Staff was very nice and try to help as much as possible. Out of 3 elevators in the hotel 2 were out of service. The third one was usually crowded. They should have at least 2 in operation, at all times.

The hotel itself is average but the lack of parking and $30 for valet is ridiculous. To not have a parking lot for guests is crazy and should be communicated. The website mentions valet but does not say there isn’t a parking lot at all.

I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel - the free laundry was a hit, the shuttle to and from the airport, and the breakfast was enjoyable and the gym more than adequate - Service at the front desk was great and the accommodation was quite comfortable.

We found out at check in that the pool was not available due to construction.You did not disclose this to me when I booked it. Very disappointing. We were planning to spend the two days at the pool side since we are seniors and can’t drive to the beach.Also the parking was only Valet (not known ahead of time) which means additional parking cost tipping the attendant.Very unhappy

Property is very close to the airport but shuttle starts at 7:00 AM and breakfast at 6:30 AM. If your flight is early you cannot take advance of these services. Guests prefer this hotel due to short distance from airport, shuttle and breakfast convenience but unable to use if your flight is at 8: 00 AM.

Front desk check-in was excellent, as was bar and food area. Love the many clean areas to lounge in. Pick-up from Airport was rocky and had to call twice with over an hour’s wait. Driver wasn’t even friendly with delayed pick-up. Front desk staff was excellent and friendly. Lots here to like with clean facility and great location.

Shuttle driver from airport was extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk agent that checked in was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Front desk agent at check out was kind, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the rooms.

Once I checked in and went to my room I did a walk through. Hair was in the shower, and on the towels and rags but they were clean. The refrigerator was not cleaned good as well. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Besides those issues everything else was pleasant.

Only 1 working elevator w/broken 1st floor button light. Bathroom sink had 3 white blotches on it, not sure what that was. Carpet & sofa very very dirty. Bed sinks on the right. I like the full kitchen, space is nice, safe nice. Closet door sticks on the right side.The lotion container on the vanity had soap in it, after applying it had to wash it off my arms and chest, inconvenient.

The room is old and not clean. Bathroom was dirty. For a 1 night stay is “ok”. Will not recommend. Need to say that the overall staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the property was decent. Our room was clean, but my Husband saw what appeared to be roaches (3) in the bathroom and I saw one myself around the toilet the morning of Checkout. I made the staff at the front desk aware and she assured me that she would follow up.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good variety at free breakfast (some healthy stuff like greens, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit and some indulgences like waffles and muffins). Airport shuttle is very convenient. The gentlemen that drives the shuttle is very friendly and helpful!

Needed easy access to the train station and the airport. Took a chance and they were great. Airport shuttle was fast and efficient, nightly happy hour and food made personally by the man who served it to us was really good (try the pork) and room was plenty clean and comfortable. We were only there overnight but it was perfect for our needs. Will recommend for sure

It was a nice hotel and very well connected to Miami Airport, and within walking distance of Tri-Rail and Miami Metro. It is also walking distance of Flixbus station in case you need to travel to other cities. The rooms are comfortable but no USB outlets for fast charging of phones. The furniture is old but very reliable. ACs make some noise but it's to be expected. The breakfast spread is decent, the coffee is good. The hotel is old but its clean though it doesn't offer much service, but still a good place to stay if you want to be near the airport. I will stay still there again and I recommend it.

Soooo loud!!! We got zero sleep here! Between the planes every 2 minutes, and the exterior work going on right on the other side of our wall… it was the worst experience. Soo loud!

Stayed for one night because we arrived late. It’s located right off the airport. Pros: located to airport, has breakfast included. Don’t staff was friendly. Cons: only Valet parking available, bathroom was tiny and dated. Some hair on the floor in bathroom from previous renters.

Our family was very impressed when we opened the door to our room . There were 6 of us traveling and we try to find places where we dont need 2 rooms . Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect !!! Each room had a bathroom! One had a king bed the other had 2 queens and living room had pullout sofa, plus a kitchenette ! Highly recommend!! Close to airport and staff was very kind .

The Front Desk Manager Mykael was extremely accommodating. My sister and I instantly fell in love with his professionalism and Charisma. You don’t find that very often he was hospitable and yet warm and inviting. We had an extra last minute guest and he was able to make it work almost instantly. He said something that we will always remember lol he said “ I’m like Disney, I’m here to make your dreams come true!” He was the positive start to a wonderful weekend getaway for my sister, my husband and me. Thank you we will recommend this Hotel always, because of him. The hotel was clean and loved the options at the free breakfast buffet.

I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. I called about 4 times before someone came. They kept telling me someone was coming and then later on I found out the lady was at lunch, but she stated she was at the gas station. They do not communicate with each other. I have a back problem and they told me to call soon as I arrive to the airport and I will be picked up and that was not true.When I got into my first room there was bugs crawling in the cabinet, the second room was okay. I talked to the manager and she did not have any empathy for me or the situation.

We stayed here overnight on the way home from vacation. It was a great location close to the airport. The service was excellent especially the person who called the airport shuttle for us because we were a few minutes late. The shuttle driver was also super nice! Good breakfast too. I had a strawberry waffle!

When my grandson arrived at 11:30 pm somebody else was in the room that where supposed to be his. He has to wait for an hour to be assigned to another room, after they said to him that they were going to wake up the person that was in the room and that they wont be able to clean it. Really the worst experience ever.

Location is perfect! Staybridge Suites Miami Intl Airport location is convenient, comfortable, clean and safe. 5 minutes shuttle from MIA airport, 5 minutes walk to RinCon Cuban restaurant, 2 minutes walk from Venezuelan HotDog spot, 4 minutes walk to the train to downtown Miami and it is safe, clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

My husband was Ill during the night and we were given a late checkout, which meant fewer hours at the airport. The previous day we walked to the bus station to take a bus to Miami Beach. We liked being able to walk to the airport. We went there for dinner.

Very nice clean place. The breakfast food is horrible. The sausage tasted gross and dried up bad. The omlettes were really dry. The juices were great. Very nice stagf and very helpful. Beautiful lounging area by the pool. Super clean rooms.

The bed was pretty comfortable. The food could have been better. The hard boiled eggs tasted rubbery and the potatoes were somewhat bland. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Welcomed by a nice, polite shuttle driver at the airport. Greeted at the hotel by staff and quickly assigned a nice, clean, comfortable room. The happy hour food & drink was a nice touch. Would certainly stay again.

Hotel is modern and clean. Room was very clea and confortable. Social hour and breakfast were excellent. Staff was uniformly warm and welcoming, especially front desk staff. Location is a five-minute walk to airport train center where you can take trains or buses to Downtown or Miami Beach for $2.25 each way - no need for expensive Ubers. Only restaurant option nearby is Cuban place by the airport which was very good; otherwise Door dash, GrubHub etc. Would definitely stay here again.
