Das PureLifestyle ist eine aus meiner Sicht kleinere Einheit. Sehr sauber, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und: - unter anderem- perfektem Barista-Cappuccino (im Vergleich: der Kaffee im Steigenberger Aldau Beach kommt aus Nescafe Allegria-Automaten)! Es sind Gäste aus unterschiedlichsten Ländern anwesend gewesen, - habe aber nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. 2 Pools, in einem davon kommen Schwimmer mit zwei Bahnen (Länge ca 20-25 m) auf Ihre Kosten. Der 2. Pool war zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende April) auf 27 Grad aufgeheizt und bot auch die Möglichkeit an, im Wasser sitzend Getränke zu sich zu nehmen/zu speisen. Zusätzlich ein Whirlpool. Die Gäste des Steigenberger Pure Lifestyles können viele Bereiche/Bars/Restaurant des Nachbarhotels Steigenberger Aldau Beach mitbenützen (riesiger Wasserbereich - 43m lange Schwimmbahnen!) Die Auflagen am Pool/Strand sind im Pure Lifestyle doppelt so dick und sehr angenehm. Auflagen im Steigenberger Aqua Magic (Zugang für Pure-Gäste zum Aqua Park zu bestimmten Zeiten ) habe ich nicht gesehen. Zwischen Hotel-Haupthaus und Strand befindet sich ein Golfplatz. Den Umweltaspekt habe ich schlechter bewertet, da sich noch unglaublich viel Plastikmüll durch Becher und Flaschen ansammelt - aber viel wird auch am Strand angespült (einmal eher Toiletten-Abfälle, am nächsten Tag Küchenabfälle...für angeschwemmtes kann das Hotel aber natürlich nix, der Life Guard hat es auch immer fix (ohne Handschuhe..der Arme!) aufgesammelt)

Great superb adults only beach front music theme pools and greenery golf with super helpful staff .. pool team and restaurants super chefs - only issue is room AC is always warm locked on 20 C that never gets cold .. so outsode temp is like in room :)

Third visit to the hotel, they have been making some changes, some of them are great, like the live musicians around the main pool in the afternoon, very relaxing, and on one day they set up a fresh fruit bar, having the fruit cut up fresh for you one the selection is made.

Truly excellent place to stay, especially considering the price. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. Two small pieces of advice to the management: First, the wifi can be a bit slow at times in the rooms. Secondly, perhaps at check-in provide a map showing where all of the different restaurants and linked hotels are located. It can be pretty overwhelming to figure out at first. Those small things aside, everything from the free mini-bar to the yoga class to the multiple dining options makes this place great. I will now always seek out Steigenberger hotels whenever I travel (they currently only exist in China and select countries in the Middle East, Europe).

Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen. De ontvangst verliep vlot en aangenaam, we waren te vroeg gearriveerd, maar onze kamer was toch al beschikbaar. Er werd ook direct een verfrissend drankje aangeboden en de medewerker die ons ontving was supervriendelijk. Aangekomen in onze kamer troffen we een leuk ontvangstbericht met een fles wijn en een fruitschaal aan, dus ook zeer aangenaam. De kamer zelf was perfect, met een eigen zwembad, ze was zeer proper en mooi ingericht. We hebben maar 2 nachten in dit hotel verbleven waardoor we niet alle faciliteiten hebben kunnen uittesten, maar degenen die we gebruikt hebben (zwembad, fitness, yoga) waren uitstekend. Aan het zwembad worden ook activiteiten georganiseerd die helemaal in het thema passen (pool party, een geweldige saxofoon-speler). De medewerkers van het hotel zijn supervriendelijk, ze checken regelmatig of alles in orde is, zonder opdringerig te zijn, met een gepersonaliseerde aanpak. Het restaurant was ook ongelooflijk goed, en voor de chefkok en koks was niets te veel moeite. Zo heeft de chefkok voor mij een heerlijke vegetarische pasta gemaakt, terwijl er in het buffet ook veel variatie zit waardoor vegetariërs en vegans hier zeker ook hun gading vinden. Wij hebben gedurende ons verblijf werkelijk in een perfecte droom geleefd. We zijn helemaal fan en plannen al om volgend jaar terug te keren, maar dan wel wat langer. Een dikke merci aan de medewerkers van Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle!

We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. The weather was windier than expected, so we had to wrap up on the beach, but the hotel provided a cozy cover. The food was fantastic, especially in the adults-only restaurants. Enjoying sparkling wine at breakfast while taking in the beautiful view was a highlight for us. Our in-room jacuzzi was an absolute delight— we used it almost every day, watching the world passing by! It was such a relaxing way to unwind after exploring. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as security checked guests at the entry, which was reassuring. The Thai massage at the spa was incredible—definitely worth experiencing. Getting taxis to and from the airport was easy, though it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and always helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated how coffee, drinks, and snacks were replenished regularly. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!

