Nous avons réservé 3 studios pour un séjour en famille de 3 nuits . L’Hôtel est très bien situé avec un bus à 500m amenant en 15mn au centre ville ( passage toutes les 10mn environ). « Check in » long en l’absence de personnel à l’accueil. Les Chambres sont spacieuses, décorées soigneusement et très bien équipées ( il n’y a toutefois ni peignoir, ni chaussons ). L’un de nos studios était froid du fait de la mauvaise étanchéité de ses fenêtres, sinon rien à redire ! La vue est top depuis les chambres et le roof top (qui reste accessible H24!) Le petit déjeuner en buffet est très correct mais pas pratique ( espace buffet trop petit…. Vraiment dommage car les produits sont variés et très bons ). La piscine, le sauna, et la salle de sport sont un vrai plus ! Il manque juste des serviettes, au niveau des vestiaires piscine : vous devez utiliser celles de vos chambres et les garder mouillées dans vos chambres) . Attention si vous venez en voiture , le parking est privé et très cher !(+ de 30 euros la journée)

The corner room was great and comfortable. It was a convenient location with the no. 48 bus from central bus station taking you there with the last stop. Facilities were excellent with a pool and gym, breakfast was a good standard. Evening meal options satisfactory. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we would recommend this hotel and stay again.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, reception and lounge is on 9th floor the views are great, on occasion the reception maybe unmanned but there was a clear notice advising to used the moxy reception located on the ground floor, we arrived about 1pm, receptionist advised us if we joined the marriot membership we could have early access to our room and were upgraded, our room was a studio which was a great space consisting of kitchen area, lounge and very comfie bed, bathroom with a walk in shower, our view was over the port which was great, the staff were welcoming, friendly and approachable, we made use of the pool and sauna, towels are provided, you just ask at the moxy reception, there are lovely clean changing/shower facilities, the breakfast was well presented and good choice of options and it was tasty to, the staff ensured it was topped up and clear of mess,

Lejligheden (studiolejlighed) med udsigt til havnen) var fin og ren og helt i orden. Hotellet er lidt underligt. Der er også et andet hotel på matriklen, så der er to receptioner - og receptionen på 9. sal er ganske lille og ikke altid bemandet, og så man skal ned i stueetagen til det andet hotels reception. Man kan købe lidt let mad i stueetagens bar/restaurant, men det er ikke som sådan en restaurant og maden er ikke god. Noget af det er decideret uspiseligt. Det er bare mad der tøes op og varmes og de har ikke altid alt på menukortet. Foruden værelset som leverede fint op til de 4 stjerner, var det ikke en 4 stjernet oplevelse at bo der. Foruden en enkelt ansat i receptionen og en ansat nede i baren, virker personalet ikke oplagt og imødekommende (men det er ret generelt for de mange serviceansatte vi mødte på vores tur). Ikke det mest hjertevarme sted på kloden. Jeg ville hverken tage tilbage til hotellet eller Holland igen. After a long flight, we waited for hours to get our room. The bathroom was not convenient, and it flooded out while my sister was taking a shower. I requested another room, which we had to wait another few hours. The tissue box in the bathroom of the room given to us, had garbage in it instead of tissues. Overall, it was a bad experience for myself and my sister.

What I really love from this place is the staff that work in it. They are passionate and respectful with people for sure I'm going to come another time. The apartment it's incredible, very clean I cannot ask for something better, this is what all people have in mind when they want to stay in one place:)

Lovely clean spacious room, great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good, nice bar and very friendly staff. This hotel is a 12 minute bus ride from Centraal Station but great value in comparison to staying in the centre and very peaceful and the buses were very prompt, every 15 minutes

New hotel 10 minutes from the city center. Amazing service. Excellent breakfast. Spacious large rooms. Magnificent view from the window of the harbor. Highly recommended.

