Incredible experience from arrival to departure. Not having really researched the property beforehand, the room (apartment would be more accurate) was way more than we expected, the kitchenette and dining area being a big bonus on top of the spacious room and very comfy bed. Staff were helpful and welcoming throughout and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. Only gripe was that parking was a little tricky, mostly due to it being a busy Christmas weekend. The validated parking was much appreciated however.

Excellent hotel!! Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and dinette. Location is perfect, excellent attached restaurant and bar, free laundry available, very clean hotel. Amazing staff!!

Great hotel - perfect for a city break. Great central location. Easy to walk to lots of nearby sights or it's very close to public transport (most buses depart near City hall which is 2 mins walk away). Also close to the bus station where the 300 express bus from Belfast International Airport stops. Well equipped kitchen including pretty much everything that you could need including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.

Very nice hotel. However, they recommended a parking that gave a half off rate, but you have to talk to an attendant, and the garage didn’t have any attendants. I walked all around for 30 min and then ended up paying the full rate

There are renovations underway so the property is surrounded by a hoarding. Clean comfortable suites with a nicely sized kitchen area and a comfortable bed. Very close to the centre of Belfast - very walkable. Friendly and efficient check in.

Great room on 6th floor. Good to have a small kitchen. USB points in room would have been useful. Location was superb for all city centre attractions. If planning to eat at Amelia Hall you better book, not mentioned to us on check in and we were turned away.

The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful but the housekeeping was poor. Our bins were not emptied and the bedcover just spread over wrinkled sheets. We had to get supplies of tea etc from the reception. The second day was not much better.

I liked the spacious apartment style, it was well appointed. Staff at the check-in desk were professional and friendly. There was a very stained towel in the shower room, and the room was very dusty - lots of particles over the walls and the bed head.

I stayed at the Flint back in 2018 and had a lovely experience. Sadly, it wasn't the case this time. The staff was lovely and very helpful however, the condition of the room was disappointing. It wasn't clean: the bathroom floor was dirty with hair and nail clippings, the sink hadn't been cleaned properly, the floor in the main room hadn't been (properly) hoovered and overall, it was dusty. I don't ask much but for a clean room.

Very nice, clean & quiet hotel with good sized comfortable rooms. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly & helpful. Great central area for walking to all the places you'd like to see. Only downside is no onsite parking & no area to load/unload luggage. Parking is only about two blocks away so you have to walk with luggage. Not a big deal though. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Apartment was well laid out, nicely decorated and had everything you needed. Downside was that the room was quite dusty on walls and curtains, maybe due to work that was going on downstairs. Did report to reception but don't think it any hovering was done for our 5 night stay. The heating unit in the room couldn't be adjusted any lower than 18oC which was too warm for sleeping. The windows couldn't be left open due to road noise.

This hotel room was my favorite part of Belfast. it was spacious and clean. Large bathroom and a nice shower. I especially loved the kitchen. The staff were also very friendly and the room was quiet, I hardly realized there were other guests.

At checkin, they will hold luggage but will not let you checkin until 3pm. Large studio room that is well equipped with all you need to cook or heat up foods. Have toaster, kettle, flattop, refrigerator and tiny freezer. M&S is close by and has lovely microwave foods and a bakery. Very clear instructions for all appliances. Bed is queen sized - too firm for this side sleeper; even the back sleeper complained that the bed was not great. TV has limited channels and fuzzy reception - it is a smart TV so they expect you to login to your own Netflix or Prime account. YouTube is free and reception is good. Free laundry on the 6th floor is excellent- bring your own detergent. Close to Grand Central Station. Overall, It’s nice to have space bigger than just a hotel room. Would give it a 5 star if the bed was more comfy.

Room was clean on service, but dusty in corners and small stains on comforter. Could not get heater/ air conditioner right. Never figured out how to get streaming, so minimal channels (2). Room was spacious and had great view. Free (shared) laundry was a plus! Would stay again and bring my own toilet and facial tissue.

Emailed weeks ahead to ask for a one hour early check in as would have been travelling/flying for over 25+ hours. Upon arrival at 2.15 told room not ready go away to local cafe. We asked to stay in lobby and wait for room at 3pm. There is one chair in lobby. My husband of 60 had one choice to stand or sit on concrete floor. Asked for a chair for him, no there is not one. Finally room was ready, told to check ourselves in. Exhausted asked for help, obvisouly told to get stuffed. This is not a welcoming hotel to some guests as later in evening saw a new staff member checking a guest in with all the help that was needed.