Hervorragender Service, durchweg freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr abwechslungsreiches Buffet im Hauptrestaurant mit frisch zubereiteten Mahlzeiten, sehr gute Themenrestaurants. Am Pool moderate, angenehme Musik und etwas Unterhaltung - wer relaxen möchte, ist hier richtig. Ausserhalb der Anlage ein gutes Gefühl für die Sicherheit. Das Abendprogramm hat noch Luft nach oben. Es könnte was länger als nur bis 22.30 Uhr gehen und die Musik könnte mehr den Wünschen der Gäste entsprechen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen sicher auch ein drittes Mal.

It would be great if they were more visible and available throughout the day—whether by the pool, in the lobby, or during meal times—to actively offer their programs and encourage participation. A more proactive approach from the animation team could truly elevate the guest experience, especially for families and solo travelers looking to connect and enjoy the full range of activities.

The service is amazing. They memorize your order from day one. They asked me what I liked to drink and filled my mini fridge with it. Nice touch. Special shout out to Nina and the restaurant and Youssef on the beach. Cons: don’t go to the “spa”. It’s a scam. The prices are astronomical and the place is a dump.

This is one of the best hotels in Hurghada by far. I visit regularly and I’m always very happy there. Super clean place, excellent staff, great service and just all round excellent. I think they could offer more for the money and considering everything is very inexpensive some more luxury like 5-6 different restaurants as the buffet gets a bit same. There is one onsite (limited to one visit) but others are off site and you can only try one dish from each course. Room service, snacks in the room and a breakfast in room option could be included for very little spend. To put chips, nuts ect in the room everyday when filling the fridge would add a extra touch. Can wait to go back

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

Amazing hotel! Would stay again forsure. It is very well run and the staff go above and beyond to make all the guests comfortable and at home. They are very friendly and kind. The rooms and amenities are beautiful. Food quality and variety is very good as well!

This is my 4th visit to the hotel, the reasons I kept choosing to go back were because of the hotel set up, the adult only element and the relaxing environment, and perhaps I am aging quicker than I thought. They have made some changes even since my last visit in October, and yes I still love the hotel but can see some of the changes are meant to attract the younger element, so I either have to accept the changes or change my choices! The food at the Beach restaurant as as one previous visits lovely, with the customer service being great as well as the food. But the food in the main restaurant was not up to the usual standard, so hoping that is only a glitch not the new standard! The one think they need to look at is the noise from the adjoining hotel, the pure beats sounds laying around the hotel was often drowned out by the sounds from the partnering hotel, such a shame, I know I could go to the beach and miss it all, but I like the pool side.

We absolutely loved our time here! Be sure to make your dinner reservations early as the time slots book quickly. There were no dinner reservations one of the evenings we were there so we ate at the buffet, and while the food looked beautiful, it was pretty flavorless. Breakfast there was great! Our favorite lunch spot was the pool cafe. It's worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room and swim-up pool!

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

Truly excellent place to stay, especially considering the price. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. Two small pieces of advice to the management: First, the wifi can be a bit slow at times in the rooms. Secondly, perhaps at check-in provide a map showing where all of the different restaurants and linked hotels are located. It can be pretty overwhelming to figure out at first. Those small things aside, everything from the free mini-bar to the yoga class to the multiple dining options makes this place great. I will now always seek out Steigenberger hotels whenever I travel (they currently only exist in China and select countries in the Middle East, Europe).

We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. We reserved a golf house suite at this hotel, they gave us a room in the first floor does not have any any view to the golf and has no no privacy at all, in the path of walkway. According to the hotel website description to this room, should have a tub with jets , we only have shower. For that we put all the blackouts curtains all the time other wise you are sleeping on the street. We were living in a darkness the entire stay. On the top of that the front disk staff made us feel we selected the lowest and cheapest room and for that the the room they gave us is the worst. The priority of this hotel to give their guests who book directly through them the best and who booked through Expedia is whatever left. Horrible front disk staff and horrible treatment. We always book our all trips through Expedia, no more we will try to book through the hotel directly to be treated right.

