This was the second time within 2 months reservations have been made for the downtown hotel and it gets swapped. I have ended up spending over 100$ on rides back downtown for events that were planned. You offer no assistance. Just “oh well”. Why would I ever encourage anyone to use this hotel chain when they just cost you more money for the entire weekend. So. Yes awful 2nd experience this simmer.

Staff was ok. But the hotel is small, parking is off site and you have to pay for parking. Shower is terrible and bed is not comfy. It is a very noisy room. The babe a bar but mostly craft beer and hard liquor. Over priced snacks on site. It is the Cousteau hotel to the green room which is why we stayed here, but next time we will just get an uber and stay at a hotel father away. For the price you should have a better experience.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is excellent with a nice open space in the lobby/bar area, games to play, drink tokens upon check-in that are good for something from the bar or other non-alcohol options, and within walking distance to a lot of shops. There is a paid parking lot right across the street that does not cost too much compared to others in the area. In general it was a really nice place. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are very wet and heavy feeling even with the air conditioning running, the beds have no support at all with pillows that are terrible, and the toilets in the room are square shaped and almost too large so they are uncomfortable to sit on and my wife nearly fell in. The only thing holding this place back from being an excellent change of pace from most hotels are the rooms themselves. For the cost of the stay I would expect to be comfortable in the room.
