Holiday Inn & Suites Arden - Asheville Airport by IHG

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING, Spacious, bed was comfortable, the walk in shower was amazing , the pool and hot tub was great it was a beautiful stay

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was exactly what we paid for the room was very clean and the bed was super nice. The flatscreen tv was also nice

Overall the experience was good. The breakfast bar that you pay $14.95 was more or less a standard inclusion at most hotels. I don't feel it was worth the money but just my opionion based on stays at many hotels where a similar offering is included with the room.

Rooms good. Beds comfortable

The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again.
