Only one night parking, doesn'nt matter if you are ready to pay for it ☹️. Had stay in another hotel not so far from there, you take a taxi to airport $64 back & forth .With Double Tree you have only one night parking and $ 185.00 parking at airport.The pther hotel parking is no charge.

Excellent airport hotel. 24 hour shuttle, 2 trips each way every hour dead on time and driver is very courteous, helping with bags. Overall efficient and pleasant staff. Nice breakfast if you have time. Pool and exercise room. Also close (and the shuttle will, I am told, pick you up or drop you off there) to the Dorval Via rail station. Good wifi. Basically zero issues.

Close to Montreal airport, the hotel provides free shuttle to and from, 24 hours a day. Very helpful. Great restaurant and we enjoyed the pool. Will stay here again.

Our studio king room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, with a microwave, mini fridge and small lounge area. I had requested feather-free bedding as I’m allergic to feathers but this was not done. When I informed the front desk, a lovely member of housekeeping came straight away and resolved this - so, not a problem, these things can happen. Very good buffet breakfast. We were given a late checkout, which was appreciated, with very helpful service staff. Good sized gym and swimming pool. The hotel shuttle bus was easy to use.

Entirely unexceptional is how I would describe my stay there. Check-in was quick, linen was clean, airport shuttle on time and the place was quiet. There were no gratuities like water bottles in the room. Complimentary breakfast was served after our time for leaving so we had to pay for a coffee. Bathroom could have been cleaner as toilet paper roll was already obviously used and there were still hairs and stains on the bathroom floor. An okay place for an overnight stay.

The room was cleanly but that is about the best that I can say about it. The air conditioner was extremely noisy with a very loud fan that could not be adjusted. The hot water ran out while I was having a shower in the morning. The door was difficult to close properly - someone even tried to enter the room while I was in bed but was stopped by the door latch. The bed was far too soft and dipped in the middle making sleep even more difficult than the air conditioning allowed. That said, the service personnel were very friendly.

Overall it served a purpose but certainly not a "deal". We paid $ 520 for two nites. That did not include breakfast. That would have cost an additional $ 30 each for two of the mornings .... So and extra 120 fort two of us for two days. We got the room we booked (a single queen bed) but it was an extremely small room. Could not even open our luggage and still move around. We contacted the front desk to see if something else might be available but they were fully booked Ate at the inhouse restaurant and while the food was tasty we felt it was very overpriced for what we got. Otherwise staff were friendly.

I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and waited my turn to check in. When I reached the receptionist, I informed her that I had a booking. She acknowledged it and told me to wait. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes without any explanation. When I asked her why I was waiting so long, she simply said, “You just have to wait,” without offering any clear reason. Our flight was cancelled and I contacted DoubleTree through this app to tell them not to cancel my 2 room, three night booking for a school trip. When I arrived with the kids, it had been cancelled, and, they would not allow me to use the rooms. The desk said the manager would have to grant a refund. So, with nowhere else to go and it being late, I booked two rooms for two nights. After over a week of efforts, the manager has refused to give the refund, meaning, we are out the cost of two rooms for three nights…

We arrived pretty late in the day after an 8 hour flight and were tired. We booked two rooms. The night clerk put us in rooms right next to each other which was great. However, the key to one of the rooms did not work. It did not work after the first visit to the reception, it did not work after the second visit. They moved us to the room next door thinking that it was the pad that did not work. The digital key did not work for the second room either; it continued to NOT work after the fourth visit to the reception close to midnight. The person at the reception did not show much empathy for a traveler with an injured ankle who had to come back to the first floor four times and still did not get the key working until morning crew came on board. The hotel did not feel that they should compensate us for any troubles (e.g. with complimentary breakfast!) which we considered a poor business.

The staff gave me a cookie at check in, which was a nice snack. The room is comfortable and clean. There aren't many nearby food options, though there is a restaurant and they sell (expensive) snacks/sandwiches. I walked from the train station, and the route was ok in summer (sidewalks might not be ploughed in winter). There is an airport shuttle.

Well located but very noisy, not because of the planes but the hotel is just beside a train track. It was clean but the room looked outdated and needed a little refresher. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it’s not the same for the rooms.

We had a fantastic spacious room that had everything we needed in it. We were very comfortable there. The breakfast was a little pricey, but excellent, with great service. The airport transfer was extremely efficient and helpful. There is a little strip mall a short walk away. It was a perfect place to stay before a flight.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and even arranged taxi ride to Bonsecours Market. My room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was both convenient and delicious (I enjoyed the fresh fish variety in the street tacos and lovely beet root salad) My 4am hotel shuttle was on time and driver helpful with my heavy luggage. I will definitely use the other amenities (pool and 24hr gym) on my next visit.
