Hotel was clean and they let us check in early! Valet services was a joke and they lost our vehicle key! So far, NOTHING has been done about it ! Or the 4 hours of just sitting there and the extra daycare we had to pay while waiting to be able to leave !

Upon arrival we were told that we had to valet park. I don't mind valet parking but it's $48 a night and they parked my car on the street directly across from the hotel and after waiting nearly an hour to get my car from the valet after checkout I simply asked if I could have my key and go to my car that had been left outside on the street all night. I don't understand what I'm paying the $48 valet charge for and I intend to contest it

The staff was so nice and helpful, be mindful that parking is around the corner and underground. Otherwise they offer valet but it’s worth it to just find the parking yourself. Everything was comfortable in our room and I have zero complaints

I had an incredible stay here! The gym was top-notch, providing everything I needed for a great workout. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the valet team, who not only provided excellent service but also gave the best recommendations for local restaurants. 10 out of 10 would stay here again—highly recommended!

The stay was going well but in the morning the elevators weren’t working and the staff kept insisting only one elevator was out of order but the lights weren’t even coming on for the up/down buttons and when we pushed them and it made banging noises. So we walked down the stairs to the 1st floor only to find we were trapped there because only the staff used the stairs on that level. Had to call the first desk to have someone open the door. While on the phone with the female staff member she kept telling me the elevator was working again but super frustrated since I was locked in a stairwell no where near the elevator so she was just wasting my time and irritating me.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Good location as well. My two minor issues are: Employee at check-in said he would request a rollaway bed for me and it never came. I dialed (0) from room twice and nobody answered. Also, on one of the nights I had issues scanning key to get into the hotel after hours and the valet parking employee was rude when I was asking him a question.Anyhow, besides this, everyone else was nice and we enjoyed the stay

I like the location of the property. The room was nice, though a bit overpriced for what was offered. The room wasn't cleaned very well or stocked with basic things like kleenex, bodywash, shampoo. The restaurant inside was very nice. Excellent service and food. I wanted to walk around the city more but two blocks from the hotel there were a lot of homeless people, and drug addicts wandering around. I ended up using a car service which was fine, I just wasnt expecting that in the area. The hotel staff were all friendly and accomodating. Overall, I would visit the hotel again in the future.

We love the Elliot Park. The rooms are so warm and comfortable..pure luxury! Wishing they had a more casual option for dining besides the main restaurant (which is great!) because there’s not much nearby to grab a quick, easy and casual lunch…or when you just don’t want a big meal. Or adding more casual options (sandwich, salad, soup or apps) to the main menu would be helpful.

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and we got there around 4:30 since check in was 4 and there was a long line of people waiting on their room since they didn't have rooms ready. They said it was because they were booked the night before but I feel like that should have been planned for, especially with such a big concert in town. We didn't get to check in until after 6pm and ended up missing our dinner plans with a friend were were visiting while in town that we now didn't get to see. It was a very frustrating situation.

While our room was clean and comfortable, and we had an overall pleasant stay, we feel it’s important to share a concern about our check-in experience. During the check-in process, we felt racially profiled by the receptionist at the front desk. This made both of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We had been looking forward to our visit, so this was deeply disappointing. We hope you take this feedback seriously, as first impressions matter greatly. Aside from that experience, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciate the quality of the accommodations.

Overall the hotel was good but their customer service ruined it for me… it is terrible. It takes 30 minutes to reach someone at guest services or reservations. They put me on hold and forgot about me. They charged me a smoking fee when I never smoked in the room and I have yet to been able to reach someone about this issue.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check-in, we got our room after 6pm. it was Taylor Swift weekend and they were completely unprepared. Considering the room was over $500/night I expected them to be fully staffed. There wasn't any nearby places to get food, no snacks available for purchase downstairs.

We came to Minneapolis to see a show at First Ave and this was a very walkable distance which is why I initially chose this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that there was an issue with the water heating system the morning we were getting ready to leave. It was resolved fairly quickly but it left me with not time to shower before we checked out at 9 a.m. I will definitely be back though.

A great find! Not much on fhe area as it is financial district. But the space is pretty spectacular. Tavola , the restaurant was good at breakfast but pretty mediocre in the dinner. So many other options in the North Loop or Mill District.
