Clean, convenient to event. No parking. Lot was full, as there was buses taking up alot of space. Also took awhile to check in, one person at front desk and they were answering phone, booking etc.

The hotel itself was great. No complaints with the room or anything but the front desk staff definitely left me angry and feeling like I didn’t matter even though what I was reporting to them was also in the hotel’s best interest cause people weren’t following safety rules. I went to the front desk to complain about a bunch of unattended kids at the indoor pool who were doing things where someone easily could’ve gotten hurt such as using the handicap pool chair as a diving board and almost jumping on top of my husband holding my baby and throwing a football all over and almost hitting us and one shoved my daughter but when the front desk staff was approached by the mom of the boys they never showed her the security camera footage to back up what I was reporting and so she could see how bad it was and so the mom thought I was in the wrong cause “boys will be boys” and to make matters worse those boys made a mess running from the indoor pool to the gym and still the staff praised that mom about how polite her kids were cause when the manager approached them they turned it around real quick, making me look like an absolute liar. I just wish they would’ve showed that mom the hotel camera footage of their rambunctious behavior to back me up but I’m the one who ended up looking bad. Still not happy at all.

Our room had a great bed, wonderful shower, and better than average temp control. But the hard floors were dirty and lamps and TV were dusty. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and efficient staffperson. A bit overpriced but in a good location.

I had to point out to cleaning staff the dried urine around the toilet bowl..which smelled terrible. The bed smelled of body odour and urine. Very offensive,.. in fact nauseating. I saw a coach roach on the floor on my way to the breakfast area. The dark out curtains did not cover the window area… the curtains just covered a small portion on each side of the window. The room was filled with very bright lights all night. The worst hotel stay l have ever had. Counted the hours to get out of there.

lighting in the rooms was atrocious,the bathroom lighting was too extreme and the light between the beds was not conductive to any reading,the outside noise was really extreme, I swore we were next to a racetrack the first night we were there.The hotel was clean and staff was friendly but again the lighting in the rooms should be reevaluated.

2 ladies behind the counter at check in did not speak to me as I stood at the counter ~ the only customer. I introduced myself and stated my reservation. Without a verbal response. . . One of the ladies searched the computer, handed me my keys w/ the room no. card and said, "Oh wait, you're a Hilton Honors member, do you want your water?" I said "yes, please" and that was it! No additional verbal communication. As I approached the counter at check out, the same lady again said NOTHING. I said ... I'm checking out of Room >>>. She took my key cards, handed me a printed statement and again, SAID NOTHING. Is this the type training customer service personnel are instructed to offer?

Manager on duty at the time escalated and treated me with extreme disrespect when a compromised credit card causes issues with authorizing payment, ultimately theeatening to remove us from the hotel when we had another credit vard and simply had to call our bank to permot payment to be authorized. Avoid.

This hotel is located right on a cross of several highways and roads. The hotel is poorly built and the windows are very cheap. There is no noise isolation there. It is difficult to sleep a wink at night because the roads just continue to roar. In addition to this when we arrived, we did not have a room. They overbooked the hotel and the manager told us that they do it ALL THE TIME. It's just like the airlines. They overbook and then you come in and don't have a room that you wanted. We needed 3 separate beds and that is what we booked and PAID for. Instead, they didn't have that for us when we came to check in. Obviously, no compensation was provided. The young lady at the counter was so absurd - she demonstratively acted that she couldn't care less. All she said, the manager will handle this. The manager gave us a much smaller room and brought in a roller bed. It was very disruptive and inconvenient and NOT WHAT WE BOOKED.

Hotel positioned itself as “Biltmore Area” which is actually near the airport. It is 20 to 25 minutes in heavy traffic to get to the actual Biltmore area. BEWARE!! NO SHUTTLE also. My last time at Hampton and Hilton affiliates.

Accommodations were great except a couple of things. First, the queen size beds were firm but made noises every time you moved and that is annoying. Secondly, the breakfast could have more variety (i.e. danishes, more choices for cereal, juice that is not watered down).
