Limited parking. Semi truck took 9 parking spaces, thermo king truck took another 5 parking spaces and the car with a uhaul trailer took 5 parking spaces . Nice hotel but plan on parking in the nearby other hotels lots or the public street.

The elevator was out of service for 2 days. It was somewhat difficult for two 80-year old people to be walking up and down to the third floor. Another day the fire inspection team was there and the alarms kept going off. I went downstairs to see what was happening. The hotel is close to many places to eat.

There needs to be better parking for people with trailers or Uhauls or large semi vehicles. They took up 3-5 parking spaces each night l stayed. Very frustrating and forces people to park in the surrounding businesses parking lots.

1) 3 night stay on the 3rd floor. Elevator broke and took 2.5 days to repair. 3 flights of stairs were tough on this mid 70's couple. 2) Room needs more lighting. A lamp near the chair would be helpful. 3) Tiny bars of soap! I thought the hotel industry had finally learned that a larger bar of soap was necessary? 4) Maid service every 3 days is unacceptable 5) Shampoo and Conditioner mounted on the shower wall? Am I staying at the YMCA?

This hotel was so clean starting when you entered the lobby! It even smelled clean. The lobby, elevator, and room was absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay here again. After all what most people really want in an hotel is cleanliness. A hotel well kept.

The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Good staff. Breakfast had lots of options: pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt parfaits, orange and apple juice coffe, cereal, oatmeal, toast, and bagels. Perfect stop on our journey.

This was just one night stay as we are on the road. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience for us, we had to change the room 3 times. The first room, the housekeeping forgot to clean the toilet after someone got sick!!! We were moved to another room, which had terrible burning scent of bleach, the third room was fine. Although, we do understand that things happen, the proper housekeeping and cleanliness should always be a priority! I will complement staff as they were very apologetic and tried to resolve the situation. Taking this situation into consideration, the cost of the room should be refunded fully.

We stayed one night and had the accessible suite with a tub. It was two separate rooms, huge. A king sized bed with very soft pillow top bed in a large room that also had a desk and chair, another chair and the TV cabinet. In the other room there was a tv cabinet, mini fridge, microwave. couch, chair, dining table with four chairs, small sink and cabinetry. There was an area next to that with a separate bathroom sink, then the huge bathroom with tub, sink and toilet. It is a very large suite. All of the staff were pleasant, the parking lot was clean and well maintained. The hotel and room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was the standard breakfast items. One thing we didn’t like was that since it is close to I-80 you could hear a lot of the traffic. The other thing is this new trend all of the hotels seem to be following, the small pillows on the bed. We have started bringing our own pillows!

Traveling across the US and this was our favorite! Comfortable bed, clean, and roomy. We had a king suite for a reasonable price. Breakfast was pancakes, eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy with biscuits. Great service!

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean. Great value. Good breakfast. My son left an IPod in the bed. Called the front desk. The room hadn’t been cleaned yet so she offed to look right away. Called called right back and found it. They are mailing it to us at no charge. Now that is great service!

We checked in late at night. The computer system went down. The desk staff seemed very frustrated and unprofessional trying to deal with it. They had no backup plan for check in. We got a suite so we could use the sofa bed. There was no linen for this.

Everthing was great, but no one was at desk for at least 5 min when we checked in. Desk attendant was only one staffing hotel and had to "change a lightbulb" for someone. Felt bad she had no help & incoming customers had to wait. Lovely place to stay otherwise.

Traveling through and just stayed one night. Hotel was easy to find just off interstate 80. Clean large rooms with all amenities needed. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Staff was professional and polite. Not sure about complimentary breakfast since we left before it was served. Excellent hotel for the price. Would recommend.

This hotel is convenient to the interstate. There are several eating options in the area. Gas stations are close by. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and much appreciated. I will definitely be staying again on my way through.

Right off the highway, close to a few restaurants and a gas station and easy and convenient parking. We've stayed here four times over the last few years on road trips and always had a great experience. It's always been quiet, safe and easy!
