In the heart of Dubrovnik and therefore also hard to get to with suitcases. Many steps. Had no view but was nice and central. The room was in good condition and comfortable. The bedsheets too small and came off during the night.

Great location just 1 street back from the main shopping avenue. There are stairs so would not recommend to people who struggle with their bags. Nice room, and good communication regarding meeting time as there is no reception.

Anamaria was very accommodating! Very clean, great location! There is no closet, but there are cupboards and a coat rack with hangers. Lots of restaurants right outside the door as well as in the area. Everything in Old Town is walkable so it’s very easy to get around. Although the area was noisy, if you close the windows it was very quiet! Had a great stay here. Do be aware…as with probably all Old Town accommodations…there will be multiple stairs to get there as well as inside up to the apartment.

This is a lovely property in the old city at a very reasonable rate. Parking is not included and local parking is outrageously expensive in Dubrovnik. Ours was cheaper, at 20€ per day, since it was November and since it was a 35 minute walk from the hotel. However there are convenient busses and taxis. We particularly enjoyed dinners at Dalmatino, on the same street as the hotel. The food is excellent, the staff professional and friendly, the setting warm and cozy, and the prices quite reasonable (for Dubrovnik.) I highly recommend it.

Few things for you to know: - no elevator (few stairs) - no self check-in - no electronic key access (traditional key) - noisy (but it is expected) - no ironing option - no staff onsite - no safe (but I didn't needed, it looks pretty safe) - you have work with your check-in schedule to accommodate your host schedule to make sure she is there for you to access the building when you arrive. Amazing liocation in the hesrt of the old quarter. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. Anamaria was very helpful, responding quickly to all communications and providing lots of info.

The room was located in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. It was newly renovated and very clean & comfortable. The owner was very gracious & allowed us to check in early. She was in constant contact with us as our schedule kept getting moved around. It was a lovely room (Deluxe King). Very spacious with a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, counter space with tea kettle & dishes). It was a lovely stay.

This is a beautiful room with fantastic views of the streets of dubrovnik, very central and within minutes of many of the attractions Check in was easy and room was cleaned everyday Would rate this 9/10 Things that would have made it a 10 - the shower head clip was broken so you had to hold the head whilst showering, not ideal when trying to wash hair etc -other residents are very noisy in the morning, we were in room 1 by the stairs so were woken before 7am both days with people going down -could do with a full length mirror, and as we were in the room with a balcony, a small fold out chair to sit and enjoy the view would have been nice

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - The property manager was so nice and friendly. After a day of travelling it was nice to see a friendly face. The apartment is situated right in old town and you have restaurant options right outside the apartment. Everything is walkable which made it convenient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet so could get a good night’s rest. It was our favourite stay on our euro trip thus far. I even forgot my ring in the room and the property manager was nice enough to mail it to family in the neighbouring country.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We were surprised upon arrival when our host requested cash payment for our room. She requested that I go down the street to an ATM machine to get the cash to avoid paying fees that would normally come out of her payment. This of course cost us a convenience fee which is not what we expected. If you plan to visit this property, be advised that you need to have cash on hand prior to arrival. Would not stay there again. Also, the shower head fell off in the shower which made it difficult to shower.

On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had already given it to her husband on the first day. Her response was, “Oh! Maybe I forgot!”

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and well appointed but the best part was the location. My only advice would be that if you have a large suitcase to enter through the Pile Gate and not the Buza Gate. It’s easier to walk a little farther than to go up and down the stairs near Buza. Fantastic stay!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - The property manager was so nice and friendly. After a day of travelling it was nice to see a friendly face. The apartment is situated right in old town and you have restaurant options right outside the apartment. Everything is walkable which made it convenient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet so could get a good night’s rest. It was our favourite stay on our euro trip thus far. I even forgot my ring in the room and the property manager was nice enough to mail it to family in the neighbouring country.

Excellent location in old town and a host who communicates very well. The room was very clean and modern and had excellent soundproofing. The street is filled with charming restaurants. The discounted breakfast at Cafe Festival using a voucher was a highlight.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and well appointed but the best part was the location. My only advice would be that if you have a large suitcase to enter through the Pile Gate and not the Buza Gate. It’s easier to walk a little farther than to go up and down the stairs near Buza. Fantastic stay!

Amazing liocation in the hesrt of the old quarter. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. Anamaria was very helpful, responding quickly to all communications and providing lots of info.

Great location, just a few steps from the Main Street. Lots of good food options close by. Dubrovnik has a lot of steps, especially if you get dropped off by Buža Gate. My recommendation is to get dropped at Pile Gate, walk through the gate and take the first left, then right. This is the street the property is on and is by far the easiest route to it. The property has a few flights of stairs to get to your room but the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The owner is friendly, communicative and helpful and is available on WhatsApp and in person. I’d recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Downtown Dubrovnik Soleil Luxury Rooms! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Old Town. Our room had a balcony which we absolutely loved—it was perfect for enjoying the atmosphere while still having our own quiet space. The person who checked us in was very friendly and took the time to show us all the best spots on a map, which made exploring so much easier. Even though there are restaurants just below, once the windows were closed it was completely quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommend staying here if you want comfort, convenience, and a great Dubrovnik experience!

Anamaria was very accommodating! Very clean, great location! There is no closet, but there are cupboards and a coat rack with hangers. Lots of restaurants right outside the door as well as in the area. Everything in Old Town is walkable so it’s very easy to get around. Although the area was noisy, if you close the windows it was very quiet! Had a great stay here. Do be aware…as with probably all Old Town accommodations…there will be multiple stairs to get there as well as inside up to the apartment.

If you stay at this property you’ll be right in the middle of everything - which I absolutely loved! It’s literally in Kings Landing if you’re a Game of thrones fan and all the restaurants, stores and sites are right under your nose. They also offer breakfast discount cards for a beautiful restaurant down the road that serves delicious omelettes.

This is a lovely property in the old city at a very reasonable rate. Parking is not included and local parking is outrageously expensive in Dubrovnik. Ours was cheaper, at 20€ per day, since it was November and since it was a 35 minute walk from the hotel. However there are convenient busses and taxis. We particularly enjoyed dinners at Dalmatino, on the same street as the hotel. The food is excellent, the staff professional and friendly, the setting warm and cozy, and the prices quite reasonable (for Dubrovnik.) I highly recommend it.

Excellent location. The room was really cool and a great bed. A minor issue was the temperature of the water in the shower. Even with a warm temperature outside, we sometimes need a warm shower and was a little bit cold.

Location, storage, refrig, and A/C outstanding. No safe! However, location was also a disadvantage. Being old town for three nights very noisy until 0230. Also a real trek from town walls to hotel with no portage or elevators. Finally, bathroom was recently remodeled but about the size of a standard washer/dryer. really!
