Common areas at the parking entrance not well maintain. Staff did not give respect to the VIP gift of Expedia saying the booking used or got thru a differente channel!. Still questioning what was that.

Very poor attention to detail. There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathrooms. Most surprisingly, this issue was never resolved despite three separate complaints. Equally astonishing was ordering room service and being told they had neither water nor bread available to add to the order. It was obvious that we placed the order just a few minutes before room service closed (9:30 p.m.), and the staff showed little willingness to help. As for the breakfast and the restaurant, both are very good, and the service staff there are excellent. However, the hotel as a whole is not well managed or properly attended to, and we will not return, especially considering that its rates are comparable to those of other top-tier hotels. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the shopping mall, but in the end that was not particularly relevant. Overall, it was an experience marked by many small disappointments.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are modern and spacious, and the shower is great! The breakfast buffet is very good. The gym is very tiny, so if there are 3 people is already at full capacity. The location is absolutely amazing, next to the mall where you can find anything, a pharmacy and a small grocery store to buy things, and all the nicest shops. Also, many restaurant options in the area. My only comment will be on the staff. They are very polite, but they lack customer service experience. They don't really make you feel welcome. During breakfast, the restaurant staff make you feel a bit like they are doing you a favour. Not everyone; there are a few exceptions, but very few. The reception staff, although polite, was also very serious, not friendly or attentive. I will suggest a bit more training on how to treat guests and make them feel welcome. One more thing, the wifi works only on the 3rd floor. I have stayed here already 6 times in the past year and a half, because I think the property and location are really good, but the internet only works on the 3rd floor, so I recommend asking for a 3rd-floor room if you are going for work, like me, and need to be connected.