Overall very happy with my stay! Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. However, waited around 45 minutes to get served at the bar. I understand the bar was busy but many people joined the queue after me were still served before me. Felt as if bar staff were ignoring me and thought this was very rude

After a long flight, we waited for hours to get our room. The bathroom was not convenient, and it flooded out while my sister was taking a shower. I requested another room, which we had to wait another few hours. The tissue box in the bathroom of the room given to us, had garbage in it instead of tissues. Overall, it was a bad experience for myself and my sister.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, reception and lounge is on 9th floor the views are great, on occasion the reception maybe unmanned but there was a clear notice advising to used the moxy reception located on the ground floor, we arrived about 1pm, receptionist advised us if we joined the marriot membership we could have early access to our room and were upgraded, our room was a studio which was a great space consisting of kitchen area, lounge and very comfie bed, bathroom with a walk in shower, our view was over the port which was great, the staff were welcoming, friendly and approachable, we made use of the pool and sauna, towels are provided, you just ask at the moxy reception, there are lovely clean changing/shower facilities, the breakfast was well presented and good choice of options and it was tasty to, the staff ensured it was topped up and clear of mess,

Hotel agradable, limpio, con buenas vistas y desayuno muy bueno. El personal es muy amable, el autobus a la ciudad esta a unos 6 minutos caminando y tarda 12 minutos en llegar a la estacion central. me he hopedado varias veces en este hotel, es muy recomendable

Der Ausblick, Ausstattung und Zimmer waren vollkommen in Ordnung, eher sogar übertraf es unsere Erwartungen. der Service war mangelhaft, da das Residence INN nicht immer über Personal verfügt und das Personal des Moxy dann zuständig ist, wobei das aber nicht immer Zugriff auf das Buchungsprogramm hat. So kam es zu unnötig langen Wartezeiten und mein Business-Termin, wegen dem ich extra abends angereist war, war aufgrund dieser Tatsache leider geplatzt. Aber dafür halt ein guter Ausblick!

What I really love from this place is the staff that work in it. They are passionate and respectful with people for sure I'm going to come another time. The apartment it's incredible, very clean I cannot ask for something better, this is what all people have in mind when they want to stay in one place:)

Lejligheden (studiolejlighed) med udsigt til havnen) var fin og ren og helt i orden. Hotellet er lidt underligt. Der er også et andet hotel på matriklen, så der er to receptioner - og receptionen på 9. sal er ganske lille og ikke altid bemandet, og så man skal ned i stueetagen til det andet hotels reception. Man kan købe lidt let mad i stueetagens bar/restaurant, men det er ikke som sådan en restaurant og maden er ikke god. Noget af det er decideret uspiseligt. Det er bare mad der tøes op og varmes og de har ikke altid alt på menukortet. Foruden værelset som leverede fint op til de 4 stjerner, var det ikke en 4 stjernet oplevelse at bo der. Foruden en enkelt ansat i receptionen og en ansat nede i baren, virker personalet ikke oplagt og imødekommende (men det er ret generelt for de mange serviceansatte vi mødte på vores tur). Ikke det mest hjertevarme sted på kloden. Jeg ville hverken tage tilbage til hotellet eller Holland igen. Taxaerne gider ikke køre en fra banegården til hotellet, fordi det ikke er langt nok væk (3 km). Så download Uber appen, eller tage bus 48 til og fra hotellet.

La vue sur le port est incroyable ! On s’est régalés de ce paysage. Le bus 48 vous amène à central station en 10 minutes, vraiment hyper calme. Un séjour que l’on est pas prêt d’oublier !

Très bon séjour.Vue spectaculaire de jour comme de nuit. Literie très confortable. Endroit très calme un peu excentré mais en 15 mn on est à la gare centrale. 5 mn de marche et 10 mn de bus! Au top. Le service est parfait, le petit déjeuner très complet. Je recommande et j’y retournerai bien volontiers

Nice hotel, staff very helpful. It is in a quiet part of Amsterdam and it takes about 10 minutes on the bus from the train station. The food was good in their restaurant and we had a lovely view. Breakfast was ok. They also decorated our room due to it being a mini moon. Overall good stay.
