We were in and out pretty quickly but it was a really nice clean property the staff was helpful it was good to have some snacks available in the lobby there was a pool table in the lobby which is nice and comfortable chairs and an easy place to hang out they served a very nice breakfast in the morning so all good

Great location. Ripken is literally a 5 minute drive. Tons of places to eat. 35 mins from Baltimore and 95 is right there. My only complaint was the pool. Nice size but the water was freezing! So cold that a bunch of 12 year olds refused to go in. That was supposed to be the activity to keep them busy in the evening… instead, we went to the Harbor. Workout room was great. They even have a Peloton. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was available until mid/afternoon. Nice property.

We booked the trip for the indoor pool but it was too cold in the pool/pool area, so we did not get to enjoy it. Other then that everything else was great!! Rooms were really comfy. Did not hear any outside noise and even the hallways were quiet. Breakfast was great also. Got to meet some people during breakfast and had some nice conversation. Liked that it was pet friendly so we met some friendly dog's as well

Had everything I looked for. Friendly staff, very well appointed room with plenty of USB chargers. Pristine fitness center with all equipment in good working order. Excellent complementary breakfast. Comfy bed. Window sheet that could make the room absolutely dark when you pulled them down.

the stay was great! clean and comfortable room. my only issue was the pool. they closed an INDOOR pool for heavy rain and occasional lightening. i litererally switched from another hotel to this one for the indoor pool, so it was disappointing to say the least. other than the pool it was an excellent stay

I felt there was a fair amount of neglect in maintaining the cleanliness of the public spaces. The rugs in hallways and on staircases were filthy, outdoor trash receptacles were full to overflowing, and the elevator floor where a drink had been spilled remained sticky and dirty during the evening hours and into the morning-though I had reported it twice to the front desk. The sound insulation between rooms was inadequate and I had overhear a long business call or zoom meeting in the next room lasting past 11 pm. I wish I had know I'd been assigned to a suite with a door between the rooms that let a lot of sound in.

The hotel is acceptable for a quick pass-through-town late at night situation. Check in was easy. Room was spacious. Coffee available early in the morning, which is your typical basic chain hotel coffee. However- cleanliness was below average; there was someone else's hair in our shower, for example. Bed was hard; both our hips were aching by morning (we're side sleepers). Pillows small and lacking filling/ fluff. Towels appeared clean, but ultra stiff. But, staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to book last minute and bring our big dogs in for an extra fee. So all in all, it could be worse, but it could be better for what you end up paying.

We stayed here twice this trip. 3 days at the start and 3 days at the end. The first room was good, after I cleaned the hair in the corners of the bathroom, and asked housekeeping to sweep the sand out. Second stay, our room was not clean to Hampton standard. I found hair on the bathroom door, and lots of junk behind the main door. When I went and got the housekeeper to show her, I thought she would clean it then, but no. I expect the room to be clean when I arrive, I don't expect housekeeping to clean while I am there, and don't expect to have to tell someone how to do their job. I know how hard the job is, believe me. I did it for years. Also, Thomas was great, and the breakfast was awesome as usual.

A wonderfully clean, large room with a comfortable bed. It didn't have a microwave oven but the room made up for it in comfort. It was very quiet and the little touches like the night light in the bathroom were very thoughtful. The room can be made very dark. The climate control is near the bed to be more accurate where you sleep. Overall a great stay.

Good service - window shade and TV were not working - people came up and fixed immediately. Coffee ran out at breakfast (large group was there) and was quickly refilled. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is top-rate except for the front desk personnel. This person just was not friendly or helpful! She couldn’t find my reservation in her system and hotels.com did not send me a “conformation number” without which, she could do “nothing”! It took me an hour while my wife stayed with the dog in the parking lot, plus a phone call to hotels.com to finally check in! I can’t remember a time where I had mote difficulty! I expected much better in a place carrying the Hilton name!

The manager of the property went above and beyond when I had an earring accidentally fall down sink drain. He made sure maintenance took apart sink, secured the earring and then sent it to me via Fed ex. He was very responsive and it was clear he cares about the guests that stay at the hotel. A truly kind person!

The evening check in person was amazing. He couldn’t offer me a different room (only one left was right near the elevator and the ice machine). He went to the back and offered me earplugs but said I probably wouldn’t need them. The room was very quiet. He offered a menu for a local restaurant and provided his favorite options. So personable and welcoming. Sorry I didn’t catch his name but this was on 10/21.

We messed up and booked the wrong date for our stay. When we figured out the mistake, Tom rightly suggested we work it out with Expedia, so we wouldn\'t have to pay for another night. After 40 minutes on the phone, and with Tom\'s much needed help, we were able to get it straightened out. Had Tom stopped there, I probably wouldn\'t have taken the time to write this review. But Tom went above and beyond upgrading us to a better room, offering water and snacks to make up for our trouble... Which we caused, not the hotel. Tom turned a potentially challenging experience into an incredibly positive one while training Megan on how to make the change work and make the customer feel important. Tom truly gets customer service and I would highly recommend this hotel based on his actions alone. Tom - I don\'t know if you have read "The Power of Moments", but you created one for us and we thank you!

I decided to stay here due to the high reviews on Hotels.com. Surprisingly Hampton Inns surpassed my expectations. Rooms were super nice, the breakfast was good, it was very clean. Only glitch was new front desk member was a bit confused, but she contacted her supervisor and he got it ironed out quickly and professionally. It is also extremely convenient on and off the highway.

This Hampton is in a parking lot cluster with a bunch of other hotels. It’s near the Ripken Baseball Experience, where a little league tournament was taking place. For this, it’s super convenient and there are a ton of eating and drinking choices in the area. My suite was large and comfortable and they offer a wonderful, free breakfast.

Green turtle had good take out. Monday breakfast was missing a few items like bananas, whipped cream and potatoes. Sausage is delicious. Half and half without additive would be better. Eggs were not hot. We thought the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was firm and supportive which we prefer but lacked a plush topper. Sheets were scratchy too. Hospitality was excellent. A microwave in the room would be better.
