Stayed here for one night on our way to KY. It was nice and the room was a decent size. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience here was booked almost 3 weeks ago this was my Birthday weekend and they waited until my husband and I drove 3 hours to gey there to say that they sent a email out this morning to say they were canceling our room due to over booking.Totally unacceptable, you should have called us, no one checks emails on the weekend or for getaways.Then they placed us in a Hotel the Fairfield Inn for 1 night, we went to church and the housekeeper stole our wings and chinese food out of the refrigerator.I will never stay here again, the ladt three times the pool was not even open.I was so disappointed due to I liked this hotel, it is right by our church at Family Christian Center.But never again! THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY

My grandkids liked the indoor pool. The room was okay. We didn't like the large frosted glass pane on the bathroom door that lit up the whole room when someone got up to use the bathroom during the night. The breakfast was okay too -- nothing special, but attendants kept it well stocked. Front-desk staff were helpful.

Was looking for accommodations for the family for my daughter’s birthday, Nestled in Munster Indiana Springhill comes across my search, let me tell you, a Gem!!! Quiet, clean, efficient!!! The kids had a ball in the pool area, went out for some sun in the convenient park across the way and back to the pool!! House keeping staff awesomely effective! Front desk extremely helpful! If you’re looking for a Great get away, or quick stay, Springhill is the way!! Thank you Team!!!

My Husband and I have always booked we the Springhill Suites nationwide, I love the cleaniness of the rooms and the hospitality of staff.However, I have booked here twice and the pool was not working, this is the one of the important reasons why people book hotels with pools.This time there was a lot of spring breakers there it was a lot if noise, we love this hotel as well due to it right by our home church at Family Christian Center.I think it will be awhile before we stay anytime soon, I just hope they fix the issues and concerns very soon, after spending 200.00 for a night this was unacceptable

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. It was in a decent location for what we needed. It is close to several medical facilities, so if i you are a light sleeper, rhe ambulance noise might be an issue. Otherwise the rooms were pretty and clean. I don't feel as though breakfast had very many options and the attendant was not the nicest towards my family. Otherwise, i would consider staying at this hotel again.

The shades in our room would not close. There was a gas station next to us so the high beams from the gas station lights shined in our room all night. Making it very difficult to sleep. The Marriott has one job to provide us a place to sleep and comfort and they certainly blew it tonight for us.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was very nice, comfortable, large and well-appointed. We enjoyed the space, the separate living room and the walk in closet. It was decorated well. The bathroom was large, however, although decoratively the “barn door” bathroom was nice, it was not a good choice with a glass insert. The door was right in front of the beds and the light was extremely bright during the night if someone went to the bathroom. It was not a good choice for a hotel room where families or people need to get up at different times to get ready or use it during the night while others are sleeping.

Overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, issue is billing from your hotel, where I was charged twice for an incidental fee associated with the room. Why, no one can fully explain other than an incidental fee that’s charged to my credit card that would come off at a later date, and no date could fully explain. No one likes to see a double charge on their credit card for a room that was paid for at check out.

Called ahead of time to make sure my son could check in. He is 20, one week away from being 21). Their representative said he could check in. When he arrived he was denied check in and left with no place to stay. Kassandra was unhelpful and unwilling to help in any way. Would not recommend. Thankfully we found a hotel last minute that would accommodate him.

Breakfast was not very good. Front desk workers were extremely rude. We were yelled at 3pm to quiet down while playing card games. Scolded at check in to watch our kids. Not family friendly at all.

The breakfast was not like other places we have visit. It wasn’t a variety. My kids were looking forward to the waffle station that they have at other hotels. The cereal flavor wasn’t kids friendly. No regulat bacon or sausage. So my kids wasn’t able to eat breakfast & I noticed a lot of kids only got the orange which was the only fruit available . The breakfast seem like it was geared towards an older crowd.
