Our room was not cleaned during our stay, despite repeated requests to the front desk. On the first day, a partial cleaning was started, leaving cleaning products behind. I was greeted with very friendly staff, the room looked clean, then i went to the bathroom and that was drity, I saw an employee in the hallway to ha3them clean the bathroom, but she didn't speak English. Overall it was a good stay

Pretty nice but could use improved cleaning. The bathroom looked like the floor wasn’t clean and there was a washcloth in the shower still from a previous guest. I question whether the bed sheets were clean. They didn’t seem super crisp.

We loved this hotel! Very well maintained, clean, free breakfast, friendly staff, etc… it checked all the boxes for us. I found the beds to be comfortable. If I had to find a negative, I’d say the shower pressure could have been better. I would definitely stay again! It’s nice to stay where it feels safe and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised to see how new and modern this place is. The location was good for us because we not only wanted convenient access to Philadelphia but also to Gettysburg and Pennsylvania Dutch country. The wifi was a little slow but otherwise reliable, the breakfast was great, and our room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that it would have been nice to have more than one chair in the room.

Great hotel! Super clean and quiet. The AC register in the rooms is completely wrong though. I put mine on 68, then 60 at night. It blows the exact same temp air regardless of the temp setting you put it on. The room I stayed in was easily 72-74 the whole time. When I walked into the hallway it was so cool so it’s only inside the rooms. I know altering the thermostat saves the hotel $ but it’s difficult to sleep at that temp and it is very obviously altered. The room was stuffy the entire time.

Stay was good from the check in process. The concierge was very nice and pleasant. We engaged in a lil conversation while things were processing. Breakfast crew was nice too very pleasant as well. Check out went smooth too . Overall the hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating. Room was very spacious and clean . I have 2 tvs and view was great.

2nd time staying here. The staff is very friendly (especially the guy at breakfast!), the place is clean, lots of parking and close to stores and the highway. One thing I noticed this time was the room next door had the tv on and the walls are a bit thin. Thankfully turned it off at a decent time. Must've not had someone next to me the first time so didn't notice. So if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring earplugs.

Service was brutally awful. Also, on a Thursday night the bar was loud and the language was foul. We could hear it at the elevator, it was not the type of environment I wanted my kids to experience waiting for the elevator.

Purpose of this trip was to visit UPENN. Its a bit far from UPENN. But great price compare to the near by hotels. Staff was wonderful! Room was spacious. The Giant store is around the corner. I would return again.

We were staying one night and did not explore the area around the property, but it appeared to be surrounded by highways and roads. It suited our purpose perfectly as it was convenient to Haverford College which was our destination. We would definitely stay there any time we would visit Haverford in the future. The room and bath were bare-bones but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offering was quite adequate.

This location is very convenient as it is located just minutes from the Route 3 interchange off of I-476 (blue Route) and is a great play to stay if you are looking to attend a specific event or explore the area. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the surrounding area appeared to be quite safe. This location is also very convenient to the Route 30 (Lancaster Pike) corridor which has loads of shopping, places to eat and interesting things to do.

Grounds were well kept. Bathroom decor was pretty. BUT WIfi was not secure. BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING! POOL WAS INDOOR AND BY APPOINTMENT. IT WAS NOT WORTH 300$ A NIGHT. 100$ a night would have been fair

My son and I had a very easy stay while visiting some local colleges. The Fairfield staff are especially kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was the cooked foods at breakfast were not great, though there is a good selection of cereal and fruit.

We just stayed one night on 3/23 and had a great experience! Nia and Brianna were at checkin and it was a breeze. We liked the added touch of having a large pitcher of water at reception which Nia quickly refilled when I pointed out that it was empty. The room was clean, had ample counter space, and even had a microwave and refrigerator which were not advertised on their website. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, from the cleaning staff, breakfast staff, to the front desk staff at both checkin and checkout. Although we did not make use of the hotel restaurant and bar, we liked the fact that we had that option. There was a lot to choose from for the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Philadelphia.
