Great location; walkable to everything (Nissan Stadium, Broadway core, Printers Alley). Great lobby and cafe. Rooftop bar is popular - extremely small pool and tanning area - unfortunately since it is open to general public, it is packed with parties who are not even staying at hotel. Rooms are fun in decor but need updating. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Bobby hotel was an awesome spot to stay for our long weekend in Nashville, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it lacked some basic hotel amenities. No ice machine or way to get ice? Couldn't brew a coffee (despite it being on the dinner & room service menu) past 330pm. After our room was cleaned there was no toilet paper, we had to call the front desk to get some and it took multiple calls before we finally walked to the lobby and got some.

Great location, easy to get around. Super easy to get something to eat. The hotel had good coffee and breakfast items that we tried one morning. We even had dinner in their restaurant one night. Delicious gourmet hamburgers. Front desk staff was kind when a problem happened. They helped me to resolve it. I am not sure why it was so very expensive? The roof top was closed down for renovations? We were told this after we could not change the reservation. The price felt high for the experience?

Beautiful accommodations, beautiful hotel filled with art and beautiful rooms. Well stocked minibar in rooms and soaps/etc were excellent. But service was less than expected for a 4-star hotel. Despite several onsite bars and restaurants, usually none were open. Resort fee includes a daily coffee service, but it was only delivered one of the days we stayed and only available between 5-7am. Otherwise charged for coffee. Resort fee also includes roof top pool access, but there were people not staying at the hotel also at the pool. Cleaning service either came too early or too late, but did at least come daily. Location is excellent - just far enough away for a quiet/peaceful night but close enough for an easy walk to the Broadway music and entertainment. With so many other hotel options in the area, likely would not stay here again.

Great location that is close enough to Broadway to walk but not so close that you hear all the bars and music. Parking is inconvenient or expensive with valet at $60 per day. The "Experience Fee" was almost forced on us at $25 per day for internet, delivered coffee and $15 credit to on-property bar or restaurant. Bobby's garage is only open on the weekends and is literally in the basement garage with a hard to find entrance. Printers Alley is interesting but very small. Bankers Alley is smaller with just a couple of expensive restaurants and a photo opp bench.

Second time in Nashville and the Bobby was a great place to stay this time. Around the corner from Broadway Ave., across the street are food options and a block away is a bourbon distillery. Hotel was eclectic with references to all the music in the area, rooms are larger than average (ours had a huge balcony where 20 people could fit), and the rooftop bar has an old school bus that you can relax in with a drink. Only downside is it's only valet parking but to be expected in a downtown area hotel. Would recommend and already have.

Overall, I would say this hotel is average. Not worth the price tag. Furniture in the lobby is worn out. Hotel room had a very odd smell. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, towels to be refreshed, and even with the cleaning request dirty glasses and plates were left behind. Location of the hotel is good. Overall would not recommend to a friend.

We stayed at this property before and really enjoyed our stay- the Hotel itself has great aesthetics and great vibes. Unfortunately the rooms are questionable. We slept on dirty/ stained bedding that were also worn and ragged. When we spoke to front desk staff regarding this issue they were supposed have all sheets changed... they were not. Not what we expected from this Hotel and for what we paid to stay here. Disappointing to say the least. We called several times after they were supposed to contact us and finally spoke to one of the managers. The solution given was simply ok, and questions asked about the room itself seemed very strange.

Loved that they have an in-residence dog though she was off at training when we stayed. Very easy walk to the strip. Hotel was beautiful and unique. Staff was lovely to interact with. Unfortunately there was room trash and used linens on the floor in our hallway from the time we entered to the time we left which was very off-putting.

All the staff we came into contact with were amazingly kind and very helpful. Even the standard room was spacious with a great bathroom. It was super clean and in a fantastic location yo walk anywhere we wanted to go.

I ended up getting a suite and it was really fun. There was enough room for all my friends to hangout. The minibar was convenient and nice. Great big shower and bed. Nice bath tub even though I don’t take baths. Overall very fun and the vibe is great.

Our stay at Bobby was amazing. The rooms were great (a little dark for getting ready) with all the extras you might need including a small seating area. We loved that there was a coffee shop right at the lobby. The weather was just warm enough that the rooftop patio was a perfect addition where there was lots of seating and full bar.

