The property was very clean and looks like it's new. Easy close parking very quiet, Perfect For an overnight stay As I was heading across country. Love the Keurig coffee machine in the room and the selection of coffee pods. Will stay again.

The hotel overall was comfortable, clean, and friendly service. My main complaint was the pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and the area around was not maintained. The hot tub was disgusting! It felt and looked grimy with a bad smell. It needed a major cleaning and chlorine added. If you’re not planning to use those amenities then this is a nice place to sleep.

Very clean and animal free! Rooms were comfortable and modern. It had a library which was nice to work from. Nice sized gym but some equipment was missing or out of service. For this reason I gave the property and facilities only 3 stars. Everything else was very nice!

Positives:The bed was so comfortable. Nice decor. Neg: The fan on the heater was very loud which made it difficult to sleep. The fitness room had one bike which was broken and an elliptical machine that was also broken. I told the front desk to put a sign on it so people don't waist time trying to start the machine. Later I used the room again, and there wasn't a sign. Also, there are no mat's to get on the floor and stretch. Annoying for how much you pay for this hotel.

Check in quick and easy. Room was okay; multiple bobby pins around floor, and a few spiders in the curtains. The bathroom had hair all around the shower and bright green stains behind the toilet.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds Unfortunately the beautiful shower was dirty, It was too late to ask to be moved so we had to grin and bear it! The bottoms of the doors and all seams with in the shower were disgustingly built up with dirt, as were all the corners in the bathroom

We reserved the hotel for two nights. But we only stayed there for one night because of the cleanness. Found hair on bed from previous customer. No refund for the night that we didn’t stay, front desk told me because I reserved from Expedia. We checked out without any complaint. We went there because of overall online rating. Maybe we just got unlucky. But would never stay there again.

During my stay, I was awakened twice in the middle of the night because my room was so cold. When I asked the person at the front desk if the thermostat is locked on a specific temperature because I can’t increase the temperature in my room, I was told that the heating system is very weird and then given instructions on how to increase the temperature of my room, 2 degrees at a time, waiting in between each temperature increase. I tried this recommended approach and it did not work. The room stayed at the same cold temperature. Also, my room only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms and it didn’t work. When I told the person at the front desk that I needed two remotes, he reached down and pulled a new one out of a drawer and gave it to me. So then I still only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms.

Flew in to Las Vegas and stayed here a night on the way to Bryce Canton. The hotel was excellent for the price. Bed was super comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve been in. TV was huge. Hotel was very clean including the gym. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was also nice. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was a nice setup

First, I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. So because of those things I rated it average instead of poor. The pool was the perfect temperature... for drinking water!! Seriously, it was freezing! My 12 year old, who will swim in a lake when it's 50 degrees outside, refused to get in. We went to the hot tub, which was packed because nobody wanted to polar bear plunge in the pool! Then the shower in our room didn't work. Luckily we were just there for a place to sleep for the night and headed home early the next morning so the kids took baths and the rest of us waited until we got home. The hold on my incidentals card was $140, even though the room was prepaid for, they were great about fixing it at check out but I can see it being problematic for a lot of people who are spending a longer time at the hotel.

Bad management. Was given a room with a toilet bowl that didn't flush properly. The next day the toilet was worse and hardly flushing at all. Wanted to be given a room on the same floor to at least use the bathroom in another room but was told by the front desk no, that they can't have the housekeeping staff worry about cleaning another room. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. It's surprising that a Marriott managed property was this bad with it's customer service. Won't be back.

The room was fine, though the Keurig machine didn’t work. When we arrived, we waited at least ten minutes for someone to return to the front desk to check us in. The lobby was blasted with cold air every time the door opened. Another staff member explained the front desk person was delivering towels and the one who spoke to us wasn’t trained to check people in. She was with two other staff having lunch while we waited for the front desk person to return. It seemed to us that anyone could deliver towels without being trained, such that guests arriving cold and tired would not be kept waiting. Another family was in line behind us becoming exasperated as well.

I liked how clean the place was and how close to the freeway and businesses . I didn’t like that you don’t get a complimentary breakfast. Our bed wasn’t made for the second night. There was no door tag to hang for that, only one for do not disturb.

Pros: Nice hotel for the area. It was close to the freeway, so there was freeway noise. Standard for the price point, but again, nice for the area. Cons: Breakfast: 8-10 min wait for two cups of oatmeal at $8.50 each. $8.50 for oatmeal (with a few blueberries)? We live in crazy times.

We knew nothing about cedar city when we booked our first hotel. Or should I say “motel”. Nothing wrong with a motel I just wish the place we stayed first would have correctly stated they were a motel. So we booked at the Marriott for our second trip and OH MY GOODNESS, the difference was insane. Clean. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and diner they have on at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely white glove cleaned. It was convenient, right off of the third exit, so easy to get to where you need to in cedar city, in just minutes. We will stay here every single time we visit cedar city. Thank Marriott for being above all others standards.

Shower mixer shifted to too hot without moving handle. There was no breakfast becks it was new years day. No hot water or coffee available in lobby either. Kureg in room does not make hot water without K cup in it. So no tea for me...

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I did not use the bar, but the bar looked to be well stocked. We purchased breakfast at the bistro and it was good. I would definitely stay here again and again.