Staff was very kind and lovely. This was a hotel that was low fuss in a centrally located area with a awesome bar/restaurant adjacent to it on the ground floor. Note - this is not a quiet hotel. It's is on a main street with a lot of traffic and there is a active coffee shop/bar/restaurant on the ground floor that is open pretty late. I knew that going in and did not mind the city noises at all. It is literally a block from city center and everything I wanted to do was walkable. Only things to note: there was a weird stain on the couch in my room - but I covered it with my suitcase and problem was solved. Also, the television service was very choppy. Not sure if the hotel had any control over this but it was a little annoying to not be able to watch tv because it kept cutting in and out. It was such a small thing that I never bothered to really say anything and didn't change how I felt about the hotel. Will use them again for sure!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. In particular but not limited to, the staff. Ciara, with her infectious friendly misdemeanour & her knowledge and passion for her own country and Chris, for his assistance. The check in procedure was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. I had prepaid my stay and the check in clerk told me I could not stay and would lose my money if I could not provide photo i.d. As a British citizen staying in a British hotel, I have never before had to provide this, neither was it made plain to me when booking that it was the hotels policy

Check in process was difficult and time consuming. Guests shouldn’t have to queue to fiddle around trying to manually enter masses of details into a screen and struggle to take photos of their own passport. It is the last thing you want after a long journey. It is also lacking in the personal reception service you expect in a four star hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely. We met Natalie, Alex and Kiera. They were all incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived but Alex fixed this problem very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The staff were absolutely lovely. We met Natalie, Alex and Kiera. They were all incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived but Alex fixed this problem very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The Flint has an awesome location in Belfast. Easy access to trains and buses and the city airport bus stopped a 3 min walk away. The room was efficiently laid out and we had lots of light and a kitchenette . Also caught up some laundry. Staff was exceptional

Not obvious as hotel is above a restaurant too so was hard to find initially. Had a lovely stay at the Flint hotel. First of all, it’s so well located, right by City Hall at the centre of things. Staff were lovely and so helpful, always a hello. The room was perfect, I loved having a kitchenette and it was stocked well - nice touch having dishwasher tablets! The bed was so comfy and a wonderful range of different pillows meant a lot. Bathroom was spotless and a big thumbs up to the large shower and free toiletries. Overall I would throughly recommend staying at the Flint hotel and will definitely be back again.

The Flint was great! Loved the gorgeous restaurant downstairs. The bed was comfortable and even though it is above a bar/restaurant it was very quiet, even on a loud weekend night. Great location near an easy garage for parking and walkable to all of the city center.

Nice contemporary industrial conversion in the heart of the city. There’s a busy bar restaurant downstairs under the same ownership I believe. Had a decent lunch there, surprisingly good salad dish. Got a higher room to be away from street noise. Unfortunately on one night this didn’t help with a 3:30am jackhammer on the road outside. That’s city centre life I guess and it’s not a fault of the hotel. Nice to have the well thought out kitchenette in room.

Staff was very kind and lovely. This was a hotel that was low fuss in a centrally located area with a awesome bar/restaurant adjacent to it on the ground floor. Note - this is not a quiet hotel. It's is on a main street with a lot of traffic and there is a active coffee shop/bar/restaurant on the ground floor that is open pretty late. I knew that going in and did not mind the city noises at all. It is literally a block from city center and everything I wanted to do was walkable. Only things to note: there was a weird stain on the couch in my room - but I covered it with my suitcase and problem was solved. Also, the television service was very choppy. Not sure if the hotel had any control over this but it was a little annoying to not be able to watch tv because it kept cutting in and out. It was such a small thing that I never bothered to really say anything and didn't change how I felt about the hotel. Will use them again for sure!

Front desk staff was great. Loved the takeaway window for coffees and baked goods in the morning. EVERYTHING is walkable from The Flint. Kitchenettes were very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast.

Cons- curtains didn't go all the way across so let in light in the morning. Room wasn't soundproof so lots of street noise plus internal corridor noise. Budget toilettries in the bathroom - would expect something more luxe given the room rate. All in all was good for a weekend stay.

A super cool hotel, we got the larger room and it was great to have the kitchenette. Really cool decor throughout the hotel, super location, the attached bar Amelia was cool with live music on the Friday. Very quiet inside hotel Room had loads of space, could maybe have had more hanging space (and hangers) for clothes. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Loved it, was worth the little more ££ to not stay in a Travelodge etc which were all full of stag and hen-do's!

This is a great hotel. Room was super clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant was fantastic and staff there were exceptionally helpul and courteous. Location is perfect for exploring Dublin. We will be back.

Great room on 6th floor. Good to have a small kitchen. USB points in room would have been useful. Location was superb for all city centre attractions. If planning to eat at Amelia Hall you better book, not mentioned to us on check in and we were turned away.
