Coynant Farm Guest House

This property is very rural! Like super rural. It can definitely do with a better clean, I appreciate it’s suppose to be a working farm but the carpet covered in mud it’s not something I signed up for.

Staff was very helpfull. But property need to be more clean( like there was lots of spider and spider net inside the room). Breakfast was good. A bit hard to find the lodge.

Fantastic stay here in peaceful surroundings The room was clean,comfortable and well equipped and would gladly stay again.

A secluded and charming guest house, helpful and courteous service and the rooms were lovely with en suite and breakfast facilities in room. Only a brief stay but I'd happily stay again and longer

I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain with my bags. Breakfast was eggs and bread for toast and you have to make it yourself. There was cereal but the milk in the jug in the fridge was solid. The road to get to the property is unsuitable for any car that isn’t an off roader as it is littered with pot holes and virtually rivers to drive through. I did not have a great time.
