I stayed 4 nights. The staff was very good. They let me store food in the hotel frig and even heated up my left over food. The gym was good, even had foam roller and bosu balance equipment. Room was clean. Great location, 10 minutes to city hall, 8 minutes to main station. Will stay again

Parking was a nightmare. It would be nice to receive information ahead of time about where to drop luggage upon checking in and where to park. There was no room to unload our suitcases and store them .

Great stay I booked two rooms as I've a big family. Good variety for breakfast also nice food and cocktails. Car parking is in the multi story carpark not the one opposite the hotel. Family friendly hotel which has lots of games for the kids to play.

The cleanliness and lack of attention was disappointing for the price paid for Hampton inn by Hilton. Firstly the bin in the bathroom was not changed during the 2 night stay; the one in the room was but not in the bathroom, which was not hygienic. Facilities - we had drank the teas and coffee sachets and we returned from a long day trip and when back at the room had to ring reception for a top up of the complimentary drinks and we had to wait for them to be brought up to the room which was annoying. We had no stirrers provided so we could not stir the drinks. We thought for price paid we would not have to chase on this and would have been in room second day. At other travel lodge or premier inn rooms they at least priced by reception to help yourself to more free sachets. The pumps for shampoo/conditioner etc were not filled up and were a nuisance to use - again we might have been better bringing our own to use for the Hilton expected more in them. When we arrived ok the room we have a half used loo roll (which is fine to use from previous guests) but only were provided one more and we had to ask for another as the first used one did not have much on it. Again for price paid would have expected house keeping to at least top up with two new if the first one was not completely new. Again in travel lodge/premier inn - they provide plenty. I have to compliment though the receptionist who checked us in she was polite and said for the day trips do ask for bags to take food

Excellent location, room was spotless, staff were so friendly, good breakfast included, safe parking next door at a reduced rate, nice lobby/reception area to chill and have a drink. Note the family room was small but we expected that - it’s perfect for 1 (we were 2 adults, 2 children 8 &11)

Our room was dirty so we complained and were immediately moved to another room. This was better but still below the cleaning standard I would expect for a Hilton. The shower pressure in the room was dismal and the breakfast was sub par with a limited selection (eg no fried eggs) and a move (no doubt disguised as eco-friendly) to dispensers for sauces, jams and marmalade. What this meant was that instead of taking the items to your table ready for when you needed them, you were continually revisiting the breakfast bar. Staff were helpful and friendly although service was slow at times. The hotel felt budget yet we paid £180 per night. I won't revisit.

Some staff are very pleasant but it’s a shame that a lot of staff let them down by not being very pleasant or helpful, our room was next to the end of a long corridor , I had requested a room near a lift , I know this was a request but we could not have been put any further away. Very sparse with tea / coffee sugar in room. When next door closes there door it shook the bed if u were in it. Lift door s had handprint on for the whole time we were there. Little things let the hotel down

It is ideal for Grand Central Station and the City Centre. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. Grime on shower head, dirty between tiles etc. Quite surprising for a Hilton Hotel.

Hilton, congratulations. You’ve built a hotel in Belfast that looks the part. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, my room was spotless, modern, and ready early. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city. On paper, it should have been a flawless stay. But then came the only thing that really matters: sleep. Hilton – it’s 2025, not 1975. And yet here we are, with you still sticking bargain-bin open-coil mattresses in your rooms. Every tiny movement was met with a metallic clonk and twang like a rusty trampoline from a skip. Support? None. Comfort? Laughable. I woke up with sore hips and the horrible realisation that the floor probably would’ve been kinder. Honestly, this mattress wouldn’t cut it in a £30-a-night B&B, never mind a Hilton-branded hotel. Disgraceful. Then there’s the air conditioning. Oh yes, you can “control” it – right down to a tropical 19°. Which, let me tell you, is far too hot to sleep in. So there I was, roasting in a room that wouldn’t cool, stuck on a mattress that groaned like scrap metal every time I dared to breathe. That’s not rest – that’s medieval punishment disguised in modern décor. And that’s the great shame. The hotel itself is beautiful: clean, modern, smartly run, well-situated. But hotels aren’t judged on how Instagrammable the lobby is. They’re judged on whether you can actually get a night’s sleep

Room was great. Lovely big bed. Only issue was the noise of the lifts as we were in the room directly behind. As we were only there for one night, we didn’t bother asking to move but definitely would’ve if staying longer. Breakfast was good. Really good choice. Location ideal too.

Had a good stay, only problem was the room was tiny for me, my 25yr old son and two teen kids. The pull out sofa mattress was very thin! I did ask for a twin with sofa bed but got a double. So had to share with my 25yr old son! Otherwise friendly and clean, with a fantastic view

Perfectly situated next to bus and train station. All staff very friendly and helpful. Goid lounge and bar area to socialise with friends. Room coul be better designed as there were no drawers and one side of the bed was about 9 inches from the wall wgile there was at least 4 feet of free space at the other side. However very clean.

The hotel is in a good location with good transport links. Included breakfast which was nice. What ruined our stay was the comfort. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were also uncomfortable. We were in a connecting room to the one next door. We could hear everything in that room, particularly the tv. Also the show barely got warm and was just a trickle of water. We won’t be staying here again.

If you’re flying into Belfast International, this hotel has a perfect location: it’s right next to the bus station that you’ll arrive in if you get the express bus from the airport. Also, being just to the south west of the city centre, it’s in a great location for getting to the central sights like City Hall and St George’s Market, but also well placed for the south of the city (Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens) and for seeing the murals on the west side- we could even see one of King Billy from our window! Plenty of buses and train options for getting to the Cathedral and Titanic quarters too. Great service from the front desk, happy to help with any questions- we arrived around midday and hadn’t paid for early check in, but they’d already cleaned our room so we were able to check in anyway- room perfectly fine, as you’d expect from this sort of chain hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast- making your own waffles was a unique option, which I can imagine kids would really enjoy! Nice to see potato bread as one of the options for a full Irish, along with lots of continental options (cheeses, pastries, fruit etc). Only criticism was the cooked options were slightly limited- no mushrooms or tomatoes, and only scrambled eggs rather than fried (although admittedly we didn’t ask if this was an option). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice and good time frame so never too busy. Late checkout at 12.00 which is always good. Area seemed safe although we never walked back late at night. Overall would highly recommend.

It was a great location. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. They had a great breakfast every morning and the restaurant had good food and beers for the nights we didn’t feel like going out. Staff was friendly and helpful.
