The is one of the best properties but unfortunately the Elevator does not work and I have a pregnant wife who is full term and a 2 year old that has to walk 3 flights of stairs.

Well established lodging, possibly the best in that corridor of cities in Mesquite, Garland and Dallas meeting. Many fast food and sit down restaurants in a walkable 1 1block area including a super Walmart. Easy acces to the freeway for travel by vehicle.

This is not the best La Quinta out there but it was convenient. They had to shut the water off & it was brown for quite a while… the room was adequate.

As soon as we walked in the room a cockroach was on one of the beds. Went to the front desk to let the lady know and she didn't apologize or nothing i asked to switch rooms. The second room we got, everything had stains(lamp shades, chairs, picture frames). Everything was dirty.

Upon arrival, I decided to do an early check in. According to the room that was booked for me, there wasn’t any available. However, manager was able to give a different room from what was booked. That was really nice compared to not being charge for the style of it. However, the room was dirty, walls had stains on them, lamp on desk had food on the fixture, bed sheets were not clean, shower was still dirty from last person stay, someone covered the smoke detectors up with plastic I guess to smoke in the room so I took those off due to not trying to be charge for assuming I smoked in the room, and on top of it all, there were roaches crawling in the wall. I plan on staying until Sunday, but I decided to go to another hotel due to the cleanliness needs improvement. The staff is always nice but there needs to be some changes when it comes management double checking rooms to make sure they’re together before they are booked.

Room was filthy. Refrigerator had chocolate on the shelves. Found jelly beans and chocolate on the floor next to the sofa. Painting on wall has something splattered on it. Ironing board was in the closet but the iron was missing. Couldn’t iron our clothes.

I was not happy because of the noise (stomping) that i heard all night above my room. I called the front desk and all they did was call the room above me but whoever was up there didn't stop. I will be calling their corporate office.

The tv would not pick up the local channels. On a weekday where the local football pro team played, the game could not be watched. Had to go to a local bar to see the game.

The room was super dated and old. Had a musty old smell. Sheets are literally so rough like cardboard and sort of cigarette smell. We did the family suite which was the biggest most expensive room, and it was very basic. The carpet was so dirty my daughter’s feet were black walking around barefoot. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Was awoken at 6am from neighbors slamming doors all around. I guess every person in the entire hotel was on the 3rd floor. Loud TVs. Housekeeping going in and out surrounding rooms letting doors slam. Will not stay here again for work.

The bed has a dip in it and was impossible to sleep. The shower was dirty, had long hair in it. My husband and I do not have long hair. It was very noisy. A dog was barking most of the night.

The hotel was dated. Our room was a “suite” but really just 2 large rooms. While it met the test for size, its dirty fold out couch and sparse industrial furnishings made it not cozy at all. The water flow in the toilet was terrible, requiring multiple flushes each “visit”. The hotel also used a very powerful cleaning solution which we could smell in the hallways and in our room. On the one hand, we felt good that it was sanitized. On the other, it smelled so strong that it was overpowering. I think we ultimately got used to it, but it wasn’t good. We also made the mistake one day of putting the DND sign on the door when we went down for breakfast. Per the front desk, Apparently housekeeping goes around once in the morning and checks for those. Even though we removed the sign upon leaving for the day around 10:00, our room was not serviced. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. That said, nothing about this place would make me rush back there.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite w/sofa bed. The outdated sofa bed had stains all over it. The mattress had holes underneath. Just nasty!! Our son had to sleep with us. We slept very uncomfortable! Not worth the money!! We paid a total $203 with tax for 1 night stay.

Bad service and they gave me a room that smell ugly and I was there with my kids in my room changing and a family walk in in my room they gave them the same room that I had I when to tell the front desk and they get in attitude with me when she had made the mistake. Really bad service

On arrival the room lacked a chair, TV remote and the fridge was broken. The front desk person for the evening shift made me feel that it was an imposition for her to make her half hearted attempt to assist me with the issues. The maintenance worker did his best to solve the issues but didn’t have the necessary tools to properly fix the problems. Poor maintenance was the big issue.

Nevertheless, during that specific timeframe, no resolution was reached until I made a phone call forty-eight hours later.

Front door was locked when we arrived at 8pm. Waited outside for 10 minutes before the service desk clerk came back to unlock it. She said she was helping someone with their room. She was polite but it was still an awkward arrival. We won't be staying here again.

We stayed here for a week while visiting friends in town. There were areas in the vicinity of the hotel that were a bit shady, but we would stay here again. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean enough, though the shower door could use some mechanical attention. The breakfast is the standard hotel fare. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back when the time comes.

The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable of the Garland and Dallas area. We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and the local area. It is nicely appointed and conveniently located. Easily walking distance to IHop, Brums, Chili's, Golden Corral, Aldi and Walmart. We definitely recommend this location. Also, very family friendly.

As we walk in the elevator we noticed floors really sticky We had the worst experience it was very dusty mirrors baseboards bathroom there were hairs in the shower, the bed sheets had a bad smell etc….. the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast area was very clean and hot breakfast was really good tha lady was very aware and kind

The room was clean upon arrival. I got there early, so had to wait a bit to check in. The breakfast was adequate and always open right at 6:00. The facilities are close to several restaurants do that wasn’t an issue.
