Great hotel and location. Staff are amazing and go well above to accommodate customers wishes. The only downside for me was the Rooftop restaurant....its way overrated and over priced. Otherwise I totally recommend this hotel for your stay to Budapest.

This is a very nice hotel right at the base of the chain bridge. The roof top bar is added bonus. Had drinks and went back for dinner. Staff was extremely hospitable! Free glass of prosecco while you check! Would def stay there again!!!

Beautiful interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Close to the main sights and gorgeous views. Concierge booked our reservation at the skybar which was gorgeous as well. Gym had everything you’d need to do a small workout. Sauna was fantastic and had a shower to rinse off right there instead of having to go back to your room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Small but high-quality room, well-stocked with a good coffee bar, etc. Quiet at night, comfortable bed. Beautiful and modern. Great location in Buda, right at the base of the Chain Bridge. Stellar staff. The "Chain View" room is totally worth the extra price. Note that the standard-size room may be cramped if you travel with lots of luggage: We had two full-size suitcases and two rollaboards, and we had to arrange things carefully. Special mention for the breakfast, which was delicious and hearty. A perfect start to a busy day of touring the city. The rooftop bar has amazing views, but the food/drink are merely OK. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Budapest. We had considered staying elsewhere, but are truly glad we chose this hotel

I wish i could give it 6 stars. The staff is very friendly. Loved the view of the Chain Bridge and the river from our room and the restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic. Convenient to everything we wanted to see.

立地は最高です。ブダにもペストにも行きやすいです。スタッフは特に悪い点はないですが、特に素晴らしい点もありません。設備についてはもう少し豪華かと想像していましたが、普通のブティックホテルでした。 屋上のバーはホテルと無関係なようで、予約がなかなか取れず、一度もいけませんでした。

Sollte in einem Hotel mit diesem Qualitätsanspruch nicht passieren. Aber gemäß dem Motto "jede Reklamation ist die Gelegenheit den Kunden zu begeistern" wurde der Zwischenfall zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Macht aber leider nur 4 von 5 Punkten.

The hotel it’s self is beautiful, staff are very friendly, although I accidentally spilt some water on the floor of our hotel room and when cleaning it up i discovered the floor was ridiculously dirty, so only think i have to say is make sure you wear socks in your room!

The room layout was strange. The shower and toilet were in separate compartments. The sink was in the open space. Unless you are traveling with someone in a close relationship, the physical arrangement of the room is uncomfortably awkward

Clark Hotel was very pleasant. In my view the best thing about it was the location which is excellent. Clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. I don’t drink alcohol so we didn’t use the bar and we also didn’t try breakfast so I can’t comment on bar and bistro. The dark decor did take a bit of getting use to but it was very stylish. Soundproofing was top class. Didn’t hear a sound from other guests when in our room. Complimentary wine and water a nice touch but sorry the chocolates were awful. My one gripe there is only a coffee machine, no kettle. You cannot make tea in a coffee machine and there wasn’t any tea in the room. Not good for the British travellers. I would stay here again though. It was competitively priced for the quality.

Great position, area and hotel. Room with the view overlooking the chain bridge was awesome. The view was incredible. The beds ok. Room size manageable but almost too small. Service was outstanding. Just noisy plumbing. When the neighbours used their bathroom we new all about it.

A lovely, modern hotel in a great location, very close to the Chain Bridge which links Buda & Pest. The rooms at the front and the roof top bar (booking required) have fabulous views of the Danube and city. We had a courtyard room (thought it might be noisy at the front due to the fact the hotel is situated on a roundabout) which had a very comfortable bed, but lacked a separate bathroom (although shower & toilet were in separate cubicles). Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful with a "welcome drink" presented on arrival. Buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of food available. Highly recommended, but would book a room at front next time!

The hotel is beautiful! Great location just outside the chain bridge on the Buda side. Few steps to the lift to go up to Buda Castle. Walkable distance to pretty much most of the landmarks. Right on the Danube ( we chose the Danube superior room) offering amazing views of the Danube, chain bridge, parliament etc. Cool Bistro on the first floor and nice rooftop bar. Why 4 star then? The room itself!!! Not so much that it was a tiny room ( most rooms in Europe are small unless you splurge on a suite) but the set up didn’t make sense. Not enough space to walk. Space between bed and dresser was super tight, you have to pretty much walk sideways. Not enough room to lay down luggage. Shower glass stationary ¼ of a door did not keep the water inside when showering. Towels were like paper thin ( and they want you to reuse 🤔, not) One of the night stand was smaller than a dinner plate with enough room for your phone and glasses and nothing else. Hair blower looks like it came from a toy store. Bed was comfy though, but that’s about it. If you can upgrade to a big room do it. Shame because everything else in this hotel is a 10

Our stay at Hotel Clark was wonderful! We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect, a quick walk across the bridge into the beautiful city. Not only this, the castle was only 4 minutes away. Just an overall great location and we could not of asked more from the hotel. Màtyàs was so helpful, he was so welcoming when we first checked in and was so accommodating with helping us to check out that little bit later. Thank you so much Màtyàs for all of your help and making our trip to Budapest very memorable!