Dated room, lighting is terrible, bed wasnt great and linens were sub par and tv was reminiscent of 2009. Cool spot, great location, but not for getting relaxation / great sleep if needed. Half glass showers so you can make sure to get the floor soaked are always enjoyable.

The vibe at this hotel is super cool and a lot of fun. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to Broadway without being directly in the mix. Love that skulls is right next-door. My only complaint is the size of the room. The space between the entertainment center, and the bed is extremely narrow, requiring us to sometimes climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Otherwise loved this spot.

I was told i purchased the experience package which i dont show i choose that option. $25 per day for internet, room delivered coffee before 7am and one time $15 off food purchased. Not worth the price. Our Tv signal was lost 3 different days and had to wait hours to have someone reset the tv. No ice on floors.

After reading the underwhelming reviews we still booked at the Bobby. I will say that the check in process was flawless(at least for us) and the room was clean. It was moderately annoying that we needed to order an ice bucket from room service/front desk (that didn’t answer the phone) to have a drink from the mini bar, but that was the least of our issues. The reported house keeping issues are in fact an a issue as in non existent. We were gone from 8am till 12 and 1 to 5:30 on 9/3 WITH the “ready to service tag” on the door and NO ONE TOUCHED THE ROOM not what I expect from a $500/night room. The towels are like sandpaper, a little complaint, but major when you’re expecting 5 star quality. As reported the bathroom in the room provides ZERO privacy. And having only one nightstand on the room is a huge issue. I will say that the staff is friendly especially Elizabeth in the bar downstairs. I will not be staying here again until these issues are addressed.

The property was great, but we missed our dinner reservation the first night b/c our room was not ready until 5:45PM (almost two hours after check in). And no one ever answered the guest services number when we called from our room. Easy fixes to make a good property but was just a unfortunate way to start the trip

I would never stay here again. Cons: -Housekeeping does not return to clean your room. We stayed 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. Garbages overfilling, no house keeping to pick up room service, no fresh towels. Absolutely horrible housekeeping. -Communication from staff is horrible- we went to the pool and the pool lady on June 02 was so rude. We asked where the pool towels were kept and she basically ignored us. Pointed off in a general direction and walked away. I learned she had head phones in and was taking a personal phone call. -The hotel blew its budget on the hotel lobby (which appears nice) but rooms and the other areas of the hotel are unkept/not maintained. -Nobody once welcomed us or asked how our stay went. - When we called down to ask the front staff for housekeeping to clean up room service that had been sitting for 10 hours, nobody came. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Book at the Noelle down the road and pay a bit more. Its worth it.

The hotel was great. Very clean, rooms very boutique and convenient to Broadway. The staff was friendly, but I expected they would know more about surrounding area like restaurants and suggestions on this to do. They weren't too good about answering questions on the area.

It’s a lovely hotel and the people working there were friendly and professional. There’s a reason for the poor review. Several items, including a coach pocketbook and an antique brooch, were missing. Management said they would check their “Lost & Found”. Not surprisingly, these “lost” items were not “found”. Management said they would “investigate” the incident. To date, I have heard nothing. There’s a safe in each room. My suggestion is to use it.

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff was so accommodating, and went far beyond what was even asked. We arrived to the property early just requesting to hold our luggage till check in time, but the associate went ahead and arranged for us to have a room so we could get settled, and come and go as we needed to. The decor was breathtaking. The room was perfect. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!

Second time at the Bobby when visiting Nashville to celebrate friends. Comfortable beds, great bars on site, and can't say enough about the two Filipina attendants at the front desk. They are so friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies!

Our room already had other people in there!, even though we booked and prepaid weeks ago! Since the hotel was fully booked, they tried to send us to a different hotel, but we refused because we would miss the concert. It was a terrible experience and we had already missed our dinner reservations trying to deal with this. They eventually gave us another room at the Bobby, but we will not stay there ever again.

Hotel location is within Printers Alley and 2 blocks from Broadway. The front desk, doorman, bartenders, et al, always helpful and extremely friendly. There are hotels in area that would most likely work out fine and cost less. For us the extra cost is money well spent. The rooftop pool has great atmosphere and one the the reasons we keep coming back.

