It was convenient, due to its proximity to the airport. Really no amenities though. No restaurant, room service, windows(!). Also, just having Netflix available would’ve been huge, very very limited television channel selection. The room was clean and new, reasonably quiet. “Family Room” is very small for 2 adults and 2 teens. We needed room for one night, it served its purpose.

Great option if you want to be *really* close to Heathrow terminals 2 and 3. It's right there, in the airport itself! So you are paying for the location. The hotel itself is a no frills budget-style hotel with small rooms with no windows. There is no restaurant, and no dining options with the exception of some kiosk stuff.

Its an airport hotel within the arrivals terminal and right across from T3 so did what it needed to do. No frills, just a bed in a small room, just snacks available but if you need hot food its just a small walk across the road. Its convenient!

Booked this for convenience as it's right in Heathrow T3 arrivals. Pros: convenient, quiet Cons: expensive, limited amenities, have to pump the button to flush toilet, shower steam might trigger fire alarm, no luggage storing.

For access to Heathrow Terminal 3 arrivals and departures, this hotel cannot be beaten. Both departures and arrivals can be accessed by a level walk from the hotel lift. There is a nice little lounge on level 2 where you can get tea and coffee and (unlike most of the rest of the property) the room has outside light. If you have an early flight from Terminal 3, this is the most convenient hotel since it is physically part of the the T3 building. T2, meanwhile is a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Stayed here for overnight on my way to Rhodes Greece. Got in early Saturday morning. Hotel would not hold my bag until it was time to check in. Had to go back to terminal where they hold bags for a fee. Also, no early check in. There was a 30 euro charge to go to room 3 hours earlier. Convenience to terminals for Sunday morning flight was wonderful.

Toe nail on the floor, shower drain was clogged and overflowed into the bathroom within 5 mins in the shower, no windows, very noisy in the hall. I did appreciate the convenient location in Terminal 3 but I was very pricey. They allowed me to check out late with a charge.

If you’re charging close to $400/night you need to at the very least make sure the room is clean. The trash from the previous occupant hadn’t been taken out in the first room we checked into. We switched rooms and found a baby feeding bottle under one of the beds. The rooms are quite dirty in general. Also none of the rooms have windows which is very depressing.

Third time staying here and it suits me perfectly. Spotlessly clean. Tiny, windowless rooms but adequate and comfortable. Not as soundproof as one might hope. No nearby restaurants without going through security, but you can pick up decent food and drink at the M&S nearby. Nice little public hangout space on the 2nd floor. The staff is very professional and friendly.

The room is more like a prison cell, no windows, small bathroom w/no elbow room. The rooms have no insulation. It’s easier to walk out of the airport and get a much better accommodation for the same cost.

Extremely well placed, physically inside T3. Rooms have no window which feels odd but not claustrophobic as they’re a decent size. Sound proofing is pretty poor, with people coming and going (it is an Airport after all) a restful night unfortunately is not guaranteed. Value for money ? Pretty expensive but location and convenience probably tip the balance

The night manager was so professional and courteous- he gave us good information about believe his name was Dikam(?) the access to the terminal for our early morning flight next day and breakfast- he even helped us to our room we were so tired and had so many bags. The room was efficient- immaculate- comfortable and noise free! Excellent stay

I have stayed at this property a few times. I just stayed 2 nights ago. We came in early from an all night flight. We went to see if we could leave our bags and check into our room later. There was some mix up and my daughter was totally rude to them. She was cranky and I was embarrassed. The hotel staff was so kind and understanding and even let us in a little early. I was so grateful to them. They were totally professional. I will stay here again. The hotel itself is so convent for morning or late flights. It’s everything you need. 5 stars for the manager and employees!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if I knew what terminal I was flying out of and then looked it up for me. They told me which places were open for food since I was there late. Check-in and check-out was easy. It was just so convenient to sleep there and wake up without rushing to drive to the airport. I was able to sleep-in, shower, and be fresh and well rested before my flight. The room was quiet and clean. I got a basic, single room, which was small but everything I needed. I would definitely do it again.