Das PureLifestyle ist eine aus meiner Sicht kleinere Einheit. Sehr sauber, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und: - unter anderem- perfektem Barista-Cappuccino (im Vergleich: der Kaffee im Steigenberger Aldau Beach kommt aus Nescafe Allegria-Automaten)! Es sind Gäste aus unterschiedlichsten Ländern anwesend gewesen, - habe aber nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. 2 Pools, in einem davon kommen Schwimmer mit zwei Bahnen (Länge ca 20-25 m) auf Ihre Kosten. Der 2. Pool war zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende April) auf 27 Grad aufgeheizt und bot auch die Möglichkeit an, im Wasser sitzend Getränke zu sich zu nehmen/zu speisen. Zusätzlich ein Whirlpool. Die Gäste des Steigenberger Pure Lifestyles können viele Bereiche/Bars/Restaurant des Nachbarhotels Steigenberger Aldau Beach mitbenützen (riesiger Wasserbereich - 43m lange Schwimmbahnen!) Die Auflagen am Pool/Strand sind im Pure Lifestyle doppelt so dick und sehr angenehm. Auflagen im Steigenberger Aqua Magic (Zugang für Pure-Gäste zum Aqua Park zu bestimmten Zeiten ) habe ich nicht gesehen. Zwischen Hotel-Haupthaus und Strand befindet sich ein Golfplatz. Den Umweltaspekt habe ich schlechter bewertet, da sich noch unglaublich viel Plastikmüll durch Becher und Flaschen ansammelt - aber viel wird auch am Strand angespült (einmal eher Toiletten-Abfälle, am nächsten Tag Küchenabfälle...für angeschwemmtes kann das Hotel aber natürlich nix, der Life Guard hat es auch immer fix (ohne Handschuhe..der Arme!) aufgesammelt)

Hervorragender Service, durchweg freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr abwechslungsreiches Buffet im Hauptrestaurant mit frisch zubereiteten Mahlzeiten, sehr gute Themenrestaurants. Am Pool moderate, angenehme Musik und etwas Unterhaltung - wer relaxen möchte, ist hier richtig. Ausserhalb der Anlage ein gutes Gefühl für die Sicherheit. Das Abendprogramm hat noch Luft nach oben. Es könnte was länger als nur bis 22.30 Uhr gehen und die Musik könnte mehr den Wünschen der Gäste entsprechen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen sicher auch ein drittes Mal.

Natürlich kann man immer vereinzelt Haare in der Suppe finden, doch in dieser Anlage muss man schon sehr gründlich danach suchen. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, das Essen sehr gut, insbesondere in den Themenrestaurants und der Service in Kombination mit dem sehr aufmerksamen und äußerst freundlichen Personal ist herausragend. Da man in einem für Touristen separierten Bereich wohnt, ist auch die Sicherheit gegeben. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist gut und auch nicht von Fluglärm begleitet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
Natürlich kann man immer vereinzelt Haare in der Suppe finden, doch in dieser Anlage muss man schon sehr gründlich danach suchen. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, das Essen sehr gut, insbesondere in den Themenrestaurants und der Service in Kombination mit dem sehr aufmerksamen und äußerst freundlichen Personal ist herausragend. Da man in einem für Touristen separierten Bereich wohnt, ist auch die Sicherheit gegeben. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist gut und auch nicht von Fluglärm begleitet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

We absolutely loved our time here! Be sure to make your dinner reservations early as the time slots book quickly. There were no dinner reservations one of the evenings we were there so we ate at the buffet, and while the food looked beautiful, it was pretty flavorless. Breakfast there was great! Our favorite lunch spot was the pool cafe. It's worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room and swim-up pool!

This is one of the best hotels in Hurghada by far. I visit regularly and I’m always very happy there. Super clean place, excellent staff, great service and just all round excellent. I think they could offer more for the money and considering everything is very inexpensive some more luxury like 5-6 different restaurants as the buffet gets a bit same. There is one onsite (limited to one visit) but others are off site and you can only try one dish from each course. Room service, snacks in the room and a breakfast in room option could be included for very little spend. To put chips, nuts ect in the room everyday when filling the fridge would add a extra touch. Can wait to go back

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

Am Pool moderate, angenehme Musik und etwas Unterhaltung - wer relaxen möchte, ist hier richtig. Ausserhalb der Anlage ein gutes Gefühl für die Sicherheit. Das Abendprogramm hat noch Luft nach oben. Es könnte was länger als nur bis 22.30 Uhr gehen und die Musik könnte mehr den Wünschen der Gäste entsprechen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen sicher auch ein drittes Mal.

This is my 4th visit to the hotel, the reasons I kept choosing to go back were because of the hotel set up, the adult only element and the relaxing environment, and perhaps I am aging quicker than I thought. They have made some changes even since my last visit in October, and yes I still love the hotel but can see some of the changes are meant to attract the younger element, so I either have to accept the changes or change my choices! The food at the Beach restaurant as as one previous visits lovely, with the customer service being great as well as the food. But the food in the main restaurant was not up to the usual standard, so hoping that is only a glitch not the new standard! The one think they need to look at is the noise from the adjoining hotel, the pure beats sounds laying around the hotel was often drowned out by the sounds from the partnering hotel, such a shame, I know I could go to the beach and miss it all, but I like the pool side.
