Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso East-Loop 375 by IHG

I was very disappointed !! My room 104 had a horrible smell with stains all over the carpet. Also the bottom of the pool was not clean properly. For a Holiday Inn I was very disappointed. Sadly I do not plan on staying there again.

The staff was nice and courteous. The only thing was they ran out of towels in the pool and gym.

Very friendly staff. Loved the quick check in. Clean room with nice gym area.

Place was clean but first night shift manager was rude when having issues finding Expedia reservation. Not sure if it was Expedias fault or Hotel but it was not handled with professionalism at Hotel. Second night staff was great but key didn't work second night. Fire alarm went off at 2am. No fire. Lots of construction going on next door as well. Place was clean though.

Newer hotel, clean, restaurants in walking distance.

I would have liked the pool open n clean. It was not. Also, we did not get our room cleaned daily.

Felt like service could have been a little more better. Stayed for 4 nights and no room service offered to clean our room and restock on supplies needed. Had to ask a housekeeper lady that was cleaning the room next to us for extra toilet paper and clean towels etc. Front desk wasn't that much of a help when asked for a latter check out cause our flight leaves at 7pm and was hoping to get a late check out like around 1pm or 2pm. The swimming pool was dirty and closed the entire time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone or stay here again.

No luggage carts available at check in. Front desk claims they don’t know where they are. Im in handicap room as requested. No staff offered help to unload Chirp in smoke detector No one available to fix No other suite room available I climbed on furniture to get to it. Called desk to ask for battery Brought to door, I climbed back up to install. Carpet very dirty. Especially in front of refrigerator. 3 hand sanitizer in lobby all empty One elevator out of service at check in. Sunday both elevators not working. We are stranded at lobby with handicapped senior citizen, two children and temperature sensitive groceries. Our room is on top floor. Sunday evening 8 PM- Excessive noise in room next door. Called front desk several times. Noise was really troubling one of the grandchildren I had in my room, so much so that her father had to come pick her up at 9:00 because she couldn’t sleep. At 10:00 the front desk stopped answering calls. At 10:30 the noise was still so bad. I finally reached someone and asked if I checked out could I get a refund. She said……UM, I’d have to talk to my manager, then hung up and then not answering calls. 12:15 finally reached front desk again. She says if I check out I can not get a refund.

The place was fresh and clean. Friendly service and good, hot breakfast!

The property was so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

We stay at this hotel everytime we come to El Paso and tha staff is very friendly and it is always clean.

Blood and black stains on pillow cases from previous stay.Also ac wasnt working and stayed at 80° When i talked to managemnet they still havent returned my call and could careless about the customer.

I would NOT stay at this hotel again. Most of the staff were polite. Our first thought about the hotel was it looked like they did some upgrades. Once in our hotel room we saw someone’s food in the refrigerator, this lets me know they did not clean the room thoroughly. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like rotten eggs. You can see mold growing in the shower area. Around 1 am the fire alarm, we got dressed and went to the front desk. We were told that someone was vaping in their room. The free breakfast was decent.

Really friendly admin. The bed was very lumpy and lopsided. It was hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. It was also very squeaky when changing sleep positions. I did not sleep well here, unfortunately. Otherwise the stay was nice. Breakfast was good, and excellent hospitality.

Ac was terrible, bathroom shower curtain was too short , water went everywhere on the floor. Room was pretty beat up. Holiday inn express is our go to when we travel, this one was not the best, but not the worst. Staff was friendly

Our room was on the freeway side, so lots of road noise. The bed was quite firm, and shower doors banged a lot in neighboring rooms. Breakfast was good and location is just what we needed. Very clean, and felt safe.

Booked a room with a bathtub and no bathtub was in the room.

The room was very generous in space. The room was clean. It had just the right amount of stuff in it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did realize they would provide toiletries like tooth brush until I saw that note in the room.

Our stay here was great. Hotel staff was very welcoming and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The only bad thing was that the beds in our rooms appeared to have damaged beds as they would creak and make excessive spring noises during our sleep. We did notify the front desk who said their onsite technicians would look into it once we were checked out.

Quiet, room designed well, very clean, efficient and courteous staff. Good breakfast.

Staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean.

Has a nice stay. We did have an issue with our toilet. But Benjamin took care of the issue before we return during our day out. The breakfast was excellent as well as the staff tending to the area.

Had a little mishap but staff took care of it immediately had a family memner at the providence east campus and it was 5 min away

My newly wed and I went to go to our room and we show up, the girl was eating with someone sitting at a table. I let them know that we had a reservation and she immediately let me know that there weren’t any rooms left, I was confused because I had paid for it and everything. She let me know that because I didn’t check in at 3? I was never told or called about such detail. Was very hurt and disappointed. I wasn’t offered a rain check or a refund either.

Close to lots of dining options. Love the bench between the closet and the dresser where you can place multiple bags and the hooks to hang multiple bags.
