We stood here 3 times in 2 years. The staff is excellent! One stay we found the house cleaning of the room to be poor. The house cleaner left someone else’s dirty sock in our room (probably whoever stayed there before us). They didn’t give us fresh towels, no toilet paper, no facial tissues, no soap, no lotion, no coffee pads, no plastic ice bag. I guess they forgot all these things. The front desk manager helped by getting us the missing items from our room. The breakfast is delicious with many hot and cold choices. They need a 2nd waffle maker because the line of people waiting to make a waffle was very long on a Sunday morning. I loved the egg sandwich sliders! They have oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, PB, muffins, etc. plus fresh fruit. I appreciate the coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day and the spring water. The pool was very cold the last 2 visits. And the salt was floating on the top of the pool. Great parking lot, great fitness facilities with a Peloton spin bike, elliptical machines, free weights, bench, everything you need! The beds are clean and very comfortable! I love the extra pillows and blanket! The a/c works perfectly! This hotel has many dish network channels, plus Netflix and Showtime. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

This hotel was fine. The rooms were spacious. We stayed here because of the pool. The pool was disgusting. We asked the friendly staff if the pool was ok to swim in since it was murky and had a thick film over the top of the water. He said oh yeah it usually looks worse! So we should have stayed closer to our event at a hotel without a pool.

Clean, comfortable new hotel. Everything is expectedly in very good condition. But they don't build these hotels like they used to — we could hear every footstep in the room one floor above us. Heater for the indoor pool was broken, so that took away our ability to enjoy the prime amenity. Water pressure in the showers was also weak, which was surprising for a new hotel.

Overall this was a good choice for our family. Clean and comfortable with mostly friendly staff. But beware - the indoor pool (a large reason we selected this hotel) was ICE COLD. We and other guests asked the front desk to rectify - some seemed unconcerned/ unwilling and others said they would attempt to address it but ultimately didn’t / weren’t able to. Disappointing for us but if you don’t care about the pool - everything else was good. Breakfast had a good variety and overall clean and comfortable.

Hotel Front Desk would only give 4 towels when my party at check in was 5. They advertise a pool very small pool (capacity 15) and didnt appear to clean. The breakfast was good, the area was quiet

The breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bummer for us was the pool, although it was small the problem was the pool was way too cold (the heater wasn't functioning). So, it was not conducive for swimming, one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. That being said, it was most likely a temporary problem, as the supervisor said maintenance was working to fix the issue.

We didn’t bring a pet, but it’s nice to know that we could have. The staff was attentive and personable. There was a spill of what looked like blood (later identified as cake icing) at 8:30pm that was still there at 8:00 the next morning. While looking for forgotten items before leaving, I found a sock under the bed belonging to a previous guest. Your location was very convenient to the horse show in Devon and restaurants in Berwyn.

Such a disappointing stay. They didn't clean the rooms thru out our stays. We stayed 3 nights! Even when requested after 2 nights they didn’t refresh the room or the even the towels. The night staff was very unpleasant! I would never recommend this hotel to any one. Expedia didn’t let me know that this hotel is short on staff and won’t do any house keeping thru out stays! I would have never booked it if I have known!

Place was clean & room was clean. Tried to watch TV but it wasn't working. I tried to troubleshoot it. I called to the front desk twice asking for assistance or help. The lady said she was the only one there & she couldn't come help. She suggested I unplug the TV. I did so 3 times. I called for a 3rd time to the desk. She said again she couldn't leave. I then asked to be moved to another room or offer me a credit. She wasn't very friendly. I tried to remove other cords & nothing worked. She said it was my problem & that her boss probably wouldn't issue a credit since it is now a maintenance problem that I created. She continued to argue, so I said this was pointless and hung up. Poor customer service & poor entertainment hardware in the room - lead to a disappointing stay.

When I got to the hotel, the staff greeted me and were very friendly. The room was good and what I had expected.....until I tried to go to bed. The TWO smoke alarms in the room blinked this horribly bright green light. That ruined my stay because I got NO sleep that night. I am a light sleeper, so I could see the light through my closed eye lids and it kept me awake... I asked if there was any way to cover the light just for the night so I could get some rest, and they flat out said they couldn't. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again just for that reason.

Everything was good including breakfast. Would like more variety for breakfast options and cereal or muffins tho. Water pressure was reallly awful tho in showers. They said that’s how it was in the building. Literally felt like no shower. More pressure in my sink. Clean quiet and safe. Close to restaurant and nice area

No receptionist at front desk when you need checkin or to get extra bath towels. You need to wait patiently up to 20 mins. Receptionist can yell at customers but when you raise your voice to match hers, she threatens to call police. This is the only hotel we were treated badly on our entire trip.

We got hassled about my daughter's service dog when we checked in, which is a violation of ADA. The fire alarm went off the second night we were there, and then the third night, the smoke detector kept flashing a bright white light in our room. The desk attendant didn't even apologize when I mentioned it at checkout. I didn't ask for a discount, I was just mentioning it so the next person wouldn't have to deal with it. I've stayed here before, and the staff has been excellent. The customer service just wasn't great this time.

Nice hotel clean quiet . Insanely bad customer service. Messed up my reservation when booking and explained to them that I needed the room for another night when checking in and I was told it was all set. Went to check because our keys stopped working and was met with a very rude and argumentative front desk woman. No one had booked the room so we didn’t have a reservation. We had to book a more expensive room because she wouldn’t let us stay our original one. She also would not allow us to go to lunch for an hour and then change rooms because we weren’t ‘members’ I just dropped over 1000 bucks so I would like to go to lunch and have the more expensive room for the lower rate because it was not my fault my room wasn’t booked when I asked it to be . She was extremely rude and I’m not one to fight with customer service people . All I wanted was the room for the lower rate and an hour to go to lunch. That’s it . Sad that a nice property and a nice stay had ti be ruined by that .

Me and my friends stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and we could not be happier. The manager Bill (with two Ls lol) was incredibly kind and helpful. His help along with the other staff made our stay memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Property is close w/i walking and/or five minute's drive of my party and business venues. Onsite gym, pool and outside bike, walking trails are a plus at this location. Very quiet, minimal street traffic at all times.

This property is very well maintained and in a safe, not busy area yet convenient to all KOP has to offer. Behind the hotel is access to an 18 mile walking/bike path. It’s beautiful! There were outdoor seating areas at the hotel that was nice to enjoy as this area isn’t busy or loud. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool was small but perfect for our small kids. Hot breakfast buffet (average— your typical hotel hot breakfast). We would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and would stay here again without a doubt.

Our room was clean. A piece of black material was left on the elevator which housekeeping used as well, for at least 8 hours. For some reason, water from the shower despite the curtain and its liner, spilled over on the bathroom floor. I had a fall coming out of the shower 1) high tub and 2) wet floor. Breakfast signs indicated hard boiled eggs and turkey sausage. Neither one were available. Decaf carafe needed to be replenished at 9:30 and we were told “we don’t make decaf because it sits there and the taste goes bad” Lastly, mattresses were very soft; no type of pillow mattress under quilt. Front desk staff were personable and tried to meet our expectations.
