Hotel is in excellent condition and staff was very helpful. Due to hurricane damage in 2022, pool is closed and no beach access. This should be noted online before booking. I received an email the next day.

Was not made aware that we would have to pay for parking, and we frequently had to park quite a ways away at an overflow lot. We should not have to pay to have to walk across a busy multi-lane highway at night with luggage.

Beautiful hotel and room. Nice amenities. Hotel is still recovering from devastating hurricanes like much of the area so pool is non-existent and direct beach access is closed, but I wouldn’t let that keep you from enjoying this hotel, especially at the price level it’s currently at due to these limitations. It’s a short walk/drive to free beach access or a park with access and public restrooms.

Our stay was incredible! It was a quick getaway for our 39th wedding anniversary. We ended up getting in town earlier than expected so we called to see if we could check in early and they said our room was ready so to come on over. As we walked in our room our eyes were immediately drawn to the sliding doors and the beautiful blue that we could see beyond the glass. We opened the door to step out onto the balcony and to take in the beautiful ocean view. It overlooked the large pool, hot tub and fire pits with setting, all surrounded by palm trees. Of course the ocean and soothing sound of the waves was the main attraction. The room itself was calming and everything exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking and the staff was very accommodating. The only improvement could have been the elevators. They were very slow moving and not air conditioned. Incredible sunrise in the morning was an added bonus! We definitely recommend staying here if you are in Daytona Beach.

I had an amazing stay here at Delta. Check-in was amazing, the front desk staff were kind and pleasant. Great customer service. The room was nice, very spacious and clean. Balcony was great. The only thing I didn't like was the people staying next door were so loud. You could hear the door slamming all night. The elevator was small and worked very slow. But I enjoyed the convient beach access. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel. It's small which is a plus in my opinion. The room was super clean and beautiful. The pool was awesome and beautiful. It has a very easy access to the beach which is right in front of the property. It couldn't be better!! We also tried the food at the restaurant and it was great. I'd highly recommend this property. We had a great time. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the parking because it's limited, but even so it wasn't a big deal. We'll definitely come back!

Facilities and room were very clean. Check in and check out staff were wonderful. Pool area was well kept and beach access was very convenient. We stayed in room 502 which is at the very front of the building and you could still see the beach so every room has at least a partial side view. The only complaint I could have is the ice machine backed up to our room and it was loud when people would get ice. Toliet ran all the time so we just kept the bathroom door shut.

Hotel was dirty, smelled like mold, and the room hadn’t been vacuumed. There was candy and food all over the floor and dead bugs behind the drapes. In addition to the still existing hurricane damage, it was just awful. The front desk employee Tamara seemed unfazed and irritated by me. I can’t believe my charge for the night for this “quality” hotel was well over $600!!

This is a great hotel. It's small which is a plus in my opinion. The room was super clean and beautiful. The pool was awesome and beautiful. It has a very easy access to the beach which is right in front of the property. It couldn't be better!! We also tried the food at the restaurant and it was great. I'd highly recommend this property. We had a great time. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the parking because it's limited, but even so it wasn't a big deal. We'll definitely come back!

The good : The team at the front desk was very nice and friendly The bad: The smart TV was very, very slow. I tried to watch a movie on Netflix and after 30 minutes had to give up. The amenities in the room are very outdated The coffee machine in the room is horrible.

It was a nice place to stay, the room was clean and the beds were good. The waitress at the restaurant downstairs that attended (or really didn't attend to us) was definitely a downside. The pool area was decent. Front Desk staff was nice. Ok Hotel, could be a little more affordable based on the above and that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside of the room at night and the light from the hallway comes thru whether you want it to or not.

The balconies are tiny but it was still beautiful to be able to see and hear the waves. The customer service is great. But the WiFi is TERRIBLE. I couldn't use any texting apps, social media, food delivery apps unless I switched over to data.

I had an amazing stay here at Delta. Check-in was amazing, the front desk staff were kind and pleasant. Great customer service. The room was nice, very spacious and clean. Balcony was great. Very nice and clean room, big king w another sofa bed single. Almost all rooms have ocean views, 3rd floor and up. Bathroom amazing shower!! On the beach. Serene great location and staff and food!

The hotel view was not the one we booked, to say the least the picture shown online is not accurate. They arranged us on the second floor, and we only could see a glimpse of ocean. We checked in at about 9pm. They told us they ran out of cribs after I called the front desk 20mins later. They lie to us that the reservation info from Expedia showed 4 adults and didn’t indicate one child which was not true. Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean. But the service was not ideal.

Nice hotel but the parking fee to stay there for 3 days was $50. You need to drive to the pier and shopping. If just wanting to lounge on the beach or the pool fore some R&R it’s a great hotel.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was great. The area was disappointing. The town seemed to be very low end from when I was there years ago. We stayed at the hotel mostly because the neighborhood was so bad. But the hotel was nice. Had a room overlooking the beautiful beach.

Beautiful location right on Daytona Beach. Enjoyed our balcony overlooking the sand and surf, the spacious patio and pool area and the restaurant right on sight. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Room decor very nice and practical, including desk for work. Restaurant and front desk staff not very friendly and take too long to acknowledge someone at the restaurant.i didn't see someone smiling except for the lady at the Bar area. Food was not great or tasty. Light could be installed in the room where the microwave area is, and on top of the luggage rack area too. Hotel renovated and cut expenses in lightning.