Not good, room had no window and barely enough room for me and two suitcases. Notices everywhere to keep bathroom door closed in case steam sets off fire alarms…..the desk staff could not help me with any of my questions about BA flights ie…what time is “twilight check in for BA” only to be asked what is that, they did not know! I am 83 years old and I was not offered any assistance with my luggage, in fact as I struggled they both just stood at the desk until I asked please could someone help me. Asked what time would I like breakfast and I said 7am to be told come down and it will be here in a box. It was adequate but I had no where to eat it and had to go out into airport and find a seat. Totally not the most pleasant of starts to a long trip ahead of me. They would not let me take a trolley to BA which is outside the building and I had to make two trips. I cannot recommend this hotel and its service to anyone. I am sorry to say as a seasoned traveller, the only rime I need to come again is the convenience of it being in the position it is within the airport, but will come prepared to not expect anything but a very clean bed and tea service with only one teabag and not even a glass to take a drink of water.

The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was returning to my home after surgery- the receptionist (Sweta) was amazing. Seeing I was in crutches she arranged for us to have an accessible room and booked a wheelchair to take us to the checkin the next morning

Hotel is in a great position just walk straight out onto the concourse. Signage to find the hotel not so good could do with an illuminated sign. You can’t see the sign from the outside until you are right upon it. Even the signage in the arrivals hall is difficult to find. Otherwise once you are there it’s great. Everything you need for one night.

I stay at the Aerotel every time I fly through London and have a long layover. It is steps away from baggage claim, and steps away from check-in the next morning. The M&S which is open 24 hours is also just a minute walk away. This makes travel so much less painful! The rooms are dead quiet, the bed is comfortable, the sheets and duvet are white and and clean. I always sleep soundly.

Couldn’t be more convenient for Heathrow, Terminal 3, as situated in the arrivals hall. I’ve read negative feedback re windowless rooms and if you’re claustrophobic, then you mind find them a challenge as they are small too. However, the hotel is designed for an overnight stay, ahead of, or after a long flight and there are security issues which preclude windows. So if you’re looking for a week’s stay with sea view… Check in was easy, nice staff and despite size, you have a great king bed, decent shower and tea/coffee making stuff. Small lounge on 2nd floor, empty when we stayed, looks limited for food and drink. Best nip over to M&S food in Arrivals, or go walk about outside if you really want something more lavish. Moderately priced. Top marks.

Getting to the hotel from outside the airport served as a challenge as there was no drop off area available to cars at the terminal entrance. If one has multiple bags, pushing them on a trolley across roads can be quite challenging as there are no clear signage as to how to get to the hotel lobby from outside the terminal. In addition the distance between Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 is not a 10 minute walk as advertised. It’s more like a 20 minute walk going down a ramp, walking underground for a fair distance (only because I had to push my trolley load of bags) & finally walking up a ramp to get to the check-in counters. This hotel is more appropriate for the business traveler or traveler with minimal luggage. The room was small but well maintained, quiet, clean with a good shower & very comfortable bed.

Online it makes it sound like it is inside the terminal. Landed in 2. Nobody knew where it was. Asked 8 employees. Called and the staff was very hard to understand. Wasn’t clear I had to exit security and customs and walk for about 20 minutes to terminal 3. It would help if they had instructions how to get to it online from different terminals. The room was very small but nice. No window. Interior room which is a little different.

Convenient hotel for flying out of Terminal 3. We arrived at the hotel just before 9pm and was told the restaurant was closing at 9pm so had to opt for an M&S sandwich. Booked a family room, which had no window, but luckily we were only staying one night and had an early start, otherwise it could feel claustrophobic.

Room was small but spotless, service was friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, and the location meant I could get to a morning flight with minimal hassle. Only gotcha is that there's no restaurant in the hotel itself, I had to go out and over to the departures part of the terminal to find somewhere to sit down and eat.
