Parking next door is convenient but you need to revisit to continue paying. Farther lots are actually a better choice to use. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Front desk team was kind and always helpful.

It was ok, small beds rs t was fine

This was the worst accommodations we’ve stayed at in our travels. Parking is an added expensive fee. The building is not well maintained, everything is old and gross. The beds were one ply mattresses, might as well sleep on the floor. No additional common areas for groups to hang out, even though they had the space they wouldn’t let us use it, even when we offered to pay extra for it. When we tried to hang out in the lobby area the staff called security on us without even talking to us about it first. The evening staff of May 16th was by far the worst hotel staff we’ve ever come across in our travels. Arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful and just unkind. This place is not one bit kid or family friendly. For the price we paid it was a major overall disappointment, totally tainted our experience of Ottawa.

Breakfast was decent and very clean. It is not a family friendly environment. Friday staff were lovely and allowed our group to hang out in lounge breakfast area. They were lovely. Saturday night we went for dinner, great local spots. Except very sad as drug addicts smoking crack and are everywhere. Saw multiple crimes and not safe for anyone really. Saturday night staff wouldn’t let our group hang out in lounge area and told us to sit in lobby then called security on us because kids were playing mini sticks and we had a beer. Rooms were bare bones. No end tables or alarm clocks. TV didn’t work. Mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I had never travelled to Ottawa and location is great to walk to restaurants but so sketchy. Would not go back.