The staff at the Hotel Clark could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We originally had reserved an Airbnb close by but it was not good so we checked out 3 days early and stayed at the Hotel Clark those three nights. The service from check-in to the dining room and bar on the ground level, to room service to the bar upstairs was outstanding. Such a friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely stay at the Hotel Clark again the next time we're in Budapest.

We originally had reserved an Airbnb close by but it was not good so we checked out 3 days early and stayed at the Hotel Clark those three nights. The service from check-in to the dining room and bar on the ground level, to room service to the bar upstairs was outstanding. Such a friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely stay at the Hotel Clark again the next time we're in Budapest.

When we did a walkthrough they looked at us like aliens, then else asked if the menu was same as downstairs in hotel, the hostess looked at me up and down and asked me if I was staying at the hotel? What does that have to do with anything? The look said it all; we canceled our reservation and will never go to that hotel/restaurant again.

Beautiful modern hotel in a historic city with fantastic views across the river to Pest and up to Buda. Helpful, knowledgeable staff are always smiling and courteous to make your stay all the more pleasurable to see a happy team at play. I would also like to thank all the behind-the-scenes staff who kept the hotel and facilities looking amazing and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Stayed here before. The only reason for downgrading 4 star to 5 star was the airport transportation. I had it added to my bill and was no issue arriving. However when departing at the last minute the woman checking me out said they don’t add airport transfers to bill. I had to pay the driver directly. Fortunately the driver accepted card or I wouldn’t have paid him. If the hotel has new policy on transfers mid stay it should be made aware to guests. Will stay elsewhere next time in Budapest. Although breakfast was still great.

Very nice new hotel at the base of the Castle precinct in Buda right at the Chain Bridge. Excellent public transport options to all parts of the city. A few local dining options and a great coffee shop just around the corner.

Great position, area and hotel. Room with the view overlooking the chain bridge was awesome. The view was incredible. The beds ok. Room size manageable but almost too small. Service was outstanding. Just noisy plumbing. When the neighbours used their bathroom we new all about it.

The hotel is beautiful! Great location just outside the chain bridge on the Buda side. Few steps to the lift to go up to Buda Castle. Walkable distance to pretty much most of the landmarks. Right on the Danube ( we chose the Danube superior room) offering amazing views of the Danube, chain bridge, parliament etc. Cool Bistro on the first floor and nice rooftop bar. Why 4 star then? The room itself!!! Not so much that it was a tiny room ( most rooms in Europe are small unless you splurge on a suite) but the set up didn’t make sense. Not enough space to walk. Space between bed and dresser was super tight, you have to pretty much walk sideways. Not enough room to lay down luggage. Shower glass stationary ¼ of a door did not keep the water inside when showering. Towels were like paper thin ( and they want you to reuse 🤔, not) One of the night stand was smaller than a dinner plate with enough room for your phone and glasses and nothing else. Hair blower looks like it came from a toy store. Bed was comfy though, but that’s about it. If you can upgrade to a big room do it. Shame because everything else in this hotel is a 10

Great hotel and location. Staff are amazing and go well above to accommodate customers wishes. The only downside for me was the Rooftop restaurant....its way overrated and over priced. Otherwise I totally recommend this hotel for your stay to Budapest.

This is a wonderful hotel right in front of the Danube river. The rooms were cleaned and well kept by the staff. The breakfast buffet is a little bit expensive for the options offered, we opted for the à la carte instead. Other than that we had a wonderful time in Budapest.

This is a very nice hotel right at the base of the chain bridge. The roof top bar is added bonus. Had drinks and went back for dinner. Staff was extremely hospitable! Free glass of prosecco while you check! Would def stay there again!!!

Very nice property. Liked it was near all the sites and you could walk across the bridge for nightlife and shopping. The breakfast was the best at any hotel I’ve stayed in Europe….and I’ve stayed at plenty. Keep up the good work!!

Small but high-quality room, well-stocked with a good coffee bar, etc. Quiet at night, comfortable bed. Beautiful and modern. Great location in Buda, right at the base of the Chain Bridge. Stellar staff. The "Chain View" room is totally worth the extra price. Note that the standard-size room may be cramped if you travel with lots of luggage: We had two full-size suitcases and two rollaboards, and we had to arrange things carefully. Special mention for the breakfast, which was delicious and hearty. A perfect start to a busy day of touring the city. The rooftop bar has amazing views, but the food/drink are merely OK. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Budapest. We had considered staying elsewhere, but are truly glad we chose this hotel

Took an uber from the Airport. Breakfast was with everything normal - but you can order different kind of eggs. Very delicious. And great coffee. Nice rooms. The best is the location close to everything

We had never even heard of this hotel, but booked it off the location and photos of the rooftop bar. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere on both the Buda and Pest side of town. The rooftop bar has insane views and amazing craft cocktails.

Fabulous. Stayed in the suite with bath overlooking Budapest, perfect way to round off a hectic trip! The only downside; they should let you know when checking in that you have to pre book the rooftop bar or you wont be allowed up if it's full. We had planned on eating there and came back for 9pm only to be disappointed
