Stayed 2 nights on the ground floor. The room was clean but it seemed cleaning not completed as a garbage can wasn't lined and sitting on a toilet lid. Water pressure was very low and taking shower took long time. Stayed 2 more nights on 4th floor. Water pressure was little better but still low. The bathroom door didn't close completely because stopper in installed in wrong position. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Self parking was easy and all parking spots are just next to the hotel building.

Ok but not quite Hilton standards. Wanted to buy a beer from the front desk. The desk guy told me sorry. We lost our bottle opener 3 days ago and haven’t replaced it yet. One elevator out of 2 was out of service. On Wednesday evening 5-10. There was no water in the hotel for a few hours.

Staff was helpful, friendly and respectful. Facility was clean. Fitness room was well equipped, for me anyway! Although the hand sanitizer pumps were empty. Convenient location for my purposes. I’ve stayed here several times when I visit my family and will continue to do so. Thank you Hampton!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. We were very disappointed that the pool was not open either day we were there due to mechanical problems. It was 95 degrees out and it was upsetting the pool wasn’t an option. The fitness center could use some cleaning. Overall, nice stay.

Wifi was out the majority of the 3 nights we were there. I tried to use the Business Center to check in and print our boarding passes and neither of the computers in the Business Center was working either. I asked the front desk staff and he said "It's been so long since I've even gone in there, I don't know. The computers are so bad." Bathroom door was a sliding door almost like a barn door so it didn't have a lock and didn't shut completely (there was a gap between the door frame and the door on both sides). Breakfast was decent - make your own waffle, an egg dish, a sausage dish, oatmeal, and various cereals and yogurts, breads, etc. The first night, the adjacent room to us had their TV on very loudly. Decent fitness room. Would probably not stay here again.

I booked a stay at the Hampton inn suites and upon entering my room everything looked as expected and it was clean. My only issue was that there was black mold on the tub and shower curtain. This was not only a visual issue but a health issue. I informed the front desk staff and all I was told was that they would let housekeeping know. I do feel that this should have constituted an apology and at least a discount off my next stay.

They should really work on cleanliness. There wasnt anything particularly glaring, but just a general absence of any post-guest deep clean. There were some other sanitary concerns, as well, such as no wipes in the gym, loose garbage in common areas, unproperly flushing toilets, and a lack of toiler paper in rooms.

Stayed overnight. Very clean room, modern decor, great amenities, clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and linens. Great breakfast options too. The only small complaint is wiggly toilet seat. Other than that it was a great stay! Safe area.

Bed was harder than a rock and squeaky, pillows seemed like they were purchased from the dollar tree and very flat. Trash had a used syringe in it when we got our room… only one washer and one dryer and dryer was out of order. Very dirty hotel coffee station was always yucky not wiped down and floors not vacuumed. Will NEVER stay here again!

Persistent noise from elevators, dirty room (stained floor, furniture, and wall) was a distinct difference to our stay five years ago. Couldn't move to another room as hotel was booked solid. Had a civil conversation with the manager upon checkout and he did what he could to make good on our experience. Location, parking availability, and nearby restaurants still superb.

This hotel was disappointing. The bathroom door is a sliding door, which wouldn't be so bad, except that the door didn't close all the way and there was no lock on the door. When we tried to close the door, there was a 2" gap open. So the door wouldn't close all the way. The room was not very big. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly. After arriving back at the hotel after eating at a restaurant, we planned to go in the back door entrance and our key card didn't work. We worked around the hotel to the front and told the clerk who said it's been that way for a while. I guess it's not a security concern but it's inconvenient.

The hotel was at a very convenient location and very attractive facility. The humorous aspect of the stay was the bathroom door was a sliding door to enclose either the closet or the bathroom. The door was so heavy that it was a challenge to senior guests!

I specifically requested a room with two queen beds for my mother and I. I also requested a late checkin due to the fact that we were attending a wedding in the area and I knew it would be late when we arrived at the hotel. Up arrival around midnight I was told that that specific room was not available. They o ly had a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa(very uncomfortable). I was told the dayshift clerk at the hotel gave my room to someone else. The computers kept freezing and it took nearly a half hour just to check in. I requested a discount but never received any. Very unhappy in this situation especially being a Hilton honors member. If I booked a room with 2 queen beds I should have received that room.

Stayed two nights. Did not refresh bed or towels during stay. Told they only do that every other day…and that there is a sign in the room telling me that. Had I known beforehand, I would have found another property to stay. I arrived 90 minutes before advertised check in at 3 p.m. and had to wait until exactly 3. Housekeeper on the floor told me my room had been ready for over an hour. Would never stay here again. Ohhhh, and the bed springs creaked ever time you got in and out of bed or turned over.

The front desk said the check out time is 11am but my booking said check out time is 12 pm. They still argued with me after I gave them my explanation. The house keeper knocked the door and said the same thing again. It’s the hotel.com and Hampton inn did not communicate clearly.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were great! The kitchen staff seemed hurried. Both days there were limited items for breakfast. The first morning at 930am I asked for more pancakes because the waffle machine was broken, they only had banana muffins, and the pancakes they had out were crunchy. I was told, "I just got here and breakfast is over in 30 minutes so no one is making any more." So I ate crunchy pancakes. The second morning the items were still limited and the pancakes still crunchy. I didn't even bother to say anything to the staff. The room was clean, but the toilet was slow to flush. We would have to flush multiple times before anything would go down. Just a bit disappointed in the hotel.

Nice hotel, great location for going out in Media. Breakfast was good, but close to 10am the quality was not kept up. Tables should have been wiped down more frequently. They ran out of drinks to purchase which was a bummer. Room was good quality and clean. Shower didn’t really work (half the water pressure was on bottom faucet and couldn’t get it to shift to top. Only provided two towels for a room that sleeps 4, which made no sense.
