Really nice hotel, nice updated rooms. Quick check-in. Not much parking. Got the very last space at about 9:30 PM. We were on the 4th floor and it was noisy. The ice machine makes a racket. The neighboring room kept me up until 12:30 and had us up early. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. But the breakfast was really good.

We stayed one night as a stop over on a long drive with my husband and young son. We enjoyed the indoor pool with basketball hoop after checkout to let off some energy after the car ride. The room was clean and modern and breakfast was exactly what we needed to fuel up before setting out on the next wave of our road trip. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Called twice ahead of time to ask if the pool is heated. I was told both times that it is. It isn’t. I planned to swim and couldn't, so that is my only complaint. The hotel is what you'd expect for the price point. Breakfast is good.

Super clean and fun environment! The pool was COLD and the fire pit next to the parking lot is a bit odd. BUT, the room was lovely, clean, and the breakfast had a lot of options. Would come back!

House keepers could do better. Hair balls on the floor, stuff spattered on walls. Sticky night stand. Felt gross to sleep in. Luckily it was only one night. Beds did not feel like the cozy hotel bed you crave. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was average.

I always stayed at Glo and Fairfield due to business when my husband works in NC we traveled for the night, all the past times had been great but this one, check in was quick and nice but the minute I open the door I was hit in the face with a strong smell like dirty head, as always I inspected the beds and everything, one pillow had a long hair, I grabbed it and throw it out but when I look at the decorative pillow it was full of small black hair and the other one with dirt, I went to the reception and told Olivia about it, hotel was full but she called manager and got me switch but I couldn’t sleep well I was affected already with my allergies from cleaning the other room, I always carry Clorox and Lysol

The room was clean, the shower and water pressure were excellent. The hotel is on a busy road and had lot of traffic noise. Our room faced the street. The main issue was the blackout shade did not close - had 8 inch gap. The staff did make multiple attempts to fix it. They offered another room but it was on first floor facing the road. We felt like the road noise would be worse. We were offered a discount. I should have done my homework about the location. My grandkids loved the pool. The hotel looks cool and has modern decor.

TVs are old, with no streaming options that I could figure out. Rooms are small and stream lined. The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast times were excellent (it's frustrating when you're on vacation and changing time zones, but still have to be down for breakfast by 9 - but theirs runs until at least 10am).

Hotel is newer and clean. The base of my bed was cracked/damaged… every turn in bed was noticeably loud and felt like it was going to break. Nothing within walking distance and little unsafe to walk. If you have a car everything is a short drive away.

Attractive, clean, elevators were better than most. Little insulation- could hear people above way too much. Pillows not much and mattress way too hard-very uncomfortable and affected sleep quality. Shower got hot quickly and very hot.

The hotel decor was colorful and upbeat. The lobby and breakfast area were really delightful. The complimentary breakfast was good enough to draw us back next time we are in Asheville, NC. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Also, there are no carpets which we liked. The room, a king single, was a little on the small side and an in-room microwave was not furnished.

The WiFi drops and freezes every 10 minutes or so. Please try this hotel. My wife and I have been traveling lately and this was our favorite hotel. It was also the most affordable. The staff were very professional and the biscuits and gravy were fantastic!

Very clean and modern hotel! Breakfast was good. Main issue we had was our room was right by the ice machine and it runs loudly all the time. Then people were getting ice until after midnight and then started again by 6am. Also when a room near us took a shower, there was a constant tapping on the wall in our room- an issue with the plumbing. We could hear everything going on in the hall and the rooms next and above us.

Check in by Olive was quick and efficient. The hotel and our room were both clean and well decorated. We used the gym, and it was also clean and well maintained. Bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. Good location for exploring Asheville and the Biltmore House. Five to ten minutes to everything we wanted to do, but not in the busy downtown area. Excellent price for the middle of the week.

Room very small. Poor sound proofing, could hear EVERYTHING outside the rooom/in the hall and room above us. Stranger knocking on our door 3 times in the middle of the night, called the front desk telling him we felt unsafe and he said “you’ll be alright.”

We were staying at the Asheville GLO when Hurricane Helene hit. We lost electricity and water. Although I think the hotel should review and improve its preparation procedures (e.g. no lighting in stairways and no support for the front desk), I thought everyone made the best of the situation. In particular, we commend Thea who worked multiple shifts and managed as well as possible.

This hotel was listed on Expedia as only 0.05 mile from the city centre but really you need to get in a car for everything. Apart from the inconvenient location, this was a really good hotel.

Access to hotel was easy. On a busy road but we didn't hear traffic noise. Staff did check-in well and quickly. Several restaurants within an easy drive. Room and hotel very clean. I marked Area Around Property in the middle since it isn't walkable to place. Safe area though.

The property is conveniently located within 10-20 minutes of the hustle and bustle of Asheville. It is in a quiet space and easily accessible from the main roads. I would definitely recommend the Glo Hotel of Asheville. This is my new go to spot in Asheville.

I like these new boutique hotels. They have cool architecture and decor. Breakfast was the standard these days, but all was very tasty, some hotels are not. I liked the automatic pancake maker. Also K-cups in room had a good selection.

Water pressure in toilet was insufficient to even flush toilet paper. Hot complimentary breakfast on Thursday was very good, but only available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I would be willing to pay more for the room if hot breakfast was available daily. I have never experienced anything like this.
