Great hotel with a great location. Large NCP car park opposite. Only downside for me was only basic tv available. Couldnt find a way to connect to netflix or prime. Wouldnt prevent me from staying again.

While the staff were helpful and pleasant service was at times extremely slow - 20 minutes for drinks orders to be delivered - and limited - not possible to order a coffee and 10pm because 'the machines are being cleaned'. Convenient location for City Airport and tourist sites but few local dining options as it's mainly a business district.

This hotel is hands down the best value for money in Belfast. The hotel itself is beautiful with loads of facilities like a gym or conference rooms. The rooms have plenty of space and very tidy. For the price you pay you definitely get a lot more than any other hotel in the local area. Only slight downside is sometimes the bar gets too busy and you cannot sit anywhere.

Stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable & view was actually quite nice. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue.

We arrived on 27 December and our room wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels etc until we requested them on 29!!! Absolutely not the service expected from a hotel of this standard. Our room was unoccupied for around 6 hours during the day. Surely that’s a long enough time frame to clean??

Dirty glasses in bedroom, no complimentary water or easy access to water fountain, bathroom door didn't close properly, toilet roll holder loose, mould in shower unit. Breakfast on first morning was abysmal! Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Table was dirty and there was no food left. Only one coffee machine worked. The breakfast manager hadn't a clue! I had cause to complain twice to management... once because of the poor breakfast and once because the glasses in our room were dirty. Not badly washed dirty but actual never been washed dirty! We had dinner the first night ... the food wasnt great and is terrible for vegetarians especially vegans. The waiter was great. We would never go back and wouldn't recommend. The Hilton nearby, although not perfect, is much nicer and more cost effective.

For what you pay nothing to stand out about. Staff efficient but not friendly. Hair in shower, no spare toilet roll. Overflow hole in sink dirty. Cheap coffee. No mirror near sockets to do hair.

Good hotel pretty decent for walking to places like Victoria Square and Titanic Museum. Decent on-site dining. The only issue was that a two queen room didn’t actually have queen-sized beds, they are double beds. This was rather disappointing given that we were 2 adults and 2 kids in the room and were expecting to sleep more comfortably in queen sized beds. This was not the case, even the two young kids were tight for space and they are not big! If you’re looking for a comfortable stay for 4, better to book two rooms or stay elsewhere.

Not what I expected for a 4star Marriott. Very noisy until 1am in the morning. Walls are paper thin. Ran out of eggs in the morning and wouldn’t replenish.Would not credit Marriott account because I booked on Orbitz. Car park was on the other side of a busy street with no cross walk.

Check your bank transactions if you stay here. They took £400 from my card without permission and sent no receipt or acknowledgment. luckily I checked my statement and contacted the hotel to demand a refund. Hotel is nice but this experience has really disappointed me. Scary how these big companies just think they can take money without even contacting you. hopefully it will be returned to me quickly

Spacious rooms and courteous service throughout. Check-in could have been better as cards did not work in the lift resulting in another 25min wait, which made me late for a meeting. Digital key on the app also didn't work. Breakfast was good but tepid coffee wasn't great. Overall good, just need to sharpen up on above points.

It was a great stay in Belfast and AC Hotel Belfast was a great home base! It was about a 10mins to all the action and was across the river from the Titanic museum! I would stay there again if we wind up back in Belfast!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked as expected. One downside was location given it was a long walk to the city centre and activities. However if that is not an issue then this is a good hotel with friendly staff.

We paid 20 pounds each for breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was cold. It wasn't just 'not hot', it was actually cold. We ate at 10:30am on Saturday 1 March. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and they seated us promptly. The food even tasted quite nice! But it was cold, and there's no getting round that, unfortunately. I didn't say anything at the time as I was quite hungry and couldn't have faced a delay in having breakfast. But my wife and I were very disappointed. Oof.

Staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Novelli restaurant was great for buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Location on the river was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
