The room FAR exceeded our expectations in space and amenities. There was a nice roaring fire outside upon our evening arrival and the continental breakfast was great. The lobby was incredibly kid friendly with a play area and cups and silverware for toddlers which is why we were surprised when we were notified at the 11th hour there were no pack 'n plays or cribs on site, well after we had listed it in our reservation requests. We were forced to stay up pretty late with a 1 year old while they searched to no avail. We made it work with pillows and blankets on the floor, but certainly not ideal.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was good. However, the $20 a night for parking is ridiculous. I’m already paying a decent amount to stay there. I probably won’t go back due to the parking fee. I booked with them to try to save a little bit of money and probably missed where it was mentioned about the fee but had I seen that I would not have booked that hotel since I was staying for 3 nights.

Everything was just as the listed had stated. The staff was amazing from Check-In to Check-Out. The only issue during our stay was that one of the elevators was out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the property and our time in Columbus. Because everything was so great, we will be using Home2 Suites Properties in the future because of this experience

The breakfast was good. The body wash in our room was completely gone before we got in there, crack in the shower wall, and the shower floor had some stains on it. The mattress was almost terrifying to sleep on due to stains on it, looked like some one peed there, and possibly some blood?! Only one elevator worked and it had a stained up floor, for cleanliness as a whole it was very low and disappointing.

We confirmed early check in with the hotel before we left. Upon arrival we were told that our room wasn't ready. We told the lady at the desk that our early check-in was confirmed at 6am that morning. She told us to wait in the lobby and check back in 30-40 min. We waited a while and then asked for an update and she said a room was available. We go to the room and it was not the one we booked. We went back to the desk and asked for the correct room, king suite. All the king rooms were booked and we were told there is nothing that could be done. We stayed in the room and soon discovered a fruit fly infestation and then a roach the following morning in the bathroom. Parking was waived and we were offered a $50 gift card to expedia. Out $200. Never booking with expedia or hilton again.

The hotel carpet was filthy. I was unable to shower or wash my hair due to the tub filling with water. Oh and the temperature outside was near 100 degrees. Maintenance nerver showed to fix it and the manager never called. The room was overpriced with no real amenities. They need to close this place for remodel.

Couch in room was completely covered in dog hair and had a foul smell, had not been vaccumed or had the upholstery cleaned in quite some time. Nice full size stove and decent sized fridge. The hotel was laid out nicely, had decent breakfast options and a lot of open and inviting space in common areas. Hardly anything to explore nearby but ample Uber drivers available.

Hilton is a well known premium brand globally, but it doesn't appear so in the US. This hotel has the chance of being a 4*, its almost easy to fix the issues. The cleanliness from the housekeeping is poor, i had a room where there were chip packets not collected from behind the bed, so easily seen and sorted. The toilet hadn't been flushed properly after cleaning, so there was still toilet paper in the bowl. Although generally clean, the shower also had the classic red soap scum stains that again all could be sorted with a bit more attention to detail. The blind in the room failed and trying to get the room switched, which was offered but at a time when i was late to leave each day, never happened, although because it failed down, didn't impact my stay as much. The staff didn't offer to do it for me, which was disappointing. I needed to use the bathroom after checkout, so used the general facilities and found someone had done a number 2 all up the walls and over the flushing handle area. Not a hotel issue, but i am surprised no one reported it as it had clearly been there a while.

The hotel smelled like pot on the entire floor I was staying on. When I walked into my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I noticed a burn hole in the carpet. I thought all hotel rooms are supposed to be smoke-free! I wanted another room, but there were none available. In the morning they ran out of everything at breakfast and were understaffed. I don’t know how it received 9.0 stars. I would not stay at this location again

The hotel is clean, colorful and comfortable. The staff is lively, friendly and helpful. The room walls, however, seem paper thin. From midnight until 3am, we whispered, as to not add to the conversation next door. Music from the room beside us shook our walls. Between the street traffic and the neighbors, we slept less than 3 solid hours.

Lobby is on the 2nd floor, which if I had read the email, I would have known that! Room was spacious with a couch and the bed was quite comfortable. Like most rooms with an air conditioner, the on/off during the night is disturbing. Shower was excellent, good height on shower head and good water pressure. Good breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice property, easy access to the highway pet friendly . The only issue is there is no soundproofing. We could hear (everything) above us, outside our door and the cars in the parking lot. We were on the 3rd floor maybe it wouldn’t be an issue if we were on the 5th floor.

Super nice area and close to so much stuff downtown. The staff was absolutely fantastic My complaint is the pillows are awful. There is zero fluff to them. Had to fold it over in half to get my head even raised a little. And the bed was so hard. I’ve never stayed on Hilton property and have a hard bed till Friday night. Other than that, great hotel

The pictures looked great in the listing but property didn't live up to them. Felt like I was catfished. Shower was mediocre, pressure was okay but the hot water capacity was nice. Bathroom door was broken. Bed was terrible. Tried breakfast the first morning and it was meh. Setup isn't great if there's more than a couple people wanting breakfast. Definitely not on my list of places to stay when I fancy Columbus again. I should have waited and booked the junto or something else last minute for not much more. Booking ahead and trusting Hilton was not the play. This is one in the portfolio to look past

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Check in was quick and easy and, as Hilton Rewards members, we were offered a discounted rate on the parking which was a wonderful surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC might have been a bit loud for someone if they're a light sleeper, but it was no problem for us. Having a kitchen in our room was a big perk and made meal time much simpler, especially since we have restricted diets. The staff were all very friendly and the ladies at the front desk were especially helpful. I will absolutely be booking this hotel again for any future trips to Columbus!

What truly stood out to me was their incredible flexibility and dedication to accommodating my early check in allowing me to settle in and unwind after a long journey. This thoughtful gesture instantly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-appointed. The hot breakfast was amazing!! They were also able to accommodate my schedule with a late check-out which allowed me to work from the comfort of my room before heading to the airport. The hotel staff were absolutely horrible! The shower gel dispenser in my bathroom was either broken or needed a refill and for two days I kept reminding the front desk to address the issue but nothing was ever done ! Thankfully I checked out this morning and can’t wait to get home to take a proper shower ! I also forgot my lotion and asked the staff if they happen to have some or knew where I could get some . They nonchalantly told be that I could check with a CVS pharmacy about 15 minutes walk away . Crazy because I had mentioned I didn’t have a car and the temperature was 24° ! Crazy experience after overpaying to the damned place to watch the Buckeyes get crushed for the 4th straight year by the Team up North !

Absolutely horrible. Got the wrong room from what I originally booked. Front door was unlocked when we got the room keep. Felt Super unsafe. Bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. Got double charged for my room leaving me and my wife stranded in Ohio with 67 dollars in our account. Then was kicked out our last night because we didn’t have money to pay for our last night. Due to the double charge from the hotel. And never got compensation. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service/ care.

Extended weekend stay for Sonic Temple Music Festival. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent, easy short drive to festival and close to several downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel has a nice outdoor patio area with a fire pit. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you drive a full size truck or SUV. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast buffet is really continental breakfast served buffet style. The hotel is A+ clean. The hotel is the East side of downtown. Overall very nice hotel. I would stay again. Limited dining areas but do offer Grubhub with free delivery.

Nice, clean with good breakfast! Pillows were flat but bed was comfortable. Careful checking in at night. The homeless will approach you if the staff doesn't get the door unlocked fast enough. I'd call the front desk before you get out of your car. Front desk was very helpful and friendly!

Room was super spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was a little bland and heated food items were not fresh tasting or appealing, but service was efficient, and area was very clean and supplied. Coffee was strong, hot and fantastic!
