I read the other reviews of this ranch and I honestly disagree with the bad reviews. It's a working RANCH! What do people expect? I loved the covered wagon and the bed was very comfortable. It was so cool to hear the horses nicker and neigh. There were real working cowboys and they were so nice! The breakfast was delicious and prices were comprable to eating out in other vacation areas. The coffee was soooo good! And Tom, the cat, was a pleasant guest with us. The views were spectacular! I will defi itely be back!

The bathhouse was a mess, with the men's and women's in the same budling and no locking door between them. It did not feel safe for the women. The guest Tipi's had been taken down for the winter and were thrown about in the bathhouse. The restaurant was full of flies, a cat and a dog. The cows outside gave a western nuance, however they were able to access the area the conestoga wagons were located. They spread feces on the walking path and rubbed up against the wagon we were sleeping in around 2:00 am. The view of the mountains was amazing but the facility itself needs some serious attention.

We stayed in a wagon which was fun but quite cold even with the heater on. The communal bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, but the customer service there was excellent.