Second time in Nashville and the Bobby was a great place to stay this time. Around the corner from Broadway Ave., across the street are food options and a block away is a bourbon distillery. Hotel was eclectic with references to all the music in the area, rooms are larger than average (ours had a huge balcony where 20 people could fit), and the rooftop bar has an old school bus that you can relax in with a drink. Only downside is it's only valet parking but to be expected in a downtown area hotel. Would recommend and already have.

Excellent location, close to all the action & amenities of DT Nashville. The hotel itself is very hip & comfortable, very clean & felt secure. The staff is very pleasant & service oriented. The room felt special, bed comfy, but could have used a few more towel bars or hooks. In room bar & beverages were very nice even though we didn't use any of it because we drove & brought our own. Only needed to use the car once b/c we could walk pretty much everywhere. Coffee in the lobby was weak by our standards- but there is a SB nearby. If $ is no isssue, this is a unique & special place to stay!

The Bobby Hotel is the perfect location! Close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough to not hear it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is really cool and unique, especially the lobby and rooftop. I enjoyed having the cafe there to get an iced latte each morning too!

My husband and I visited Nashville for the first time, for our 21st wedding anniversary. We could not have picked a better hotel. Small, intimate, excellent staff! Bobby is very unique, you can see that attention to every detail is their priority. LOVED the rooftop pool and bar area, enjoyed an amazing dinner at Sinatra's and Skulls is definitely worth a visit. Even doh the hotel selection is unlimited we would definitely return to Bobby! Thank you for the amazing bottle of wine and thank you for making our stay the Best of Nashville!

The Bobby hotel was an awesome spot to stay for our long weekend in Nashville, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it lacked some basic hotel amenities. No ice machine or way to get ice? Couldn't brew a coffee (despite it being on the dinner & room service menu) past 330pm. After our room was cleaned there was no toilet paper, we had to call the front desk to get some and it took multiple calls before we finally walked to the lobby and got some.

From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. The lobby was beautiful, the reception we received (Katie I believe her name was) was friendly helpful and genuine. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. The property location was perfect close enough to the action bu not too close. The service in the bar area was first class (Ashlyn) very professional and friendly. The type that makes you want to come back. I think we will. Thank you all.

Great location, easy to get around. Super easy to get something to eat. The hotel had good coffee and breakfast items that we tried one morning. We even had dinner in their restaurant one night. Delicious gourmet hamburgers. Front desk staff was kind when a problem happened. They helped me to resolve it. I am not sure why it was so very expensive? The roof top was closed down for renovations? We were told this after we could not change the reservation. The price felt high for the experience?

Despite several onsite bars and restaurants, usually none were open. Resort fee includes a daily coffee service, but it was only delivered one of the days we stayed and only available between 5-7am. Otherwise charged for coffee. Resort fee also includes roof top pool access, but there were people not staying at the hotel also at the pool. Cleaning service either came too early or too late, but did at least come daily. Location is excellent - just far enough away for a quiet/peaceful night but close enough for an easy walk to the Broadway music and entertainment. With so many other hotel options in the area, likely would not stay here again.

Appearance was nice and fit the Music City vibe. Room was nice overall and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was only one USB port in the entire room and it was on the land line phone. Definitely has not been modernized. The bathroom was very nice but the fixtures in the sink were loose. Had to have technician come to our room at least once per night to fix the TV. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn't very good. Rooftop bar was awesome.

The Bobby Hotel was lovely. This quaint boutique hotel has a nice lobby with a fireplace, sofas and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee from their cafe. There is also a great bar with friendly staff. Drinks were fantastic! The rooms are big, clean and decorated in Nashville style. The rooftop bar and pool adds that extra touch of fun. The rooftop had a bus that you could reserve and have a party in. We celebrated our friend’s daughter 21st birthday in the bus. The pool is small but we had a blast and met so many wonderful people. This hotel is only a few blocks from Broadway which is very walkable.

Highly recommend! Stayed for one night for a concert in town. The hotel was very quiet, considering I was in the first room in the hallway next to the elevator I was assuming to hear a lot of noise. Never heard anyone at all. Very short and easy walk to Nissan Stadium. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. I would most definitely book this hotel again!
