Lo mejor para mí fueron tres cosas: la inmejorable ubicación (pegado al Cenco Costanera), el estilo moderno del hotel y las vistas a los Andes. Lo que sí me decepcionó fue el Luna Bar, tanto en servicio como en el sabor de los alimentos. De todas maneras, sí volvería. Es un excelente hotel.

Generally okay, clean rooms and good location for sightseeing. We arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet so I checked in and they said to just pick up the key later in the day. Cool, no problem. But when I came back that evening they had no idea what was going on and couldn't find my key or any record of my stay for several long minutes. Then my room was directly above the rooftop bar, when I called the front desk to ask them to turn the music down at 1030pm so I could sleep they laughed and said the bar was open until midnight. I had prearranged with the front desk a taxi for the next morning, it never showed. So again, decent place but not so helpful staff.

The hotel was stylish, in a great location for dining and shopping, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Housekeeping was fast and thorough daily as needed. The front desk staff were especially helpful with recommendations for dining and spa services. A very memorable stay for me and my friends.

En líneas generales el hotel me pareceió fantástico. El único aspecto que, en mi opinión, debería ser mejorado es el tema de la ducha y la regulación de la temperatura del agua. El Box de la ducha no estaba bien sellado con silicona y generaba una fuga de agua que mojaba el pido del dormitorio. Por otro lado el reguladore de la temperatura del agua no estaba funcionando, porque el agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente, pero fue imposible lograr un termino medio. Por lo demás un excelente hotel. En mi próximo viaje volveré a hospedarme en el Santiago Cenco Costanera.

Fiquei na suite, grande, moderna e uma visão linda da cidade e cordilheiras dos Andes. Estrutura do hotel é espetacular, com um dos melhores bares da cidade no 16. Andar que é o Luna Bar. A localização é muito boa, próximo de comércio de rua e metro, mas o principal é o acesso exclusivo ao Shopping Costanera pelo 5. Andar do hotel. Daria 5 estrelas tranquilamente se nāo fosse a cama dura sem nem um pillow top para aliviar. O café da manhã é muito completo e de alta qualidade. Estava comemorando aniversário de casamento e o hotel me agraciou com um espumante no quarto, muito show!!!

The room was big and clean. The view was amazing. The convenient of it was being attached to the mall was amazing. The area is safe. Breakfast had limited items that do not really fill you up. Overall I still give it 5 stars because of all the other factors.

Hôtel bien placé, avec un accès direct au centre commercial et non loin du métro. La réception est au 17ème étage. A noter qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de personne pour le check out qui a été assez long alors que nous étions pressés, de plus l'accueil est impersonnel. Les chambres sont confortables et ont une belle vue. La salle de bain est très étroite par contre.

Location can be great for some to be able to walk to central areas, or terrible when waiting for a taxi as they cannot stop easily at the front. The pavement in front of the hotel is always crammed with people due to the Costanera Mall next door. The only downside was the water in the shower, kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold every single morning for 10 days.

Modern clean hotel attached to the Costanera mall. Fantastic city views from ceiling height windows. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was acceptable with many options. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

A localização é excelente e o quarto muito bom. Café da manhã bom tbm. Eu não gostei foi do atendimento das pessoas que trabalham na recepção, eu não entendi o motivo de todas serem muito rude conosco diversas vezes. A falta de vontade de tentar resolver o atendimento era algo impressionante. O resto do time, como as faxineiras, os garçons eram sempre atenciosos.

Um hotel bem localizado, com um rooftop muito legal. Hotel com acesso a um grande shopping com muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Quarto confortável e pessoal da limpeza nota 10. Não tenho do que reclamar exceto o fato de ser um pouco complicado pegar uber pois os ubers não podem parar em frente ao hotel pois são multados, mas logo vc se adapta.

Siempre es un placer hospedarse en el hotel, muy conveniente y cerca de todas las opciones. El único problema que le veo es el tema de poder subirte a un taxi o Uber enfrente del hotel. Esta prohibido y tienes que buscar como y dónde llegar o subirte. Lo hace muy complicado para los huespedes.

Hotel em si é ótimo ! A única questão é se você precisar de locomover de Uber ou táxi , os carros não tem onde parar, a faixa na frente do hotel é de ônibus e apesar da placa que diz que pode nenhum motorista quer parar lá por medo de multa !

We enjoyed our stay at the AC. The rooms, views, bathroom amenities, bed were all great. It is conveniently located next to the shopping centre which you can access without leaving the hotel. Hotel and restaurant staff were good and helpful. For the price we paid breakfast should've been included but it was worth it to add on an extra. The Luna bar had great views, good food and vibes and great staff. Recommend it overall.

Es un hotel situado al lado d un shopping x lo q resulta muy cómodo si vas d compras xq tenes todo cerca.Las habitaciones son amplias,camas King cómodas,S-Mart TV,buen desayuno.Lo malo es q la zona está siempre congestionada,los Uber no paran en la calle del hotel, te dejan a 1 cuadra y xa tomarlo igual. El room Service es muy limitado. Igualmente es un hotel cómodo al q volvería.
