The staff were amazing. Rooftop bar has fantastic views over Santiago, very clean room with amazing views over the city and the breakfast was quality. Just to make a point, the staff are really good and super helpful.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Having mall access through elevator is a plus. Access is complicated however...Uber drivers dont want to pick up from entrance. There is a 2 car drop off, but usually occupied by taxi cabs. Garage entrance is through different street with heavy traffic...the whole setup is a bit confusing at first, but a minor issue in comparison to all the pluses.
