loud neighbors which was promptly handled right after we called the front desk. As far as the room goes: the beds had fabric bedskirts that were likely never taken off to be cleaned because both beds had a ton of funk on the bedskirts. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and our refrigerator wasnt working properly. The freezer was likely the temp that the fridge should have been, even with both settings turned as cold as possible. Our items thawed in the freezer. We had to ask for bedding for the pullout couch but it otherwise wasnt a big deal obtaining that. This suite had dishes and they were all spotless. The staff were all super nice and friendly.

We arrived before 3:00 so probably our fault but sat in lobby 10 min. waiting to check in. There was no one around. Finally we called the hotel # and front desk came running. There should be some sort of notification that someone came in the front door. Anyone off the street could have come in and no one would know. The lobby smelled and looked clean, but on the 3rd floor there was a dank, sweaty smell in the hall and in our room. The room was a king suite so it was very spacious and had a full kitchen. The basics were clean but the carpets and drapes smelled musty. Carpet should be replaced with luxury wood look vinyl that can easily be cleaned. The metal bed frame was sticking out about 3 " from under the bed and could have cut our legs. I had to lift the mattress and box springs to move it in. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better above the floor tiles. The ledge had considerable dirt accumulated on it, esp. behind the door. Other than that, nice hotel with pool and beautiful outdoor area.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Only issues I had were these: 1) The mattress seems old and worn out. I had a king-size bed and kept rolling into the center because the mattress was so worn. 2) The breakfast tables were mostly available, but all were dirty. I would stay again, hoping to get a better mattress next time and cleaner eating area.

My only complaint is that the heavy curtains did not move to cover the window. It was too bright for sleeping, luckily I had an eye shade to make it darker. Otherwise, great staff, quiet room, really comfortable bed - my back only hurt 1 morning out of 5 and all other hotels I stay ay destroy my back. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

The facility still feels and looks pretty new. It's within walking distance from a shopping area, but be sure to stay in crosswalks when crossing. A busy Costco, Cabela's, and Duluth Trading are nearby. Each featured a pretty full parking lot - so lots of cars moving about. Remarkably, my room had a full-sized refrigerator, a working stove, and a microwave. In addition to a large, comfy bed, my unit also featured a sectional sofa. Gives you an idea how big the room was. The hotel was clean, spacious. I liked the staff - they were always friendly and helpful. If they were in the back, I just asked if anyone was home, and out popped someone with a smile. Unfortunately I did not sample their breakfast, but there appears to be a nice, modern, and spacious eating area. Their business center worked great. When the printer ran out of paper, I asked the staff to fill it, which they did in a minute. All and all, I was lucky to book at this solid hotel. I'll do it again.

Stayed in room 201 drove from NJ arrived 9pm. settled into room air was warm turned ac on 68. fan on. nothing happened. fell asleep woke up at 2am sweating. the hvac was completely dead. the room was sweltering and no way to turn a fan on or ac on or heat down. there was like no oxygen. it was terrible.

I'd love to be able to take a breath of fresh air through a window (tilted, even?) in the right weather conditions, instead of constant weather-controlled, cleaning-chemicals air in the apartment and everywhere in the hotel. In short, windows that open or tilt at least would be a needed addition for the 'livability' and comfort value of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is pretty convenient.

Stayed in the studio suite which says it can sleep 4 because of the sofa bed. 3 can comfortably sleep in this room. The sofa bed is maybe 4 feet wide. Wasn’t big enough for my two kids to share and no rollaway beds unlike what the description states about the hotel. Staff said they only have cribs not rollaway beds. Actual property was nice and breakfast was good.

We checked into the hotel and our room had no working air conditioner, mold in bathroom,phones and side table plugs or lamps. We were given a box fan and was told there were no other available rooms for that night and was told we would receive a $200 credit and then we would be moved to another room for the remainder of our stay. The next day we told that was not an option, they were going to fix the problems, we’d be staying in our original hotel room and only $100 would be credited back to us. They did fix the air conditioner and the lamps but nothing else was taken care of. We have yet received any credits and the experience was horrible and we were treated very rudely about the situation. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel. Will be returning when I have to visit for business again. The room was very clean, bathroom as well. Everything is new or updated. No issues at all. Kitchen was great, full size fridge. Room was comfortable and perfect for one person. Also, the breakfasts were awsome. Great food and selection. Highly recommend for the price and quality of room. Also free laundry machines provided. Only issue I had is I had to argue with one of the hotel staff one day about lowering the temperature in the gym. It was 73 degrees and she thought it was reasonable. I finally got another staff member to lower it to a normal gym temp.

Well located near the highway so easy access to downtown, which was important to us. We checked in right at 3 and were in our room right away. The room was incredibly clean. We did use the pool for a few moments before it closed at 10pm. It was clean as well, though there weren’t any towels, but it was the end of the day so I understand why. We had to rush out the next morning but did quickly eat breakfast, probably one of the best included breakfast buffets I’ve seen in awhile. Plenty of room to dine and food options were great! Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed bedding for the couch.

All was good with a couple hiccups. No one at desk when we arrived. Waited about 5 minutes. Room was great. Clean and everything worked fine. Grandkids came to swim in pool. All good there. Both elevators down 1/2 day which was challenging. Weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 which was late for us early birds. Plus Sunday breakfast staff running very late and we needed to get to grandson's game early. Overall nice hotel. We've stayed here multiple times.

Shower was Luke warm at best for the two showers I took. The breakfast was not very good. No breakfast meat to go with the eggs. The waffle mix dispenser kept not working, which the employee said happens all the time. So trying to get a waffle was difficult and time consuming.

We had a great 3.night stay at Staybridge Polaris. The location is in a very nice part of Columbus with convenient access to freeways. The room is clean, check-in was very easy and painless. Breakfast was included, coffee was great, food was ok (pre-made omelets, potatoes, fruits, yogurt and granola options). The sausage patties were too dry on one of the days, but they made it up with comfy biscuit and sausage gravy the next morning. Overall great stay.
